This property is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We especially enjoyed the staff who were so helpful in planning our tour, scheduling taxis and answering all our questions. Dine here too, the food is excellent!

Nice property. The area is very quiet and green. The staff were also helpful and kind. But there’s a need to pay attention to some details: Some areas for improvement: - at night, outdoor lights were not functioning (from the restaurant to the pool area) - room 301: entrance door needs repair. Toilet seat super noisy. The shower floor is bent in the wrong direction, so there is always a lot of water left. - room service was minimal (no towel refresh, no water added after the first day) - there are not enough sun beds at the pool area. There were often none left at around 4-5p - breakfast could benefit from fresher/more ‘homemade’ options. There were too many industrial cheese/jam/bread/toppings. Not a bad breakfast but given the good quality of the restaurant on the evening we were expecting something better.

The view from the Hotel is very nice. I just didn’t like that our room doesn’t have an elevator to go down.And for a four star hotel it doesn’t have a coffee machine or coffee or tea in the room.There was no tissue holder.There was no trash inside the room just in the bathroom other than that everything is okay.
