Nice upgraded spacious room. Everything was super clean!! Lady upfront was very kind. We didn’t get to experience the bar area as it is closed on Sunday and Monday but breakfast and coffee was good!

Absolutely blown away with how great our stay was! We were only passing through and spent one night at the honey bee. We weren’t arriving until after the office closed and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything was ready to go and the room was HUGE, smelled good and immediately felt nice and clean. They had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the parking was good. Next time we visit the state park I’m certain we will be staying here again!

Really nice motel!! Arrived late, called for a room and the manager was there in minutes! The room was super clean, cozy and quiet. They had nice breakfast goodies available for us even though we were the only customers! Would stay there again!

Surprised. Wasn’t expecting roadside when booked. Rooms and lobby were very clean. I asked to move room as it was right on main road and staff was accommodating. Needed a few more plugs near bedside but was able to adapt.

The room was well lit, which I appreciate a lot. Everything was was with a great theme decor making it very charming. The room was very big but had minimal surfaces for your things, everything had to be on the floor, toiletries suit cases and such. No towel bars, no real sink counter. Heater / AC unit was very loud but worked. The bed is a very soft memory foam so it’s like sleeping in a hammock once it warms up (it lacks the firmer foam support). Overall the place was very nice, well done revamp of an old motel.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the fact that there was vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. Very cute. Area isn't the best but it was the closest to my business meeting. If you need a room close to Fall Creek Falls, i do recommend it. I did have a hard time regulating the AC but some may like their room colder than others. Don't let that deter you from renting a room there. The room had a king bed, large closet, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was fully stocked. Also had a hairdryer and nice TV.

This place is the cutest place ever. Location is great, the room is clean and comfortable and decorated just so perfect. We were checking in after 6pm and the staff texted to let us know a password for a key lock that was going to be put on the door. Didn't get to stay!!! The office closed at 600 PM, no one answered our calls. We were late getting in and were forced to stay at another hotel which paying for stays at two motels for one night cost us over $200.00. Very unpleasant experience

Went to see my son for a long weekend, it’s a small town but this place was amazing, we arrived after they had closed and Jacob called and let me know they would put a lock box on the door and checked us in prior to our arrival. Cute continental breakfast every morning. Very cute remodeled room with everything you could need. They even had a make up towel for us girlies, just make sure to not get towels dirty and no suit cases on the bed because if you get any dirt on any of their white linens they will charge you. Not one to trash a room but I felt I had to be extra careful that no make up or any speck of dirt got on any of their white linens…over all a cute remodeled motel.

Check in had to be done via text because no one is there on Sundays and the woman was incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. There were lots of signs all over to room with over the top rules and fines. Not worth the stay at all.

The Honey Bee Motel is located in a quaint town of Dunlap, TN. It is nestled in the Saquatchie Valley. Dee was handling the front desk and was quite pleasant to meet. She even sent me a text just before we arrived to let us know how to check in if we showed up after the lobby was closed. The room was very well done and clean. Motels are usually avoided by us but this was close, affordable, and better than even the pictures and other reviewers stated. The beds were as comfortable as home. The room even came with complimentary coffee and mini Keurig coffee machine. We look forward to free continental breakfast in the AM before we head off to see Falls Creek Falls.

The Honeybee is a cute little motel, renovated and fixed up nicely, and was comfortable, clean, and near everything we needed. The staff reached out to us to check us in and gave us the door code since the lobby isn't open on Sundays, and everything was easy peasy with that. Absolutely blown away with how great our stay was! We were only passing through and spent one night at the honey bee. We weren’t arriving until after the office closed and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything was ready to go and the room was HUGE, smelled good and immediately felt nice and clean. They had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the parking was good. Next time we visit the state park I’m certain we will be staying here again!

Bed wasn't comfortable. It was too hard and pillows too soft. We could only get ice in lobby which closed at 6. Breakfast was donuts, bagels, or sweet cereals with whole milk. Lobby didn’t open until 730a for breakfast. Since hotel is in central time, but very close to eastern time, it was hard to get to things for sightseeing early since breafast was 830a eastern time.

Check-in was easy and fast, breakfast was very nice (plenty of choices and to go choices - especially when leaving early to explore the state parks around), newly remodeled feel. Room was super clean, cute theme and having a bar close to it was super convenient! I read a review mentioning their burger and it did not disappointed! It's not too far from Falls Creek State Park.

LOVED this motel! It’s been completely renovated by the new owners & is very well done. Rooms are spacious & the cleanest that we’ve stayed in during our 3 week vacation. I highly recommend this motel in Dunlap, Tennessee, the Motel was extremely clean and nice, the owner is extremely out going making sure your stay is enjoyable. The only negative I would say is the beds are just like all hotel and Motel beds Hard. The burgers and wings next door at the Bar are out of this world good.

The motel was so charming. The decor was very "homey." Delores was amazing - so kind and courteous and assisted is with all our questions. It was quiet even though on the main street. It was exceptionally clean, great ammenities. We would stay there again !! Also, there is a great place yo eat right next door. The food was delicious!!!
