Holiday Inn - Bloomington - Normal by IHG

Rooms are small, but clean. We were there two nights and for whatever reason they didn’t clean our room. We had to call three times to get new towels. The pool water and room were freezing. There was ants all over the floor. Shower water takes forever to warm up. Staff wasn’t very helpful they were always on their cell phones at the front desk. However, the property seems newly renovated. Lobby is nice, has a bar area. Location isn’t great, but not bad. Lot of geese and geese poop all over the parking lot. Not the worst stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

It wasn’t a bad stay. Property is outdated. The staff are great and the property and rooms was clean. Rooms are small. Close to ISU and ball fields

Always a big letdown to find out only upon check-in that the “pool is out of order.”

Room was clean and staff was nice. I did not have breakfast.
