Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit super Personal die alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Die Zimmer waren traumhaft. Alle Aktivitäten die dort angeboten werden sind empfehlenswert und bleiben in Erinnerung!

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles super organisiert. Das sympathische und freundliche Personal, die wirklich tollen Tour-Guides einschließlich der tollen Ausflüge (Schneemobil und Husky Ausflug sehr zu empfehlen) und dieses wirklich atemberaubende Hotel...einfach unvergesslich! Das Essen ist im Hotel sehr gut aber ein Spaziergang in den Ort einschließlich eines Restaurantbesuchs ist auch zu empfehlen. Wir haben jeden Tag die Polarlichter gesehen, können aber auch den Ausflug "Aurora Hunting by Car" (im Hotel buchbar) empfehlen. Denn ist der Himmel bedeckt wissen die Guides genau wo man hinfahren muss um die Polarlichter zu erblicken. Wer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und eins seiner größten Abenteuer erleben will ist hier genau richtig!

Great location at a great viewing point for the Northern Lights. Good access to Saariselka ski resort & toboggan run. Food is sub-par, so we ended up going to the village.

An amazing Hotel in a great set in a great position with great trips organised.

This is a premium hotel, located atop a hill with amazing views, offering accommodations and a myriad of activities for both couples and families. We had a room with sauna which was well worth it after a cold day full of activities. We area arranged 6 activities via the hotel. Our favorites were day and evening snowmobiling, huskies and snowshoing. There also is a ski slop and tobogganing up hill from the hotel. Take advantage of those. Last but not last, the staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating.

The hotel is very well designed (We saw perfect northern light on the 2nd night). Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the facilities, friendly and efficient staff, excellently organised activities.

오로라를 보고싶다면 최적의 선택! 산 정상이라 석양 뷰가 아름답고, 바람이 심해서 구름을 날려버려서 한밤에 오로라 감상 가능합니다. 2일간 오로라캐빈에서 숙박하는 동안 모두 한밤의 오로라 쇼를 감상할수 있었어요! 연계된 액티비티도 가성비가 좋아요!

北欧のオーロラ観光を目的に宿泊しました。スキー場が近く見晴らしの良い丘の上にあるコテージ型のホテルで、あたり一帯の雪原を臨める最高の眺望でした！ご飯も美味しく、寒さも感じないしっかりと温度調整された部屋で、室内のライティングも最高でした。一点だけリクエストをあげるとすれば、水回りのシャワーとトイレの部屋が共用で、シャワーで床が濡れてトイレにも影響してしまうことかなと思います。ただ、トイレとシャワーのある部屋（バスルーム）は、床暖房が効いており嫌な感じはなかったです。 オーロラ観測については、徒歩30秒でスキー場の丘上まで行くことができ、オーロラ観測には困ることはないと思います。私たちの場合、たまたま太陽フレアが活発なタイミングと重なり、夜空全体に光のカーテンが降りてくるような幻想的な体験をすることが出来ました！ 言語面では、英語の聞き取りは必須で、こちらが話す分には、単語レベルでもスタッフがしっかり意図を読みとって対応してくれる感じでした。 とにかく、静かで最高の景色とオーロラ体験を目的とされる方にはオススメできるホテルだと思います。

En exceptionel oplevelse! Hvis du er i tvivl, så tag afsted. Håndklæder og sengetøj blev ikke udskiftet efter 4 nætters ophold, hvilket er eneste at sætte en finger på.

We had a great time at this hotel. Our room had a private sauna, which we used several times and really enjoyed. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel itself is located outside of town and a little confusing to get to the first time (especially as it gets dark very early). It's also a higher elevation than the area around it to try and increase Northern Lights viewing. We actually found that did not help us see the Lights, as there was often a lot of fog which blocked the lights. But it wasn't hard for us a drive a short distance for better viewing. The staff was varied. Several went out of their way to be helpful and give advice/suggestions. One or two seemed like we were bothering them when asking questions. Breakfast had a lot of options, but we found the food bland. All in all, we really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the glass rooms are done really well. We were unlucky to not see the northern lights but we still had a great time.

We arrived during an extreme weather warning. The snowplough was able to support us to get into the car park. When we arrived, we've had a long journey and the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and offered to carry our bags to our cabin. We ate in the restaurant and it was the best meal I've ever eaten in my life. The service was next to Nunn, the waitress and waiter was so attentive And it really made us feel the ease given that we've had a very tricky drive from Levi. The location was absolutely beautiful and was magical. The cabin was kept perfectly warm for when we arrived, and the quality of everything in the cabin was beautiful. We had slippers, fluffy towels, toothbrushes kits . The views were stunning. Sadly, we never got to see the Northern Lights but still sleeping under snowy sky and waking up to Winter Wonderland was magical. The whole experience felt like luxury and after what I can only describe as a terrifying drive it was lovely to be met with such wonderful service and such comfort. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and the quality of food was out of this world. There was none alcoholic sparkling wine on the breakfast bar to be able to have for breakfast the most amazing smoked salmon and there was such a variety, I couldn't fault the hotel in any area. My partner, however, would tell you that the breakfast needed baked beans. However, this in Norway impacted how lovely our day was Lori, ferried driver in the snow from the uk

Unterkunft gut Essen sehr einseitig - sehr kleine Karte Frühstück sehr gut Traumhafter Blick!!! Leider Zimmer nicht abdunkelbar. Ganze Nacht hell. Bett ohne Matratze - lediglich Decke als Ersatz….

Really positive stay and we loved the room except for a few negatives: Tv is positioned way too high up to the ceiling. We could hear the neighbors in our room in the morning. Stairs up to the bed kind of almost damgerous Lobby is disappointing, only one couch to sit by the fire

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und jeden Cent wert. Nordlichter haben wir leider nicht gesehen aber es war trotzdem sehr schön dort. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und lecker. Personal sehr nett.

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Hadde rom med badstu. Det hva svært fordelaktig på en kald dag. Maten i restauranten var fantastisk.

Dinner options could have been a little better. All else was great at the property....5 stars!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und jeden Cent wert. Nordlichter haben wir leider nicht gesehen aber es war trotzdem sehr schön dort. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und lecker. Personal sehr nett.
