After a full day of sightseeing, relaxing in the rooftop pool and hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the club floor was worth the extra for the free beverages and snacks. Having access to a coin laundry room was very helpful when you have sandy wet clothes you need to pack the next day.

So much about this Hotel is very nice , however the roof top pool situation is crazy. We went up to have a view at dusk and a very rude staff member kept telling us we had to pay. Pointing at a sign that was clearly in Japanese and English in small letters we needed glasses to see. He was so rude just awful. Pay pay he says Two things, the Hotel should not charge guests to use the pool at night , guests should be allowed to look at the view without buying a drink in the bar or having a swim Only a few people were ever there, no one when we went to look at the view Just crazy The location was good

The room was clean and the check in and check out processes were simple. My only complaint is that the parking garage is very low and they couldn’t accommodate our rental car. We spent half an hour trying to find parking nearby.
