The restaurant, grounds and hotel are well taken care of with carefully curative artsy design details. Gorgeous, spacious rooms that make you forget you’re so close to a bustling city. The hotel is nestled away in a quiet corner of a hip area. Very walkable to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We felt extremely welcomed with our daughter but my husband and I can’t wait to go back and enjoy an adults trip soon!

Ham Yard Hotel is close to everything and everywhere you want to be for a London vacation! Fun and classy vibe, not pretentious, the staff is amazing! Warm, inviting, helpful….perfect! The hotel smells magnificent, gym is great and 4th fl terrace is a great place to land after a long day of walking!! This is now the only hotel I’ll stay at, both personally and professionally!

Wonderful hotel, good service at spa, bar, front desk, door, and great facilities. Personally not a fan of the restaurant for breakfast, which was disappointing both days I tried it, both for food and service. But overall, a great luxury property in a location that needs it, and to which I will again return.

One of the best hotels we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We were there for a 6 night stay and we will definitely be coming back, the staff was so attentive to our needs. Everything was kept perfectly need and stocked throughout our stay. I ordered tea with room service half way through our stay and the staff kept a tea service in our room with a kettle for the rest of our stay. It was so thoughtful! They also left nice hand written notes and small treats (lotion, sweets etc) throughout. The water pressure in the shower was so great as well as the shampoo and body wash. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and their incredible standards.

Generally an awesome hotel delivering an awesome experience and consistent with other firmdale hotels. I was disappointed in concierge directing me to the web when I was trying to organise a last minute day trip to Oxford. Felt they could have done more to make it happen. Ended up having to book a Avis car myself with no assistance from hotel staff.

But overall, a great luxury property in a location that needs it, and to which I will again return.

the hamyard is a beautiful hotel! my husband and I felt like home during our stay. the location is perfect and the staff is helpful and friendly!! this hotel is a must in soho! we live in new jersey and are already planning a staycation at there nyc location!

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! If you are looking for an upscale, trendy hotel in a wonderful location, this is your spot. The service is impeccable, from small details like milk and cookies left for our daughter to the concierge returning our call at midnight. The restaurant, grounds and hotel are well taken care of with carefully curative artsy design details. Gorgeous, spacious rooms that make you forget you’re so close to a bustling city. The hotel is nestled away in a quiet corner of a hip area. Very walkable to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We felt extremely welcomed with our daughter but my husband and I can’t wait to go back and enjoy an adults trip soon!

Ham Yard Hotel is close to everything and everywhere you want to be for a London vacation! Fun and classy vibe, not pretentious, the staff is amazing! Warm, inviting, helpful….perfect! The hotel smells magnificent, gym is great and 4th fl terrace is a great place to land after a long day of walking!! This is now the only hotel I’ll stay at, both personally and professionally!

One if the most perfect hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed room, fabulous bedding,stunning bathroom and very stylish decor. Service was 10/10 even posted a list item to me the next day FOC. Friendly and professional service from all staff we spoke to. Would love a kettle in room buy easy to take my own! Only thing that was slightly disappointing is the extremely expensive and somewhat average breakfast not included in room rate.

Starting with the amazing stuff, Continuing with every single thing in the hotel which is down to the last small detail. This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room.
