The property was so nice, clean. But the TV they don't have cable, the remote was broken and they have 3 tvs and only one work. But you couldn't wash a simple game baseball. Also the jacuzzi neither one works properly. The lamp in one of the bedroom wasn't working and cables cut. Very dangerous and they never came to clean our room Saturday. The facility very nice but it's not worth it.😡

The area was very well maintained. In addition, the entire property and surrounding areas is monitored by a system of surveilance cameras which are closely watched by a security officer/manager of the property who carries a gun. This helped me feel very safe.

Staying here was actually very beautiful. The only thing is they’re under construction so it’s very difficult to figure out where you need to go and how you need to check in but overall it’s a beautiful place to stay.

If you can deal with the small disappointments of Mexico then you might like this place but for most Americans it might not be the best experience. The property is set way back from the main road and is hard to find but is secure behind gates and walls with its own private "beach" on a small rocky bluff. Public beach access is at the far end of the property (currently blocked by construction). You can't get onto the sand directly from most of the villas. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There is surveillance everywhere and the security guard practically followed us around with his iPad that showed all the camera feeds, presumably to try and catch us breaking rules so they could fine us. The pool is tiny and cold and you have to reserve the Jacuzzi for your use. Second hot tub was drained. The villa was comfortable but they charged us more for a newly remodeled unit and then there was a full kitchen but not a single pot or pan. The mini bar has a 3oz bottle of sunscreen for $35 American. There was one remote for the 3 tvs (all in separate rooms). There was no wall between our patio and the next that we had expected from the pictures. Overall a lot of small things that would have been more annoying with a longer stay and the place felt a bit like prison, not vacation. The one highlight was Fernando who checked us in. He was friendly, explained everything well in perfect English and went out of his way to show us our villa and get us things we needed.

I made two reservations for this property and left a lengthy review. This is just the continuation. After finding termites in bedding I also contacted Expedia to get assistance. Expedia was also not able to reach anyone to help me also my issue. I have pictures and videos of the termites located all over one of the rooms. I provided proof to Expedia so hopefully the will remove this property from there listing. I also have screenshots of the calls I made to property and message I sent thru what’s up. Don’t stay at this property

My stay was very pleasant. It was quiet and very clean. Balcony was next to the sand which made it amazing. It’s gated and it felt safe. The bathrooms where awesome. They came with dove soap and conditioner & shampoo hung in the wall inside the shower. I will be going back.

definitivamente el ligar es un robo; la ubicacion esta bien pero no esta limpio; hay mucho polvo ; los banos son antiguos nada que ver von las fotos! el deposito que cobran es exuberante!!! las ollas son viejas y llenas de herrumbre !!! te conran hasta el cafe que te dejan en el counter a pesar de que dejamos todo bien aun asi me hicieron un cargo y aun no sabemos el porque!!!! eviten este lugar para que no pasen in mal momento sobre todo porque las fotos del webside estan muy lejos de la realidad!!! es un completo robo

Avoid staying here if you can. Property is very rundown. The access to the balcony was prohibited because the high tide caused structural damage but they don’t tell you that at booking or at check in. At arrival we noticed stains on the sheets and when we opened the pullout couch we noticed sand in it. The last night of our stay, we were getting dropped off by relatives and the guy at the gate of the hotel said the cars weren’t allowed to come all the way in to the villa. He said that if they came in even for 10-15 minutes he had to write their names down, just for safety. A few days later after our stay I realized they charged me $350 out of my deposit for that. Of course I’m disputing that charge but the fact that I have to deal with this is annoying.

I traveled with young kids and it was amazing. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing 10/10. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was perfect with the exeption that there is no air conditioner. If these villas had air conditioner it would be a 10/10. Please consider gettign an AC! Your visitors would be more comfortable and would probably come more often!! Please consider.

The apartment had a lot of walls cracked. It has a high balcony with out fences. Very dangerous. The beach side is filthy. The rooms are over priced. after 4 people they charge more with out providing a rolling bed or a matress. The bathroom towels are old and stained. They look like floor rugs. Not coming back.

Looks are deceiving from the website. Over promised under delivered. Did not feel welcome from check in throughout the stay by Management who was dismissive and rude . Property is being worked on but clearly not ready for guests. Location was the only bonus. Do not recommend.

I received booking confirmation a day after my reservation. Upon my arrival late at night after a 5 hour drive I was told they didn't have my reservation. They either need to remove themselves from this site so people don't book through here or they need to manage their reservations better.

