Situated on the busy surkumvit 11 a lot of food options and bars/clubs. room seemed smaller than advertised though very quiet surprising being close to a nightlife area. Gym very small pool decent overall not bad

Amazing hotel, very well maintained and excellent food at the restaurant, very clean, the only issue that I found is that after more then one year of going to this hotel, they still have no fixed the elevator from the parking garage, and you have to claim a few set of stairs to get to the lobby and from there the elevator works again, I really think they have to fix this elevator because it’s not nice to take luggage up the stairs.

Check in started at 2:00. We arrived at 4:00. Room was not ready until 4:40. The lobby was very small and there was no place to sit. The front desk person was not friendly. The bellboys started bringing our luggage up to another guest’s room, which only did not happen because we saw our luggage come by and asked if our room was ready. There were no towels available at the pool area. Pool area is much smaller than appears in pictures.

The reception staff and porters are friendly and efficient. The internet speed is good. The gym is well equipped. The pool is too small for a proper swim but still a nice place to relax with a nice rooftop bar. It's located in an excellent area for getting around - 10 mins walk to Nana BTS and 15 to Sukhumvit MRT. The only negative was the housekeeping. One day the room wasn't cleaned,even though I was out all day, and when it was cleaned, the towels were left hanging on the door, the coffee wasn't always replaced, and the bin wasn't emptied. I know that sounds picky, but I find these things annoying

Overall, the hotel was good, but a couple of things lowered my initial positive impression of the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The location is somewhat close to BTS and tourist attractions, it has a restaurant that has decent food, and rooms are somewhat spacious for Asian economy hotels. So here are things that are not that great. Our room appeared to be clean but when I cleaned with my wipes, it was quite dirty, toilet seat for example (l have a habit of wiping the area where I am staying) It is usually the case in the hotels. I've noticed that the housekeeper cleans without cleaning gloves and with the same dirty hands puts the new set of towels and sheets and touches guest's personal items. Once we requested to change the sheets (because we got tired after a long trip and slept without showering) and she changed only the bottom sheet and left the top. I hope the sheets are changed when a new guest stays at the hotel. All in all, I was quite uneasy with the cleanliness of this hotel.

Travelodge Sukhumvit 11 has a great location, modern rooms, and reasonable prices for the area, making it a solid choice on paper for a short stay in Bangkok. The lobby and common areas give a clean, organized first impression, and the staff are genuinely friendly and quick to help. However, the room cleanliness upon check in was disappointing. Even though I had just received the room, the towels were dirty, some liquid had spilled inside the mini fridge, and the trash bin hadn’t been emptied. The staff reacted immediately and replaced the towels right away, which I really appreciated — they are very polite and eager to fix problems. During my one week stay, I also noticed that daily housekeeping wasn’t consistent. New towels occasionally came with stains, the bathroom sink drain didn’t work properly, and cleaning sometimes felt rushed. Whenever I mentioned something, the team solved it quickly, but it’s clear that supervision and quality control are lacking. Overall, the hotel’s comfort and location are definite strengths, but the housekeeping and inspection standards need improvement. With better oversight, this could easily be one of the most reliable stays on Sukhumvit.

Overall it was not too bad but would not stay here again. Check in was okay. Staff at front desk were friendly but not elsewhere. Room was nice but I did have to kill two small roaches and now I’m nervous some go into my bag. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything including people who were talking quietly and you could hear people having sex. Overall it’s pretty average but the breakfast was good but if you are looking for traditional American breakfast this is not for you.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Even though there wasn't much vegan options, they always had few options of fresh fruits and salads available, so I was happy with that. Staffs were helpful. John, the driver was very good and professional.

This a basic property considering you shouldn't spend much time in the room. Your close to all the fun and action. Guests checking in at night are loud, and the walls are thin. Housekeeping staff was extremely rude, when asking for extra towels or the bed to be made by a certain time. Even when you tip them generously. So dont offer anything extra to Housekeeping staff. It also rained really hard, and the windows leaked, which definitely shouldn't happen. I would consider other places before checking into this facility.

Negatives… poor and intermittent internet, only 2 TV stations worked, walls must be paper thin as every night we were awoken by neighbouring arriving back late and talking loudly, silly shower setup meant lots of water on the floor, quite a walk to Nana BTS, and even though it is very close to Makkasan MRT for the Airport Train, the setup of the streets make it too long to walk. Positives…. Friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast (definitely pre book it on hotels.com for better pricing than walking up), practical and comfortable rooms with good bed and amenities. And excellently priced.

