We stayed for 2 nights as a couple and it was a great experience, better than expected. Hotel's location is definitely a huge plus, very close to the Old Town as well as markets / shopping / food on Jaffa St. Having (paid) on-site parking was very convenient too. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and good service. We arrived on Shabbat, but we were able to check in before sunset with a very short wait for room to be cleaned up. Room was not very large but adequate for 2 people for a short stay. Having balcony was a good bonus, especially if you smoke. And free Nespresso in the room as well as unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby were nice additions. It is not necessarily a cheap choice but given the price point, we would certainly stay here again when we visit JLM and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great, the food was delicious and the staff were nice. We did have issues with parking every single night, which was a pain (we had to call the front desk to get them to open the gate). Also, my shower did leak the last day I stayed which caused water to leak onto the floor of the bedroom area. The front desk guy didn't seem too concerned when I told him (as I was checking out).

The hotel is not cheap so my expectations were high. The room wasn't clean enough. Neither the walls nor the fingerprints on the closet. One of the pillows should have replaced months ago. Es gab am letzten Tag leider eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Eine ständige Musikbegleitung auf den Fluren muss man vorher wissen. Man hört es zwar nur leicht im Zimmer, ist dennoch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Es gab am letzten Tag leider eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Eine ständige Musikbegleitung auf den Fluren muss man vorher wissen. Man hört es zwar nur leicht im Zimmer, ist dennoch gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Beds, pillows and breakfasts were very good. Unfortunately, though the hotel was not very full, they gave us rooms where construction in the morning woke began outside our window at 7am each day. We should have asked to be moved, but we didn't.

The staff was really good very attentive and kind but the hotel needs a huge remodeling. The wallpapers are cracking, and the bathroom smells like mildew. If your room is facing the street, you will definitely hear people shouting in the middle of the night or Cab drivers smoking outside. Also, couple of guests were smoking in the hotel that I have to call the reception and asking them to stop.

Muy bien ubicado, a pados de la calle Jafa. El desayuno típico israelí con toto lo que se espera y más. La habitación limpia suficientes toallas. Todo el personal de todas las areas muy atentos a los huespedes. Un poco ruidoso y la vista que me tocó del balcon no era la mejor, pero tampoco era mi prioridad. Quiero destacar la excelente predisposición de AMEER, el recepcionista que se preocupó de solucionar y ayudarme en todo lo que le pedí. GRACIAS

Muy bien ubicado, a pados de la calle Jafa. El desayuno típico israelí con toto lo que se espera y más. La habitación limpia suficientes toallas. Todo el personal de todas las areas muy atentos a los huespedes. Un poco ruidoso y la vista que me tocó del balcon no era la mejor, pero tampoco era mi prioridad. Quiero destacar la excelente predisposición de AMEER, el recepcionista que se preocupó de solucionar y ayudarme en todo lo que le pedí. GRACIAS

Really good location easy to access all areas (with just a short walk to the light rail stop and to the Old City), very helpful and friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. We stayed in an executive room - the size and layout was fantastic, very comfortable and well designed.

The hotel is best located, few minutes from Jerusalem's main road and the public transportation. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is splendid. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

What a lovely hotel! While it was not in a main area per say, you could walk to the Old City from here. The front staff was very friendly and helpful and we heard some great life stories from them. Our room was I believe the first room on the left when you walk in and take a right. It was soooooooo convenient! They have lovely amenities, the bathroom was big and we had a little terrace to sit on. The breakfast was yummy with lots of options and very pretty. We were able to get taxis in front of the hotel and on the corner. If you take a right and go to the corner, across the street is a bakery with fresh, hot, yummy smelling pastries. There may be more central places to stay or closer to the Old City but we enjoyed our stay here very much. We had to stay next door at the Malka Hotel when we suddenly needed an extra night to sleep, and that hotel was so disappointing and dirty compared to this lovely one. If you are deciding between the two, with the other one right next door, spend a few dollars more and stay at Leonardo. I was even receiving texts from the Leonardo reminding me of my stay and communicating with me if I had questions. It was unexpected but such a nice personal touch!
