My husband bed was hard ...the bfast the nxt morning was not good. Coffee was cold. Cereal was stale. Pool and hot tub was out of order. And no elevators. Never heard of that ever!!! Would not of stayed there if had known.

Had a pool and hot tub but we didn’t use it. The smoking area was right outside the front door. We had a non smoking room that smelled of smoke. It kept waking me throughout the night. Our door was extremely difficult to lock upon closing. The first room was covered in pet hair and the manager moved us to another room. This was not a good idea experience.

Everything was expected except for one key factor. I specifically searched for a hotel with breakfast, indoor pool and hot-tub. Both hot tub and pool were closed. Staffed explained the heater was broken and they just received the part. I understand things happen, just wish we could of been notified before check in and given the opportunity to look elsewhere for the amenities we requested.

There is NO ELEVATOR. WARNING! It was terrible when we had to carry the luggages two flights of stairs especially when you have kids. The breakfast was okay and simple. You can make your waffles. There was only boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, banana, and some sweet snacks like honey bun. When we entered the room, it smelled like old cigarettes. There were burnt holes in our blankets. The digital clock was rusted and barely can see the time. The room needed to be dusted. The staff was nice and friendly. The pool was clean. The surrounding area are full of nice restaurants and stores. There are a lot of fun things to do especially with the family.

The property was very dirty.They don't provide towels except 43 and a double room. The people that are living at that motel sit at the benches by the front door smoking their cigarettes, and you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in and out of the motel. The breakfast is not that good.There's nothing except for sweet items on the breakfa. The maintenance team has not fixed the ice machine in the whole five days.That we have been there. Today, the toilet handle has fallen off the toilet. They go days without cleaning the room or taking out the tra. Do not stay at this motel. Or stay that's your own risk.

Not in well maintained condition. - Automatic door at front of the hotel would not close without being pushed together. - Bathroom walkin shower has a cracked broken floor with patch over the hole. That area was not supported underneath as it was bending when you stepped near it. It should be removed, resupported and new unit installed - The padded chair in the room had "loose" arms.

DISGUSTING!!!!!! This hotel is a complete dump! Not only did I wake up with two bed bugs on me after paying over $300/night, there is also an extreme infestation of roaches. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for promoting such a deplorable hotel. After spending over 20 minutes chatting with customer service, Expedia refused to give me a full refund and the hotel manager/owner was rude, dismissive and refused to give me her last name. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! And Shame on you EXPEDIA!!!!!

Room reeked of smoke, which shouldn't be for a non-smoking property. The shower looked uncleaned, so much so I didn't bother showering there. The comforter looked stained and dirty. I considered sleeping in my car. That being said, when I called a few days before I spoke to a very nice lady at the front desk who was very helpful.

We had a terrible stay. When we arrived there were people that appeared to be very intoxicated hanging around the main entrance. Our room was located next to the office and we could hear everything going on in the lobby for two days. The intoxicated people moved inside and were loud and obnoxious and it seemed to be normal because it went on go over an hour and nothing was being done about it. I had my wife and two daughters ages 8 and 10 were with me. They were scared. If that wasn’t bad enough we found a roach in the bathroom and the room was very dirty. The reason why it took me so long to make a complaint was the fact that I found a roach in my house today and we have never had roaches nor stayed anywhere else. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

Bed Bugs! I went to get in bed only to find bedbugs crawling under the pillow. I did take video and showed it to desk clerk. She moved us to another room, however it made me question the overall cleanliness of the entire building. The heating unit didn’t work in the new room. Noise volume of other guests overnight was disturbing.

Hotel rooms were spacious, bed soft and comfy with good pillows. Heater fan ran all night- great to drown out extraneous noises. Breakfast had waffles and egg. Hot tub and pool were just perfect. Freezer in room refroze our ice packs. Room was free of smoke or other smells. Floors were recently redone. Staff was friendly and helpful, 100% For an inexpensive hotel it was far beyond expectations. I'd recommend it to those keen on point to point travel.

I hate leaving a negative review, but if I was searching for a place to stay I would appreciate someone telling me that this building is not even a value. The best thing that I can say is that I was safe from the outside elements and that the people were nice behind the desk when I asked them to change my dirty sheets. The flies in my room outnumbered the cigarette burns in the comforter. The total abyss of any wifi, hotspot or otherwise, was rivaled only by the insane amount of garbage overflowing in the dumpster located right outside the building's entrance (which might explain the fly problem). My bathroom was clean. That was nice.

Would not recommend. So noisy- hardly got any sleep at all. Old corndog stick on floor in our room. Ice machine across from room and beginning very early people were filling ice chests. So incredibly noisy. People slamming doors and yelling in hallway all night.

My room was between a chihuahua and two huge Rottweilers. The larger dogs barked from 10:00 p.m. through most of the night. The chihuahua followed suit. The answer was to move my room. I was given the room under the stairs,that EVERYONE used. At about 4:00a.m, housekeeping readied their cart outside my door. I got little to no sleep. Will not go back.

Our stay was great. The room and hotel were very clean and well kept. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and the A/C was already on for us. We didnt fet to use the pool, but oassed it several times to see that it was well kept and being enjoyed by other guests. Reasonable rules and requests are posted regarding the grounds and hotel property. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, or a variety of packaged pastries, instant oatmeals or granola bars. Yogurt. Milk and oj were poured by the gallon, along with shareable cream cheese and butter for the stack of bread or bagels to toast. More like your home kitchen. No other hot breakfast items, the fresh waffles.

We arrived at 9:30pm to check in only to find out that there were no clean rooms even though we had a reservation. We had to wait 30 plus minutes, which we shouldn't have had to wait. I find this unacceptable but appreciate Anna, at the frint desk, for going out of her way to take care of us and clean up a room herself. We had to wait over 40 minutes before we were able to get into the room. Dogs barking throughout the night, in the room next door.

When asked for a roll away bed, Tasha said it's $33.00 a night non refundable! When checking out I asked another employee and was told it was I believe 16.00 a night! Tasha was annoyed when asked for pool towels stating she still had not had her lunch yet she gave us two towels for five people. She sat in the lobby with her girlfriend practically her entire shift when we needed anything she acted upset to have to get up. I will not be recommending your hotel and I will not be returning. This woman needs to be fired she is a horrible customer service rep and obviously trying to steal money from the patrons. The first room had a huge stain of unknown origin on the mattress, blood on the shower curtain, and a dirty towel hanging in the shower. It was very apparent that cleaning had not been completed. The manager was very helpful and moved us quickly to a new room that she cleaned personally. The rest of the visit is how you would expect with a discounted motel. No complaints after we moved to the new room.

I booked a last minute overnight trip so I was looking more for convenience and affordability than a long stay. The staff was welcoming and professional, truly attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. The weather was unseasonably cool so the well maintained indoor pool and whirlpool was a welcome treat. The breakfast was more than adequate, but many other dining options are available nearby for those seeking more varied fare. I’ll be sure return.

There was long dark hair on our Toliet, there was a burn hole in our non-smoking comforter, there was a dead worm on our floor. This is two levels and there is no elevator. The breakfast was very bad. Watered down waffle mix, s cheap stick of butter for everyone to share among condiment containers you bring from home. There were hard boiled eggs, bagels and choice of two cereals and toast. Needless to say never going back