The walls are paper thin so every night/morning I could hear people in the corridor and in their rooms after a night out. So was not peaceful at all. The room is very spacious and was very clean so that was a plus. Unfortunately being able to hear every movement ruined the stay. The breakfast options also were quite poor. The staff were lovely I would add

The first night I I was given a twin when clearly I asked for a queen, I have to move, the water at 5th floor is weak for the toilet, can’t flush, tv is limited to few channels, overall is ok hotel, for the price I can get better .

The staff was excellent very friendly. The room just totally sucked first of all. There’s no electricity in the bathroom so you can’t blow dry your hair when you get out of the shower you have to have your own mirror and go next to your bed or wherever and plug your hairdryer in and hold the mirror so you can see what you’re doing. There’s a house phone but it’s so far away from your bed that by the time you get to the phone if you’re sleeping the person calling you has already hung up and then now you can’t go back to sleep cause you have to get up and walk across the room to answer the phone in the shower. The portable showerhead is leaking so it’s shooting water away from you from the back of the showerhead and the lighting is very poor. Those lights in the bathroom I mean you you can’t really see well in the mirror anyway I would never stay there ever again, but like I said, the staff was very nice and the location was good. Other than that they need to remodel that Travelodge it sucks.

The staff at this property was very attentive. During my stay, there was an earthquake. After being evacuated, the staff assisted us by providing water, chairs and kept us updated on what was happening and when we could return back to our rooms. I would recommend this hotel.

First of the staff were amazing. This one gentleman (Yuki) who walked me to my room was awesome. From the friendliness, to cleanliness, professionalism, to the location- I loved it. The location alone is good- from bars, clubs, restautants, shopping spots and the public transportation (BTS, and MRT) is so nearby. Walking distance. The only and I mean only thing I'd changed would be the time to clean the rooms. I'm used to having the tag on my door- if you want your room clean you turn it and if you don't...you switch it to the other side-they didn't have that. They would come one day at 9ish am, the next day 3pm and just random- somewhat annoying. You're on vacation you don't want anyone to ring/knock your room at 9am or if you're decided to stay in all day and here they go at 3 or 4. But It did not take away from the good experience I had. If they were to asked me if I'd stay here again-yes yes yes. Just please refrain from the random room cleaning 🙏

I stayed here for 14 days with my girlfriend it was amazing the staff are very friendly especially the potter men and cleaners go above and beyond for you. They are very friendly and take you to your room with a tour and even checked us in early which was very welcome after a long flight. Amazing hotel staff and lovely rooms cleaned every day and re stocked coffee and water daily. A**** I will definitely be coming back to this hotel

Hotel was generally good. However it was a struggle to get cleaners to come in to clean. After 1 st day, no cleaners, no garbage emptied. Had to request daily at front desk and then they came late in the afternoon after we had gone out and returned. Necessitated us having to vacate the room for them to clean each day. Also regarding a 1,000 bhat deposit when you arrive if you pay by credit card, the refund does not come in until 45 days later. Best to pay by cash so that you get your refund on your way out.

We didn't get to stay. Our flight cancelled and was informed immediately about this. Despite that, they insisted we pay again, in fact significantly have higher price. Just wasn't interested in helping, no sign of caring at all. We went elsewhere.

Right in the middle of all the action while super quiet. Plenty of restaurant options and easy transportation (Grab, Skytrain, taxi's, etc.). Not a lot of lounge chairs by the pool so make your move fast if you want to hang by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

All very nice. Clean room, actually quiet for Soi 11. Soi 11 is a happening place. Wonderful staff. Very nice breakfast ( only 200 baht if you’re not staying there). Comfortable bed, small pool and weight room. Only negative is it’s a good 15 minute walk to BTS Nana.

The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants nearby including a couple of Halal restaurants. However, it was quite a walk to the shopping mall at Terminal 21 - it took us about 30 minutes or more to walk there, possibly because we couldn't walk very fast. Overall, it was a good stay.

Really liked this hotel. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet! All the staff I interacted with were super lovely, helpful and efficient. The pool is perfect and open late, so a great option to cool down in after a day in the city heat. My only small gripe is the breakfast - the hot food was always cold - lukewarm. I had seen this mentioned in a few reviews before I booked and it was the same for me so maybe that’s just the way it’s served in Bangkok? - not a dealbreaker in any way but would be good to know for future. I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel like always is perfect, but this time upon arrival I went to eat at the restaurant and unfortunately was not more the same, they changed the menu and took away the the best dishes, this time I tried beef quesadillas it was full of grease , they were swimming in grease and to complete everything they put paper under the quesadillas, of course if you cut the quesadillas you would eventually eat some paper too, very disappointed this time and on all my days in the hotel I eat only the first day when I arrived, after that I never eat there anymore.
