9.5/10 Staff 10/10 Breakfast was small but 10/10 Lobby/outside area 10/10 Pool 7/10 - pool is outside and very dirty Room 9/10 - we had a small suite and it was nice and cozy. Our only complaint was the bed suuuucked. Everything else was nice! Cleanliness 10/10 This hotel is definitely worth the price. Will be back!

The pool was open until 10 but the pool area was not lighted. It was not safe. One of the rooms of our suite did not have working lights and the other room’s tv did not work.

The outdoor pool was a highlight for the family. Also really enjoyed the breakfast options. Hotel rooms could use some updating, especially the couch and pullout sofa and a deeper clean. Ran into a few issues with our key cards but the front desk helped us out. Overall a good stay.

Free beer and queso.. what else do you need

Part of the reason I chose this hotel was for their breakfast. Well, I'd compare it to a prison breakfast, but not as good. The eggs were cold and had some strange filling in them. Why? Idk. The sausage links were cold, undercooked, and surrounded by an outer layer of cold oil. The toaster was on its way out so it was taking forever to heat up our breads. (2 adults, 5 kids) They had sweet potato "hash browns" which sounded pretty good. Unfortunately, they decided to steam them instead of baking/frying, leaving them soggy and inedible. In fact, I almost vomited these out on the first bite! Can't go wrong with cereal though, right? Wrong. The kids said the cereal tasted like sausage. Cannot confirm this, but after the above mentioned issues, I wouldn't be surprised. Anyway, it wasn't all bad. The room was spacious. The campus was beautiful and the pool was nice and clean. Front desk people had a bit of a chip on their shoulders, but I just chopped that up to them barely making over minimum wage. It's rough out here. I get it. In a nutshell, bring food and avoid the staff and you're Gucci.

I think that this is a nice property for families. I wish the pool would have been open and the washer and dryers was provided in the facility but most of them was out of order but other than those small mishaps everything was wonderful. My kids had a great time.

The stay was horrible. Rooms were disgusting. Blood on the blanket. Red stuff on the walls. Showers didn’t work well. Was told the pool was in service but at check in told me it’s not open till next week. I’ll never stay there again because I’m extremely upset about wasting my money.

The pool was dirty when we checked in on Thursday. I actually used the net to clean it myself, but it needed vacuumed. The handsoap container in our bathroom was empty, so that apparently does not get checked frequently. Breakfast was fine Friday morning, but then on Saturday morning the eggs were cold like the watmer plate maybe wasn't turned on. The staff was friendly, just need to put more focus on the details.

Room had cashews and a dirty cup under the chair beside the bed. Cleanliness overall was not good

I didn’t stay cause of the pictures I have below The bed had black mold on it … it’s in the pictures below I would like a full refund returned to me 142.71 I would never stay in this hotel it is very disgusting & nasty

Great layout of the room- comfortable and clean

The suite I was in was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet.

The room was dirty, clogged tub drain, dishes filthy in cabinet, dishwasher leaked, wet dog smell in room, my room key worked for another room, 12 spoons one fork and a partridge in pear tree However, all of the staff was warm and friendly

Property needs renovation and cleaning. Bathroom was dirty and had mold and cracks in the walls. Also, booked a king suite. Got room with two beds instead. Me and my companion were not happy with that. Hallways had a smell.

Problems started at check in when we were informed the two bedroom suite with king bed and two double beds was not available. The solution ended up being to put us in two separate rooms, both with one double bed and a filthy pullout couch. Rust and mold were prevalent on the AC unit. Carpet was so filthy that our feet were dirty. Would.not stay here again.

The safety bar in the second bedroom was broken. (My son has cerebal palsy and had to use our bathroom because he needed that). Tv in living area kept dropping out "saying unavailable... Every 2 minutes or so. Main bedroom hvac closet (something kept beeping like an alarm) told front desk. Fixed noise but then air conditioner did not work after.

