Travelodge by Wyndham Rigaud

We have had 3 wonderful stays at this hotel! We received amazing service all three stays from Jasmine and Dora at the front desk! They both really went above and beyond our expectations! The room rates were very reasonable. The room was quite nice and the breakfast was excellent! We look forward to staying here again in the near future! Keep up the excellent work and thanks again Jasmine and Dora for the royal treatment!

It was acceptance nothing terrible but nothing outstanding

Clean room and a very friendly lady looking after the breakfast room.

Friendly staff, efficient service. However, the cleanliness was not up to my standards. Surface level was ok : linens were clean, sink wped down. But other surfaces in the bathroom were dirty (walls, door), and grime was accumulated by the base boards. Granted, the declining state of the hardware doesn't help to project a clean image. I fully understand this is not a five-star luxury hotel. I get that the linens or furniture might not be top quality... but a good wipedown of the bathroom with bleach goes a long way towards a much better image for your property!

The room was perfect for me and the staff were great. I enjoyed my stay.
