Big parking, clean, staff is friendly...will go back again

The suite rooms were very nice, clean and roomy. It had a fridge, microwave, and modern outlets with built-in USB plugs. There was one temporary problem, that is, renovations were going on such that the main lobby curved stairway was closed off making it necessary to go to the far end of the building and use the emergency exit stairway. The room I had was the furthest from the lobby and had unreliable weak internet.

The room was larger, contemporary and clean but extremely hot. We could not control the temperature. The property was old. No elevator to get to second floor. Guest should be advise at time of booking.

Room was excellent. Nice to stay at a hotel that was pet friendly with easy access to outside.

There is no common area inside where you could get a coffee or tea and watch TV and maybe meet people. You are lumited to your room.

Sure the inside of the hotel was renovated, but on the exterior you can still tell that it the place is old and somewhat decrepit. There’s no elevator so good luck if you are placed on the second floor and have a heavy suitcase with you.

I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times. Very convenient and low-cost, when I'm travelling from Ottawa to Montreal. I never had an issue until last weekend. After checking in just after 8pm and watching TV for a couple of hours (just before bedtime) I got out of bed and saw there was blood on the sheets. NOT MINE thank goodness, but I took a photo (timestamped 9:42 pm). It was too late to change rooms, because I had already unpacked and had to get up SUPER early the next morning to be in Montreal for 7:00 am, so I just slept on the other side of the bed. I requested a refund the next morning, sending them a picture of the blood on the sheets. They refused compensation, saying "I should have told them the previous evening when I discovered the problem" They also said "they found Band-aid wrappers in the room". Well, I never used a Band-aid, because I never cut myself. It was leftover from the previous occupant, which they said was "impossible". What is "impossible" is the likelihood of me ever staying there again. I have no issue with mistakes, we all make them; what I can't tolerate is a company (the hotel) not taking responsibility for their mistakes and making it right. If you won't admit it, you'll never fix it.

Lobby smelled like sewage and the hallways and dining room for breakfast were extremely cold. Room was basic but clean and comfortable

The room was nice. The bed was super comfy and made for a great night sleep. The drain in the shower was plugged meaning water was draining very slowly. There was some wear and tear on the room, and could use a little work. But for a place to sleep it was perfect. It’s in a quiet area. Not much around the hotel it’s self but the town down the road has a few options for dining, groceries, etc. the scenery going to and from the hotel was beautiful. If you are trying to get to Montreal via Uber it will be difficult and you more than likely end up taking the more expensive taxi. Overall I would stay here again, if I didn’t plan to go to Montreal every day.

Unfortunately we found the room to be very dated. The door was loose and unhinged when opening it to get to the mini fridge. The AC didn’t work properly and continuously turned on and off.

Rooms are pretty stark, but fine. Bathroom fan is very loud.

Rooms clean, beds comfy. Great front desk staff. Easy highway access. Price is right. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Good proximity to where we needed to be and the area was quiet. Clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Plumbing is very loud, toilet made an awful noise when flushed. Beds were good and clean. Place could use updates but it was decent.

Really nice staff and clean hotel . Was here last july amd returned again as its affordable and very clean . Staff is really friendly too and awesome restaurant just down the road.

The room itself was fine. Quiet. Spacious. Comfortable. It had a microwave and a fridge. The issue was the toilet. It barely flushed. Someone must have flushed down something non biodegradable. There wasn’t any plunger in the room. I went to the front desk and reported it and asked for a plunger. They said they’d send someone to fix it. No one showed up by the time we checked out. There was no courtesy bathrooms for guests elsewhere.

Very friendly and kind staff

The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. When I booked online I didn't get an option to select how many people we were and the lady at reception quickly helped fix that. We also accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room by accident and since they didn't have any availability, they made an exception so that we didn't have to go find another hotel and after a 13 hour drive, I'm super appreciative of that fact. The staff were very friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend.

Check in was painful! The lady ahead of us kept asking tons of questions. Wanted to see several rooms. All while I got to stand there for more than 15 minutes to check in. I would have left if I could have received a refund!! Outdated but clean. Breakfast was worth passing over. Pretty poor selection. No brewed coffee. Will not stay again.

Easily accessible, good parking. Breakfast was more a continental Breakfast, nothing hot except for toast contrary to other Travelodge we stayed at. We stayed 2 nights and they did not clean the room after the 1st day.. We paid $20/night extra to another similar room when we reserved because we had a small dog. Once we got to our motel, we were charged an extra $25/night for the pet. We were told that the extra $20/night was because of tenovations they had to do to these rooms to make them pet friendly..the $15/night was actually for the dog. It is either false advertising or we were taken dishonestly. We will not stay there againnor recemmend it.

We couldn’t make it and asked for a break as it was out of our control.. No refund was offered.

Very convenient to be able to stop here late at night on our way to Quebec City. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, it was a comfortable room, and we had a good night's sleep after a long drive. I do not know what is available in the area as far as restaurants etc, it seems like the hotel is pretty much on it's own.

I liked everything but the fact that it was too far from the city

Had a very pleasant stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Rigaud. Travelled with the family (wife and 3 kids). Easy and quick check in. Nice and clean room with all the basic amenities provided. Room was very clean and quiet. Beds were pretty comfortable. Continental Breakfast was included. Location was its not too bad, has a few convenience stores nearby and Mont Rigaud is a few minutes away. But it’s a small town so there’s not much to do.

L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres et salles de bains ben nettoyées.Il y a de quoi manger à proximité. Petit-déjeuner à revoir car il n'y a que du jus à boire, même pas un thé, cest dommage pour les personnes qui ne boivent pas de café

I had an excellent night’s sleep. It was quiet as requested. Room had nice amenities. The fridge was appreciated. The morning free breakfast far exceeded expectations. A nightlight in the bathroom would have been a nice extra for those who have to get up in the middle of the night.

Needs were met in every aspect. Only recommendation would be better continental breakfast. Only toast and muffins were edible as the hard boiled eggs were in fact, soft boiled and still raw inside. Other wise, pleasant stay !
