The first evening there was no hot water. We had to take cold showers. The shower had previously had water damage and it had not been repaired. There were cracks in the sheetrock, peeling paint and tape, and water stains on the ceiling. The shower also had black spots from not being cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was covered in dust. It has not been cleaned in a long time. The wind also howled through the bathroom fan loud enough to keep us awake at night. They oversold their parking lot. We had to park on Vickery Blvd. beside the freeway. When I was checking out I pointed this out to the young man behind the counter and he told me that Vickery is considered part of their parking. No sir, it is not, it is a public street. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Awesome stay! Came for a family vacation and had an amazing time. They had board games to borrow for family fun, grills, nice outdoor area, and SO convenient to Fort Worth attractions. Staff was always so nice and helpful. Only downfall was the pool… for a hot July stay, it was very underwhelming. SMALL and the chemicals made me and my daughter have itching- most likely from abnormal chemical exposure. Other than that it was AMAZING stay.

You have to pay for parking for each vehicle. No house keeping until 3rd day of stay. Sink clogged and never came to unclog. Pool the size of a hottub.

Stay was fine. But was told there is a parking fee at check in. I went back through my paperwork and no where was it listed that there was a parking fee. I definitely would have chosen a different hotel that offers free parking.

Staff were very friendly! Didn’t like having to pay for parking but the place was very close to Dickies Arena and we could walk to our show. The room was clean but door to the bathroom probably needed cleaning more since it seemed smudged with make up and grime from hands. Very comfortable bed and great block out shades. Fire pit out front wasn’t functional and the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Slept well even with trains going by every now and again. I’d stay here again.

Decided to try a new hotel from the one I usually book when we are in Fort Worth. Big mistake and we will not stay at this hotel again. The TV in our original room wasn’t working so we were given a new room which didn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. Items that should have been in the room like tissue, dish soap, etc were missing and the water pressure in the sink was extremely low. There was smashed food - chips or crackers in the hallway that were not cleaned for days. The waffle griddles at the breakfast area looked like they had never been cleaned. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The hotel staff was nice, helpful and friendly.

It’s close to Dickies arena and the manager was super nice and helpful but the hotel itself is kind of icky. It definitely needs an update. The paint was peeling, the shower and sink had mold/mildew all over. The kitchen cabinet were dirty. The dishes in the room weren’t clean. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again unfortunately.

The property oblver booked and gave us a single room instead of the double we booked. They waved the parking lot fee for the inconvenience but that was sufficient considering I booked the room seven months ago and needed 2 queen beds. Room was old and dirty. Found 2 large roaches in the room. Not impressed. The location was super convenient though.

There was no hot water, lukewarm at best. Rooms were very small to be a king suite. Could hear the people in the room next door clearly. Bathroom is right next to the bed, which leaves no privacy. TV is mounted to the wall that has to be pulled all the way out and leaves very little room to get by.

Front desk was amazing and very helpful. Now housekeeping was worst ever! Not Bertha room was dirty but before 9:30 am on checkout day we had a male open our door without knocking and announcing themselves as house keeping. I was not dressed and yelled who is it? He replied what time are you checking out. I said 12 at check out. He closed the door n left 45/hour again unlock door but had the safety latch on. He opened and closed the door. About 11am again open door safety was on so he closed it. I ran to door and said do you not have to knock and announce housekeeping. He was rude and walked away

The hotel was overall great, fairly new, in a cool part of town with easy access to the TCU area, the Ft Worth Zoo, and Dickies Arena. The only stumble was that the hotel was having alot of trouble getting the rooms ready for check-in. We ended up killing a couple of hours by going to the closeby and excellent Rogers Roundhouse for dinner and drinks during the wait instead of sitting around the lobby like a bunch of other people did. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with one queen bed and a tiny fold out bed. Manager said because I booked through Expedia they didn’t have to honor the two queen beds as long as there was a sleeper sofa for the other guest in the room. Will not be staying in that property again or booking through Expedia if my confirmed request will not be honored.

I initially booked for one night as I was seeing a friend in the hospital, well I ended staying a week. Every single employee I encountered was extremely nice and caring, as they knew why I extended my stay. They also discounted the $20 parking fee due to me being there for hospital visits. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm. Arrived at 3:15, room not ready. Went to eat. Back at 4:30, room not ready. Had ask for a ground floor because I'm a disabled Veteran & walking is not my best skill. Had to switch to 2nd floor room as far away from elevator as possible.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This Marriot property is so poorly maintained they should be embarrassed. It was constructed with the cheapest materials. There were 5 things in our room that didn't work or were broken. The most significant was the bathroom sink would not drain. The breakfast was totally inadequate, and the only toaster did not work. Guest after guest would come to toast a bagel or bread and would wait and wait. The employees knew it and said nothing.

Looks like it may have been recently updated not too long ago, but some areas of the rooms were a bit banged up or could use a little TLC. Although I did not eat the breakfast due to personal diet restrictions, there seemed to be a wide variety of offerings. Staff is great!

Stayed at this hotel due to convenience to Dickies Arena. The arena is a 15 minute walk but would not recommend due to busy main road. But it was a 6 min drive. Hotel staff unfriendly only greeted if I spoke first. Housekeeping is horrible. Will not service your room. I stayed from Thursday to Saturday and no cleaned, emptied the trash or knocked on the door to inquire if we had towels. The pool is very small. I would not stay at this hotel again. I forgot my laundry bag and no one contacted me to inform or ask if I would return to pick it up. If you want hospitality this isn’t the place. The breakfast attendant was sweet. But the breakfast buffet does not have many options.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and had a great view of the train tracks for my young nephew’s big trip to the city. Breakfast was good and had excellent eggs and bacon as well as a stocked build your own oatmeal and waffle bar. Would definitely stay again.