You guys need better customer service at the front desk to be honest . That lady at the front desk is rude doesn’t have no respect. That attitude was no good. Either . Also you guys need to fix your phone you guys can’t receive no phone calls from people I try calling the front desk and nothing . These were my bad things that I saw in my opinion.

It was a nightmare! They wouldn't let us into the room that was fully paid for beforehand because they claimed we arrived "late". We were outside for hours talking to a security guard that claimed no one was there to let us in. After going back and forth for hours, he let us in. He did not issue us any keys. The next day we went to the office and the woman that works there wasn't there. A housekeeper was nice enough to give us one of her keys so that we could exit the gate and come back in. When we returned, we went to the office to speak to the woman that works there. She was extremely rude and decided she was going to "scold" us for being late. She said we should be "thankful" that she didn't cancel our reservation that was for two days. She also charged us for "fees" when it clearly states on the Hotels.com website that all fees and taxes are included. She was incredibly unprofessional and did not care. This place has no business advertising lodging to anyone! There is no reason why something like this should happen to anyone. Please make sure that others are aware!
It was a nightmare! They wouldn't let us into the room that was fully paid for beforehand because they claimed we arrived "late". We were outside for hours talking to a security guard that claimed no one was there to let us in. After going back and forth for hours, he let us in. He did not issue us any keys. I liked that the property was gated had a private beach area pools and jacuzzi clean I didn't like that we had planned to barbeque and the bbq was broken in Our Villa and the outdoor pool area was dirty They charged us upon exit an additional 16.95 per day i'm still a bit clueless on that a hotel fee. Shouldn't that be included in our reservation? other than that the stay is comfortable

We had several issues in our last stay, we usually stay with them multiple times a year but this time we had visitors and they usually charge around 30 dlls per extra person but they were trying to charge them full price, then we got a huge electric charge when getting out of the hot tub, and if that wasn’t enough they charged me the security deposit instead of holding and releasing and they are unresponsive to get my money back, I’m never going back there since it’s unsafe and they’re not responding to give my money back

Been going here for a while now. The stay is always great! The fact that when you slide the back door the beach is right in front of you is amazing. My wife loves it.

I was here before so I booked again and I had booked according to rhe web site the higher villa again for 5 people , i got the same villa aa last time but for more money, did asked but they could not tell me why, I like the villa but not sure I will stay here again, sourroundings are very scary going in .

Quiet, its on the coast and the villas are right on the beach. Tijuana is a shilort drive away and the local town has plenty to offer

It was my first time booking this property. Immediately upon arrival i was impresed with the location. The property sits in the back and closer to the beach. We checked in and i observed the politeness and professionalism of the female at the couter and how well we were helped. That was only the beginning of our great stay. Upon entering the Villa i observed the cleanliness and very nice place. We walked on to the back patio and we were left speechless with the priceless view we had in front of us. I can't emphasize this enough i truly recommend this Villas Hotel. Like i said the staff, environment and the million dollar view was awesome. I will definitely come back to this place because i know it will be a great stay all over again.

If you can deal with the small disappointments of Mexico then you might like this place but for most Americans it might not be the best experience. The property is set way back from the main road and is hard to find but is secure behind gates and walls with its own private "beach" on a small rocky bluff. Public beach access is at the far end of the property (currently blocked by construction). You can't get onto the sand directly from most of the villas. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There is surveillance everywhere and the security guard practically followed us around with his iPad that showed all the camera feeds, presumably to try and catch us breaking rules so they could fine us. The pool is tiny and cold and you have to reserve the Jacuzzi for your use. Second hot tub was drained. The villa was comfortable but they charged us more for a newly remodeled unit and then there was a full kitchen but not a single pot or pan. The mini bar has a 3oz bottle of sunscreen for $35 American. There was one remote for the 3 tvs (all in separate rooms). There was no wall between our patio and the next that we had expected from the pictures. Overall a lot of small things that would have been more annoying with a longer stay and the place felt a bit like prison, not vacation. The one highlight was Fernando who checked us in. He was friendly, explained everything well in perfect English and went out of his way to show us our villa and get us things we needed.

Excelente espacio. Super amables todo el personal del lugar, instalaciones amplias y de fácil acceso y uso, playa privada limpia y con distintas comodidades. Todo se veía cuidado, limpio y bastante privado.

The weather was great and it was ocean front .. there’s beach access to the side of the property… but not directly from our villa … the buildings itself or. She dates . Not keptup … No AC only ceiling fans . We lost power in the middle of the night … didn’t come back til the morning and it was coming and going which then caused for living room TV to keep turning on … (which was weird because the other TVs didn’t do that …
