The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a water view room and the restaurant was very good. The area is beautiful with nice hikes right out of our door. Went to the nature reserve and did a cave tour as well. Really interesting and fun. The only downside for us was the tour buses that arrived each day which made everything busy and crowded. When the buses left by late afternoon, it was peaceful and more enjoyable.

Fantastic view, friendly staff, family suite had everything we needed to allow for light cooking, prompt kettle for tea and instant coffee, and small fridge to keep food and beverage cool. Will stay again!

The room is pretty drab and a little bit of money would go a long way — nicer chairs (maybe not black plastic), a bit more furnishings, maybe the utensils are in a utensil holder in the drawer instead of a little bowl that holds all of the utensils in a mess. Overall it's quite a nice place it just needs someone to care about the design & experience a bit more!
