Our 3rd time in Jeff TX but our 1st time at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The ladies were friendly and worked hard for us esp the lady red head. The hotel was quaint, historic, and simple. They had a coffee and beverage bar but that is it which was fine. Good ice machine. AC was excellent almost too cool ha. The bathroom was tight and the plumbing leaked on floor sometimes. The WIFI was Ok and we only watched 1 hr of TV. I think one of the best parts of the hotel was location. We walked EVERYWHERE. We never touched our car until it was time to go home. Thx Kahn Hotel team.

The hotel was gorgeous and riddled with architectural beauty. We found our room to be very comfortable with soft linens, antique furniture and needed amenities. We traveled for the historic town and ghosts stories. The Kahn is perfectly positioned downtown with the tours starting in front of the hotel Friday and Saturday nights. The coffee shop is a nice touch and very delicious. Both ladies who waited on us were very accommodating and polite. Definitely will recommend to our friends.

My wife and I stayed at the Kahn for three nights in March. We had to check in over the phone as the lobby had closed when we arrived, but it was simple to do, they gave us a code for the front door and the room key was in our unlocked room. The front desk was run by an extremely nice and helpful lady who was very attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is wonderful, I parked the car and never moved it until we checked out. All of historic Jefferson is within walking distance of the hotel. My only issue was the room was a bit on the small side, typical of older hotels, it was a little tight, but the room was nicely decorated, appeared to be recently remodeled, and was very clean. Also, there are no individual controls for the heat/AC in the room, but the front desk lady asked us many times if the temperature was okay. She also gave us her cell number and told us to call anytime 24/7 if she wasn't at the hotel and we needed help. It is supposed to be the most haunted hotel in Texas, but we did not experience anything out of the ordinary, although I heard a number of most interesting stories of strange happenings there. Overall, superior service and nice people, as was everyone we met in Jefferson! Overall, I would recommend this property, just be aware that the rooms are a bit on the small side.

Room was nice, bath great. One small chair. Hubby and I both have Cpaps so I had to use chair to put mine on. Nice to be downtown. Website did not advise that our room was upstairs with no elevator but hotel rep was able to move us to first floor. She was very helpful.

Friendly staff. The place where this inn is located is all historic, so it’s kinda neat. The shops, the streets. The area was pretty tranquil. The walls inside this old structure are kinda thin though. I heard my neighbors in their room talking and whenever ppl were in the hallway. I could hear them clearly. I was so glad when everybody finally settled down for the night. No way to control the temp in the rooms. It was kinda chilly. Luckily there was plenty bedding to keep warm. Easy check-in and check-out.

This is a charming, historical hotel, but the room we stayed in was really small and the box springs on the bed creaked terribly. There was no thermostat in the room, so no way to control the temperature except to call the front desk, which we did. But even though we were told it would be turned up, she said the humidity caused problems with getting it to work right. It was cool and rainy, and we were awakened by a loud dripping apparently from the roof onto a metal surface, then later by the person next door walking on the wooden floor with hard-soled shoes. The walls were thin, and we also heard a blow dryer running. The weekend nightly rate was almost $70 higher than for a weeknight, and it certainly wasn’t worth the extra cost. This was our first and last stay there. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping, but that was the only plus.

Room was nice, bath great. One small chair. Hubby and I both have Cpaps so I had to use chair to put mine on. Nice to be downtown. Website did not advise that our room was upstairs with no elevator but hotel rep was able to move us to first floor. She was very helpful.

The hotel was very nice and a great location. I parked my car once and was within walking distance of everything I needed and all the events I planned to attend. The staff was welcoming and friendly, after one nights stay I felt like I had known them for years!

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice fixtures in historic hotel, in the middle of town and an easy walk to everything, nice hosts. But...parking is on the street and the walls are thin. Bring earplugs and try to score one of the parking spots next to the hotel.

Our 3rd time in Jeff TX but our 1st time at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The ladies were friendly and worked hard for us esp the lady red head. The hotel was quaint, historic, and simple. They had a coffee and beverage bar but that is it which was fine. Good ice machine. AC was excellent almost too cool ha. The bathroom was tight and the plumbing leaked on floor sometimes. The WIFI was Ok and we only watched 1 hr of TV. I think one of the best parts of the hotel was location. We walked EVERYWHERE. We never touched our car until it was time to go home. Thx Kahn Hotel team.

The hotel was gorgeous and riddled with architectural beauty. We found our room to be very comfortable with soft linens, antique furniture and needed amenities. We traveled for the historic town and ghosts stories. The Kahn is perfectly positioned downtown with the tours starting in front of the hotel Friday and Saturday nights. The coffee shop is a nice touch and very delicious. Both ladies who waited on us were very accommodating and polite. Definitely will recommend to our friends.
