Aufenthalt am 1 Nacht

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner Lage nahes Flughafens gebucht, nach der langen Anreise aus Deutschland. Wir wurden abends freundlich am Schalter empfangen. Allerdings waren wir zu müde, um unsere zwei Zimmer im Detail zu betrachten. Die Zimmer an sich waren ok, die Möbel nicht mehr die neuesten (an den Stühlen fehlten die Armlehnen ganz oder teilweise). Das Bad war sauber. Allerdings waren beide Bettlaken fleckig. Beide Zimmertüren waren sehr schwergängig. Eine Zimmertür war von außen nicht zu schließen, steht also faktisch offen. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar und einfach. Wir sind dann noch woanders hingegangen. WLAN ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Es wird zwar voller Empfang angezeigt, allerdings hat man nur 0,3 mbps. Absolutes No-Go war der Fön in meinem Zimmer: das Gehäuse war derart beschädigt, dass Glühdrähte und stromführende Teile offen lagen. Das ist lebensgefährlich! Ein solcher Fön muss unbedingt entfernt werden! Es gibt keine Entschuldigung für so ein fahrlässiges Handeln! Besser keinen Fön als diesen.

This hotel is terrible—do not stay here. The reviews are very misleading. From the moment we pulled up, the property looked sketchy. Unfortunately, it only got worse once I went inside the room. I specifically paid for a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. When I tried turning on the light near the bathroom, it didn’t work, and when I walked into the bathroom, the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I left immediately and requested a refund, but the hotel refused. I had to contact Hotels.com, and after going back and forth with both the hotel and Hotels.com, I finally received a refund today. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To make things even more concerning, the hotel changed its name from “Americas Inn & Suites” to “Crystal Inn & Suites” within just a few days, which is very suspicious. I would not trust this place at all.

This location used to be quite pleasant. However, my most recent visit was absolutely the worst. I pre-booked and paid so that my service Corgi would have no hiccup when we arrived. As we had car troubles and had been in the heat for most of the day. Im sure we appeared like some homeless bums but even still-The manager refused to accept my service dog even with the Service dog ID. Was attempting to charge my card for a $100 pet deposit that would be returned IF there werent any damages. Then, He had to call for permission from the owner which took a total of 45 mins after the uber dropped. An hour before check out-the power to the AC was turned off and when attempting to dial the office-no one answered. When I turned in the key and to get my receipt the lady said that she'd never heard of that and laughed in my face. Never again will I use this brand but especially this location

We had reservations which were not honored. The rooms were dirty and smelled like someone peed in an ashtray. There was a hair on the toilet and a burn hole in the sheet. This was a pretty disgusting place.
