This hotel is the perfect choice for visiting ASU the stayed here many times and always had a stellar experience. You’ll find the staff so helpful and kind. They truly go the extra distance to make sure you have a lovely stay. Walkable to campus and restaurants. A whole fools just acccross the street. Amazing 3rd floor pool lounge and killer rooftop deck.

Everyone was to terrific at the hotel and the facilities are amazing!!! Pool deck is so peaceful and designed so nicely. Rooftop was also very beautiful. I had a suite that was so great big bathtub great living room and spectacular view!! I would recommend to anyone visiting Tempe especially visiting ASU. Ideal location

Parking was a nightmare! Parking garage is 2 blocks away and not clearly marked/labeled. We drove in circles trying to figure it out. We were unable to check in and unload our luggage at the doors. Instead we had to drag all of our luggage from the parking garage. Also the rooftop experience is only available with a $200 minimum purchase at the restaurant.

Greta property. Gym was great. Great rowing machine. Couldn’t ask for more. Offsite Parking was awkward with no in and out option. Surprised it wasn’t subsidized by the hotel. Overall fantastic hotel. We will always stay here

Beautiful urban hotel. I enjoyed getting pistachio iced Americanos each morning broom the coffee bar. They were the best I have had and I will make sure to always get them while I stay at this hotel. I also enjoyed having a fluffy white robe to use in my room. The roof top pool was kept at the perfect temperature as well.

Nice hotel. Clean. We were given a small birthday cake for our son’s birthday. Very pleasant surprise. On a negative side - For two days we had our room access problem. changed the keys several times. Couldn’t get to the room for an hour. Only when we had a hard conversation at the front desk they thought of sending an engineer to check the door. The problem was resolved, but it took a long time. No hand soap in the bathroom. Every time we needed to wash the hands, we had to step in the shower to have squeeze of body wash soap. Again asked the front desk and were given a soap bar. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

We spent two nights with our only complaint being that they never cleaned our room even though we made sure to have no signs on the door. They did offer to clean it when I called but we opted for towels only. Valet parking is pricey at $39/ night.

The street is loud, walls are thin, and you could hear everything in the hall way. Bartender forgot to put our food order in until a hour after waiting. I was given water bottles upon arrival and one of the bottles had brown debri in the water. There was a contact lens in the floor. The toilet was hard to flush. I was switched to a new room for the next night stay. Inconvenient to repack everything and move to a different floor. Staff will not go above and beyond to help. The credit card machine was not working so I was given. Form to fill out myself. My standards for the Omni hotels have de flourished with this stay. Also valet disappeared with my car keys and I had to wait awhile to get my car keys back to get luggage out my car.

Nice property in a great location. The room was comfortable. I would have loved Omni except for one glaring problem. Housekeeping never provided any type of service whatsoever during my 3 night stay. The tiny trash bins were overflowing and the tissue paper dispenser ran out of tissues. I went to the front desk to request housekeeping to come to the room... to no avail. The young lady at the front desk was busy playing with a doll and did not want to be bothered with assisting a guest. Surprised at the lack of customer service. Although, I will say that everybody else there was quite polite. Great coffee shop/gift shop on site too.

Beautiful room. the floor to ceiling window was spectacular looking out over the mountains. However it was SUPER noisy! Every car and motorcycle going down the road reving its engines was in our room. Kept waking us up all night until 4:00. Then the guests coming down the hall took over - door sound proofing is awful too i guess. shame. not sure if ear plugs would solve the problem....

The hotel has a hip, chic look. The common areas are stylish and my room was perfect. I had a view of the streets (shopping district) and mountains in the far background. The shower had strong water pressure, was very clean, well-designed and again, stylish. The sleeping area had a unique decor that had just the right amount of color. It was just a very positive experience. My only disappointment was that there was no microwave in the room.