We stayed for 3 nights. Had a 1 bedroom King Suite with kitchen. Totally worth the price to have a separate bedroom and full kitchen. Lots of restaurants near by. I walked every morning before sunrise and every late evening before bed, felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and liked the affordability for the space with 3 young children. We were spending a couple of days in St. Louis and didn’t want to stay downtown. The free breakfast was great and Jackie, the lady working, was fabulous. We had ants in our room and when we let them know, they sprayed. However, there were still some lingering ants during our stay. The furniture and room could definitely use an update, but overall our stay was good.

Needs updating badly.

We wanted to love this place for the space… but couldn’t. Our first room the door did not lock. They moved us into another room. The last 2 bedroom. There was dirty cups all over and a smell. Garbage disposal didn’t work. Tubs didn’t drain. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Tvs worked half of the time and a few lamps wouldn’t turn on.

The room was great, more space than we expected. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked great. Plenty of space to have another couple get ready for the wedding we were attending. The staff were all friendly and we appreciated the front desk letting us know when our room was ready so we could arrive a little early to get ready. Thank you!

We liked the two bedroom and two bathroom suite. Very nice for privacy when traveling with 4 or more people. One of the main reasons we decided to stay here is that it has a kitchen with the ability to cook. Our microwave didn't work. We told them the next morning and they said they'd fix it. Nothing was done the 3 nights and 4 days we were there. They gave us 500 IHG points and promised us 5000 more, but never got them all yet. It wasn't very busy when we were there, but they never offered for us to move to a different room or give a partial refund. This place wasn't terrible, but the situation could have been handled much better.

This place has potential to be a solid 5 star rating,but unfortunately there was a few issues.The good- The beds are extremely comfortable.Is a good safe area.They have everything you would need to stay for a week or so.The bad- The furniture was extremely dated,worn, and stained.In fact i wouldnt even set on it.The carpet in the bedroom looked like it is as old as the furniture.Overall I would stay here again.If they update the furniture and maybe put laminate flooring in place of the carpet,it would be way more comfortable.

The room was clean the staff where Friendly and attentive we had a couple New Year’s Eve gathering and it was close to nice restaurants bars and gas stations!

Stay was nice. Breakfast was beyond expectations. I wish i remembered the ladies name for Breakfast but she was nice, accommodating, and super friendly. It was too cold for the pool but was convenient for St Louis activities with a bar close.

This was not our first stay here and will not be our last. Great location and staff is super friendly. Was a bit disappointed that our room was skipped over for housekeeping the entire week we were there, but other than that, we loved it!

This property was clean, comfortable, friendly, and overall more than I expected for the price. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage links, southern style potato hashbrowns, and a waffle bar. Also included for breakfast were fresh seasonal sliced fruit salad, yogurt, breads and bagels, a variety of hot and cold cereals, boiled eggs, coffee bar, and more. The rooms were stocked with clean dishes for cooking or use during your stay. Toiletries included Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, and body lotion. The staff were friendly and helpful and happy to answer our questions. We had no problem getting additional blankets, pillows, or towels when we requested them which was a surprise as the hotel was incredibly busy the night we stayed. All in all, we were incredibly happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The hotel was clean, and well taken care of, but we experienced 2 problems. 1) 1 of the reasons I choose that restaurant was because the reviews I read said the included breakfast was better than most. I have a gluten allergy and realize not many hotels the have a lot of options, but I can at least eat eggs, and bacon. Breakfast ends at 10:30 and when we got down there it was 10:10, but there wasn't any bacon left, there was a tiny amount of scrambled eggs, there wasn't any fresh fruit left, but there was bread, bagels, waffles cereal, etc.. - None of which are gluten free. Therefore, I asked if they could bring more eggs, bacon, and fruit, and they said yes. 10:30 comes around and they still didn't bring it out, so I asked them about it, and they said they wouldn't be bringing anymore out because their chef called in so they were short staffed. Unfortunately, I had to go somewhere else and buy me breakfast because the only gluten free items weren't available over 29 mins before breakfast ended. 2) The living room TV has YouTube and Netflix, but it won't allow you to watch it. My son was very disappointed since the TV had both, but they intentionally block them and only allow you too watch cable TV. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and he was going to put a credit for a refund on my account but said I would have to bring it up to you since I paid through you guy. I would greatly appreciate it if you refunded the credit he submitted over.
