Royale Signature Hotel

Well the property need a lot of updating. Alor Setar has not been a good choice for hotel.

The positive thing, is that the room is spacious and big. Good view of the Alor Setar Tower. The plug in point was not working and the bathroom was looking old and not spotless clean. The place needs a bit of upkeeping

Dirty and out of maintenance Try to charge everything

Having traveled extensively across Asia for the past 15 years I can honest say I his was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in . We didn’t get the room we had booked , the tv in the room was unwatchable due to the poor reception, the room had a small fridge which despite having drinks in it didn’t work , no hot water . The food at breakfast was not great , the bread was so hard it was impossible to cut . The toilet flush was also trouble. I would never recommend this place and wil never return

The facilities were old, the room had a strange smell, the bathroom felt dirty, the bath towels were old and should have been changed, and the bed sheets weren't very clean either.
