Quite disappointed. Strong disinfectant smell as you walk into the small room. The bedding was clammy, and the bed really not comfortable. No view outside and felt like a basement room. Close to main road so traffic is noticeable at night. Located in what felt like an industrial site. The heating did not work as stated, as it was quite cool even though it's summer. On the positive side, the staff were really friendly and the bathroom newly done, shower was great. Checking in was easy. Nice touch with the coffee and biscuits. But really disappointed and wanted to leave after the first night, but stayed as I had a conference nearby and had to stay. Dated rooms.

The rooms were neat and tidy. Iron box was my need and it was available in the room. No noise and peaceful place to stay with free parking.

The room was lovely and clean. I didn't see no staff as I was sent a code to access the room, which suited me.There was parking by the room. The only thing I would say was that Bex room wasn't easy to locate, having said that I did enjoy my stay.

Lovely place to stay. Very well thought out bits in the room. towels, shampoo, ironing board and everything was just there. Nice little seating area outside and free onsite carpark was great. I never leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to say how nice this place was.
