Airport Hotel Hanoi Convenient & Friendly

Notre taxi ne trouvait pas l’adresse, du coup il nous a envoyer dans un autre hôtel a côté de l’endroit où nous nous trouvions , sauf que l’hôtel en question était carrément deux ou trois niveaux en dessous sans le petit déjeuner prévu etc…

The condition of the property was fine, but if you want to spend time in Hanoi, this is to far away. We could have gotten a room for the same price in Hanoi and saved a lot of money on taxis. The breakfast was ok. We were offered a free pick up from the airport and were told the driver would pick us up in 10 minutes, but it was about half an hour and he did not meet us where we were supposed to meet. When we need a taxi the clerk told us that he would call one for us and that we had to pay him for it. I have been to Vietnam several times and I have never been asked to do this. I later was told that the clerk or hotel gets a commission. I would recommend everyone download the GRAB app and get your own taxi. The hotel is right next to the highway and could hear the trucks all night long. While I was in the lobby i saw a sign on the glass window that said Free Bikes. I asked the clerk about it and he said the sigh was from the last owner 10 years ago. I would not stay hear again. There are better options

The hotel was at a different address and a new name. Expedia needs to update it web page or remove the add.