Make sure you request a room that is not facing the street. It was really loud. There were a lot of motorcycles that were revving their engines and modified cars with loud mufflers that kept going off every 5 to 10 minutes.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean.. pool area was very nice and fun place to hang out. Management even sent up mimosas and truffles to celebrate my husband and I anniversary. So thoughtful.! We will definitely come back and stay again.!

My wife and I stayed here for our 24th wedding anniversary. They upgraded or room to a suite with a killer view. Walked into the room and there was champagne, balloons, flowers and a handwritten card for us. Probably the BEST hotel experience I've ever had (not an exaggeration). Had we not been upgraded it still would have been an awesome stay.The property is amazing. Great rooms, restaurants, bars and pool area. Staff was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Look no further when booking a room in Phoenix/Tempe. This is the place to stay!

One of the BEST hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The entire hotel staff (EVERYONE) - was so pleasant, kind and welcoming. The front desk staff were TOP tier & so accommodating!!! I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful hotel and more than I would normally spend for a business stay. I was only here for a day and night, but it was perfect for working a little and lounging by the pool. Tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I’ll be back!

Good location and friendly staff. Self park is available in the nearby ASU parking deck, but beware it doesn’t come with in and out privileges. Rooms are a bit loud (can hear street traffic and noises), but location was good.

This is a wonderful property! Rooms are immaculate and clean! Rooftop pool is exceptionally well maintained and refreshing! Wonderful bar and beautiful place to have dinner! The food was plentiful and delicious! I will definitely stay at this property again when I return to Tempe! ♥️

Extremely happy with the design, furnishings and cleanliness of my room; I’m not one to pay good money and tolerate ickiness. No ickiness here! The gym and pool were both utilized and great for what I was doing and my college age son. Food was the big surprise at the hotel. Everything we ate at the lobby restaurant was amazing. If they have the tres leches cake or the butterscotch pot de creme just order it, don’t skip dessert. The rooftop restaurant provided a delicious meal as well and we timed it to see a beautiful sunset. I was not expecting such a great hotel on our AZ College tour visit, but I’m glad we made the Omni our home base for a few days while we drove out to NAU, ASU & U of A.

We were going to see a show at Gammage and chose to stay here because it’s so close by. The valet staff is excellent and very friendly besides. The room was very nice and well-appointed. We had no problem with noise or interrupted sleep. We went up to the rooftop restaurant for dinner and were somewhat disappointed in the choice of food although what we ordered was very good. They have fireplaces to sit around, but you must meet a minimum order amount to sit there. After the show, we went back to that restaurant for a nightcap before going to our room. Despite it being at least an hour before closing, they had run out of espresso for the night. So that was disappointing. Perhaps the other establishments downstairs would have been able to accommodate us, but at that point we just went to our room. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

The restaurants in the Omni themselves aren’t great. The menu is a little limited but we were walking distance to tons of great restaurants and a Whole Foods! We stayed in a room with a king bed and everything from the mattress to the pillows were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again. Only bad thing is the water pressure in the shower was pretty low.

Beautiful urban hotel. I enjoyed getting pistachio iced Americanos each morning broom the coffee bar. They were the best I have had and I will make sure to always get them while I stay at this hotel. I also enjoyed having a fluffy white robe to use in my room. The roof top pool was kept at the perfect temperature as well.

We stayed here for some family business, but everyone made it so great and truly went above and beyond. The whole team made us feel like we were on a relaxing resort vacation instead! Everyone was so incredibly nice and just a total pleasure to talk to. Everyone was great, especially Ryan, who was super friendly and just a genuinely great guy to chat with at the pool bar. Keir L. hooked us up with the best room views and made sure our rooms were near each other. Katie was incredibly attentive and just wonderful to deal with at the restaurant, and Andrea was so welcoming and took amazing care of us the whole time. It might be a while before we make it back to this area, but because of how great everyone was, we are definitely going to look for Omni hotels first for our future trips. Thanks for everything!

Hotel was lovely and at the center of so many shops, restaurants etc. BUT I was disappointed to hear the roof bar was closed and wasn’t prepared for it being the weekend of ASU dorm move in.
