Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

I was surprised when we arrived to see that where we were staying looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was very difficult getting answers to our questions. They could use more signage and helpful personnel. We booked this hotel primarily because we planned to spend all our time at Disney, so we didn’t have a chance to use any of their many facilities. Be advised that the hotel campus is locked down. It’s a challenge to get in and out. One night we were stuck outside the gate and had no way of getting back in to our rooms!

The park facilities are exactly as expected, handy shop, pizza restaurant is good, pool area is ideal and the bowling place has decent cocktails. I found it strange there are no lights at night around the park, so walking from the bar to the lodge at night was extremely dark. Download the app for local buses and they are really frequent to Disneyland. The lodge we had was not clean. The mattress was stained with what looked like blood, the toilets looked like they hadnt seen bleach in years, the pillows have no protectors and are sweat stained, hairs all over the bed, sheets were marked. When we pulled out the sofa bed it was covered in food, rubbish and broken bits of toys from previous guests. There were 3 fans provided. I had to take them outside and scrub the inches of dust from them to try and make them make any difference to the temperature. There was 2 pots for use and 1 was too small for use on the induction hob so was absolutely useless. The microwave/oven smelled like rotten cheese so we never used it. The outside furniture was also very dirty which we can accept as they stay outside but this was years of build up. The light outside flickered constantly so we couldnt sit outside at night as it is very dark. Luckily we were literally using it as a base to sleep as we were in Disneyland and Paris for full days. We left the lodge is a much better condition than we found it.

We didn’t get the accommodation which we were supposed when booking it. The apartment we got was okay, but since we travelled with a dog we could have been using the “garden” of the cabin.

Nært Disneyland, fint badeland og tilbud tilhørende resort. Litt dårlig med i formasjon, aircondition kunne ikke leies, app til resort funket ikke, og de svarte ikke på meldinger som vi stilte via Hotels.com.

Déçue de la propreté du logement ( sol collant, insectes écrasés sur les murs, baignoire HS, et odeur de remontées d’égout dans la salle de douche, bondé cassée) Bien que certains désagréments ont été résolus rapidement, nous sommes déçus de la prestation. Concernant les activités, certaines n’étaient pas fonctionnelles (partie extérieure en travaux non mentionnée, pas de mini boat pour les enfants, les jeux couverts pour les moins de 3 ans vides de leurs balles) . Nous étions en transit sur Paris : nous avons du arriver très tôt et aucun geste pour un Check in plus tôt que prévu on a attendu jusque 16h alors que le parc était vide, même moyennant un supplément ils ont refusé. Notre vol a été annulé et nous avons dû rendre le logement un jour avant : de même aucun geste commercial pour la nuitée perdue. Nous regrettons le manque de souplesse de la part de la direction et le manque sérieux de propreté du logement. Toutefois certaines activités proposées sont biens pour les enfants et le cadre est fort agréable.
