Someone walked in our room the first morning and kept coming in even after we said we are in here 3 times. Ice machine was broken. Only 1 plug in the room, had fridge and microwave plugged into it and 1 in the bathroom. Had a kleenex box that reminded me of a Valentines box said drop key here when checking out. Never saw anyone either morning.

it was very small the room was clean , but thought ok we can do this for 2 days then took kids to the pool it was horrible not sure if someone threw up in the pool or had diarrhea but we stood there disgusted i went told the girl i needed a refund and took her to see the pool they quickly returned my money but not even an I'm sorry . i warn people, don't go there !! The area did not feel safe, all entrances were open, and they said locks were not working . we left and went to french lick indiana it was beautiful

Only hotel available near Lincoln farm. Air con was cold and they allowed dogs. Back door was broken and I asked staff member if they’d lock it at night and she says no, so it felt unsafe. Also had ants in the room and a roach in the bathroom. Gross. Wouldn’t stay there again.

New ownership has work to do. Outdoor areas are overrun with weeds. Growing up through cracks in the parking lot. Only one room light worked (out of 4). Bathroom was missing frontal of sink countertop. No extra t-p. TV frequently lost channels and service. Many doors are scratched/marred.

Anything about it... It was dirty,no breakfast when they offered online they say only coffee but, not even that until the last day we were there and no pool they also, offered and it wasn't ready. Hardly see Staff of management. Not worth the money I expend.

I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. This is supposedly a nonsmoking motel, but the smell of cigarettes was strong in the hallway. This is a first for me to experience as I've seen the owners kickout guests for smoking in their room. The elevator was also out of service, but I had my room on the first floor.

Door was sticky, Washer was broken, microwave was broken, staff was all never at the desk and when they were they were on their cell phones, air conditioner was frozen. Walls were paper thin and could hear conversations from the next room. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. Not worth the money we paid for the night.

The bathroom wasn't clean, the light flickered, air conditioner wasn't working right, and there were ants in the rooms. The pool was extremely cl3an but old, crqcked and chipped. The best thing about the stay was the pool.

The bathroom walls were very dirty. The toilet seat disgusting.The toilet would not flush unless you added water while flushing to improve the amount of water. I have no clue how I got hot water in the shower just pulling the handle back and forth somehow made it hotish. The fire alarm in the room was gone and the hole was mostly covered by pink tape. The sheets and towels were stained. One wall was orange with with broken drywall showing.

Dirty and the beds were hard. No refrigerator had to ask for one they didn’t know there wasn’t one in the room. Grass outside was knee tall. Our door to the room wouldn’t shut all the way, stains on the towels and no shampoo and conditioner or soap. Just a bad hotel.

The biggest issue, was since we stayed here while we went to Holiday world. It was like 95° all day and we are ready to come to the hotel and relax our air conditioner didn’t work. We told him about it once they said somebody come fix it in 30 minutes. I walked downstairs in 30 minutes, ask him about it and they forgot about it completely Handed me a box fan and said that they would get somebody to work on it. They never came. We pretty much just sweat and toe got out of there thank God it was just a one night stay and I think our blankets were clean, but they were very stained.

Bathroom door handle was broken. Dead bugs where they haven’t cleaned between the bed and the end table. Dead stink bug in my bed. Elevator on its last leg. Very dated microwave. No in room refrigerator even though it was in the pictures. Check in lady clearly wasn’t thrilled that she had to work. Very noisy.

Yes, this is a Motel 6, which means that it's a budget experience, but the room was spacious and clean. The staff was outstanding and helpful. I had to check out early due to a change in travel arrangements and the owner was helpful, courteous, and beyond accommodating. Dale, IN is not a huge travel destination, though there are a LOT of things to do in SW Indiana and this property has easy access to them. I'd stay here again.

Absolutely awful! The service was ridiculously slow. We waited almost 20 minutes to get checked in. We had 2 rooms. Each room had one working light and neither was turned on by the switch at the door. One bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the other bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and nearly overflowed when my kid used it the first time. Went to grab the rest of our bags and overheard anither guest asking front desk if they could get a bucket and mop and clean their own room so that it would actually be clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Took 15 minutes to get someone to come to check us in. The elevator was down. Our room was on the 3rd floor. No ice machine on the second or third floors. The shower screeched when you turned it on land the water pressure was very poor. This hotel allows pets. The amount of animal hair in the carpets in the lobby and stairwell was disgusting. Next time I’ll spend the extra 50$ and stay across the street at the Other hotel.

Room was cold with no way to adjust temperature and sheets had stains. No coffee pot We asked for a room with a microwave and the first room didn’t have one. The second room -the lights didn’t work in the bathroom. The third room is where we stayed. The desk person although he accommodated our needs was not very friendly or apologetic for our concerns
