Great place to stay, only thing we were not very impressed with, the foyer bar closed early, on a Saturday night. we have stayed multiple times at this hotel and have always been able to come back after a concert and have a drink. We also used to pool and it could do with a clean.

The hotel was clean and had a nice premium type feel. The staff were great. The car parking was nice and secure. The only issue we encountered in our 5 night stay was being called by hotel reception on day 4 asking us to pay our current charges. Not sure why as we had given a credit card at time of checkin. We have stayed in far more expensive accommodation elsewhere and never encountered this. We thought that was a bit strange. Overall we would stay again should we visit the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.

Really 5 star from the arrival at Front Desk and Lobby to the room (117). Comfortable bed and large room and bathroom. Quality toiletries and fittings. All staff very friendly and professional. Good coffee in the Lobby Bar and very nice room service meals. Free covered secure car parking. Nice pool and clean modern gym. Very quiet despite having a lot of venues running.

We found the location very convenient for what we were looking for, but our room was very dusty and obviously hadn’t been wiped down in some time. There was obvious dust on the table under TV, side tables and above the bed. I had to wipe down the table so I could do some work on my computer. My husband and I both have allergies and woke up sneezing due to the dust/air conditioner.

Staff were fantastic. The room itself had a few issues with the alarm clock and ironing board being broken. The shower also leaked. Access to other areas of the hotel after hours are impossible to reach, including access to the plaza/restaurants. The venue is well situated and well designed. Ice buckets were mentioned but none were available at the ice station, which was falling apart.

Really great hotel. We came to watch a gig at the pub so was perfect. The room was very comfortable nice bed, clean and tidy. The only negative thing I noticed was the occasional banging door which seemed to shake the room. Staff are really friendly, very accommodating and professional.

I moved the chair in the room to the desk and sat there and did my emails. It was suitable for my weight and I'm average size. My phone rang and I took a call and midway during the conversation the chair leg broke from under me and I was flung backwards onto the floor behind me, the top of my shoulders hitting the top of the chair as I went down. What a great place to stay. We chose this hotel because they were hosting a concert we went to. We're so glad we did. Not only is the pub part of the hotel just across the driveway, but there is a shopping centre right beside it that contains a Woolies, a chemist and heaps of other dining out options. As for the room, it was generous in size and well appointed. The colour scheme of the room and the hallway is "dark and moody". The bathroom was excellent with a good size walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable with a pillowtop mattress. The pillows are fluffy, but they do flatten out when you put your head on them. If you're someone who likes your head raised a little, then ask for more pillows to be delivered. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Very nice place, however, whilst it was the cheapest place I could find on short notice in the area I'm not that fussed about how great it is so long as its clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. In addition I appreciated the almost fully dark and soundlessness, I was on the 4th floor so thankfully no street noise at that height. Lovely place but a little out of my price range normally. Over $200 per night is a luxury in my humble opinion.

We had a fantastic stay at the Eatons Hill Hotel. The Hotel reception staff were so attentive and helpful we were very impressed. Our only issue was breakfast on Sunday morning was a 40 minute wait and coffee was 45 minutes but other than that very happy stay and convenient to all ammenities in the Northside of Brisbane.

Hotel stuffed up our friends stay on the night of the Rugby Cup in Brisbane. Most places were booked out. The duty manager eventually was able to have a room for our friends and threw in breakfast (as the room was cheaper than that booked. Very happy with his professionalism and the way he approached the issue.

The room was Too Dark. The ligths made hardly a diffrence. Was charged Continental breakfast as well as A-la-carte breakfast. Talked to MIA about it and was told "too bad, cannot be changed." Very BAD Reception Service because of that. Overall other staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location for where we needed to be on that weekend. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The cleaning lady on the way out on the day we left was nice and friendly. Checking in was clunky and slow - the man didn’t seem to know what he was doing. When we paid for breakfast one morning (food was great BTW) it was very slow as well - again, the lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing. When we checked out, the lady took a long time on the computer to then tell us “we’re free to go, everything is fine” - she said she was just trying to log into the computer! Just clunky and slow - more training required in the reception/restaurant area.

The hotel is along way from the city or transportation.I had to ring for an uber from the hotel to get to Strathpine station to get back to Beenleigh. The cost was horrendous just to get to the station from the hotel. The venue for the concert which i watched was excellent, I can say that much. Food trucks,The Bar, & toilets was excellent for the concert .Overall I had an excellent stay,I would recommend the Hotel for food service & comfort.

Lovely modern hotel in the suburbs, co located with the Eatons Hill Shopping centre and the Eatons Hill Tavern and entertaining venue. Rooms are modern clean and well appointed, bed was wonderfully comfortable, Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Free secure parking is a bonus. Unusual to find a hotel of this quality in suburbia, I presume the reason is the co location with the Eatons Hill entertainment venue which attracts top quality acts, there were not any on for our stay so the precinct was extremely quiet but I can see it may be busy if there was a good show on. Dining choices are excellent with the Eatons Hill tavern Bistro ( which also provides room service) and several restaurants and cafes in the shopping area. A full fledged Woolworths supermarket and a Liquor store is also available. We chose this hotel as an alternative to an airport hotel to continue our journey and we are so glad we did.

Good place to stay if you have to be out that side of town; be warned though that getting a taxi or an uber is difficult. I recommend pre booking an uber. Meals are good, service is great, and the room is very clean and comfortable.

We booked in for three nights to attend a family wedding on Clear Mountain, having flown from interstate. Our first night we booked for dinner not realising we had to cross the car park to the adjoining hotel which was hosting a “rave” party. During our meal the table shook and we had trouble hearing each other as the music was ridiculously loud. The meal was substandard, on being asked how our food was we advised that our vegetables were stone cold. The young waiter returned with more vegetables but by that stage there was little point. We returned to our accommodation where the reception staff had locked themselves in due to the clientele attending the rave wandering in and out to use the bathrooms. The music continued until 3am, we were unable to sleep, the room vibrated. We paid what I would consider above average money due to school holidays, I definitely would not recommend this hotel, very poor management.

Our second time at the hotel, it's so convenient when you are going to a show at the Eatons Hill hotel, just a short walk across the road. No charge for parking and the $18 continental breakfast was fresh and lovely area!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast (best omelet I've ever had), 6-7 restaurants and grocery store within a 1-minute walk and spacious and comfortable room. Front desk also helped me get a taxi to the Brisbane airport. This was my second time staying at this property and will return next time I am in the Brendale area.

Lovely modern hotel, room was well appointed and spacious. Walking distance to the pub hotel opposite accommodation. Staff were pleasant and helpful at both facilities. Food and entertainment were excellent. Would love to come back to see another show. Well done your doing a great job.
