This hotel is 5 minutes from St. Mark’s Square and a great value. The staff members are friendly and professional. You also obtain a 10% discount on the very popular and tasty pastry and coffee shop which is attached to the hotel. The lobby is small but there is a dining room to take your breakfast from the coffee and pastry shop to dine. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel muy cerca de todo, junto a la plaza de San Marcos y a 10m andado del Puente de Rialto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y todo lo del frigorifico es gratis tambien hay cafetera nespresso. El baño muy moderno y amplia. No hay desayunos pero tienen una pasteria/cafeteria junto al hotel que te hacen un 10% de descuento

Great hotel. In the middle of San Marco but quiet for a good nights rest. Comfortable bed, good price, great bakery downstairs. Had our rooms ready for an early check in which was very helpful so we could store our bags before exploring the city.

The hotel was completely renovated and modern. The service was excellent and the location was ideal, just 5 minutes walk from the Doge palace and the main St Mark’s piazza. They have a popular cafe downstairs which is apparently well known in the area and gets a lot of traffic for the excellent cafe and desserts. The only down side was they don’t have an option to include breakfast (probably due to space, as the hotel is quite small) and for some reason they don’t provide a clothes iron. Otherwise the stay was excellent. I would stay here again.

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel, welches wir vor allem wegen der sehr guten Lage in der Nähe des Markusplatzes gebucht haben. Die Lage ist ideal um Vendig zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer hatte hohe Decken und eine gute Klimaanlage. Leider wirkte das Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt und der Kühlschrank war nachts relativ laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Statt einem Frühstück gibt es abgepacktes trockenes Gebäck, Joghurt und Saft. Was für ein Hotel, das zu einer Patisserie gehört, sehr schade ist. Man bekommt einen 10% Gutschein für die Patisserie, aber bei dem hohen Preis für die Übernachtung sollte das Frühstück unserer Meinung nach inklusive sein! Pro Tag und Person werden eine Kapsel Kaffe und eine 0,5l Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt. Das haben wir als etwas knapp empfunden. Unser Zimmer wurde bis 16 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man das Zimmer für eine Mittagspause nutzen möchte. Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag problemlos möglich.

Great location. Large rooms, modern bathrooms, elevator. The staff was warm and accommodating. There is no room service but the mini bar has complimentary beverages and a snack was provided upon arrival. The hotel is attached to a lovely cafe which is not open late or on Sundays.

No tienes restaurante, tiene una confitería de confianza, lo mejor de todo la ubicación, la limpieza y estado de la habitación una cama súper cómoda y todo reformado. Muy recomendable te dejan en el minibar todo para un desayuno rápido y gratuito es un detallazo.

While the staff were great, it was simply not worth the cost booked through Expedia. Air-conditioning kept resetting to 80° during the night so sleep was interrupted three out of the four nights. Traveler should be aware that it is difficult to get from where the water taxis drop off is to the hotel requiring carrying suitcases up and over steps in bridges.

Nice place. Stayed in the Annex building. Was very nice of the hotel to leave a bottle of Prosecco for our special day. Room was very modern, clean, spot on. Some things to improve… No wardrobe in the room :-( Was there for four nights and had to keep most of the stuff in the suitcases. Really limited storage… No internet on tv… Would be great to watch youtube, netflix etc when in the room… These could be great improvements, otherwise, a very nice place, would stay again

The room was very small which I expect for Europe. Consistent smell of sewage and deliveries started at 5AM every morning. As loud as it was, I might as well gone down and helped them unload. Way overpriced for what we got.

Walkable from water taxi, quick check in. Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding directions, restaurants and things to do. Room was big, clean and modern. Only downside was the heat kept turning off in the middle of the night and morning so it would get very cold being it was so cold in Venice at this time and our thermostat control wasn't working so they had to adjust it remotely.

Very comfortable room with great bathroom and shower. Very clean and well maintained each date. Amazing cafe on the ground floor. Friendly service. I arranged my transfers and some tours with the concierge and everything was perfect. We will stay there again the next time we will be in Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just few minutes away from Piazza San Marco. We had the hotel staff arrange a transfer from the airport to Piazza San Marco (van boat) and back which worked really well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean with a good working A/C and a refrigerator with free beverages. We say THANK YOU and are looking forward to a visit in the future.

The room was lovely and exactly like the pictures. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The hotel team were great and even recommended and booked a restaurant for us before we arrived in Venice.

We got a junior suite here and the extra room was nice to have. Once we figured out the AC we were very comfortable. The location was five minutes from St. Mark's Square and vaporetto stops. All men behind the check-in desk (Enrico, Nicola and one whose name I can't remember) were very helpful with directions and reservations. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Rosa Salva for a few days, and the hotel was great. It is centrally located and 5-10min walk to all the major attractions. The staff is friendly, kind, and always willing to help with any questions.

My husband and I arrived late and was greeted by our friendly reception. He helped us get in our room which was clean and spacious. It had the BEST bed to sleep on and this is a must specially for travelers. We love we got a discount with the bakery attached to it. The sandwiches and coffee were great. For me, I love the hot chocolate. Service is top notch! This hotel is located in a good place near shopping and different restaurants. You can take the Rialto or San Marco vaporetto stop and walk for 5-7 mins. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay, in the middle of everything. Rooms recently redone and beautiful. If you have luggage, I recommend requesting a porter to come meet you to help. We had to drag a decent amount of luggage over the cobblestone streets and stairs of bridges from the water taxi drop off spot to the hotel.

This hotel is 5 minutes from St. Mark’s Square and a great value. The staff members are friendly and professional. You also obtain a 10% discount on the very popular and tasty pastry and coffee shop which is attached to the hotel. The lobby is small but there is a dining room to take your breakfast from the coffee and pastry shop to dine. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this property! Everything was within walking distance. Also loved getting my pastry and cappuccino at their cafe next door. Also had travel issues and the hotel was very accommodating getting us to their property even at the late hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel muy cerca de todo, junto a la plaza de San Marcos y a 10m andado del Puente de Rialto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y todo lo del frigorifico es gratis tambien hay cafetera nespresso. El baño muy moderno y amplia. No hay desayunos pero tienen una pasteria/cafeteria junto al hotel que te hacen un 10% de descuento

The hotel was completely renovated and modern. The service was excellent and the location was ideal, just 5 minutes walk from the Doge palace and the main St Mark’s piazza. They have a popular cafe downstairs which is apparently well known in the area and gets a lot of traffic for the excellent cafe and desserts. The only down side was they don’t have an option to include breakfast (probably due to space, as the hotel is quite small) and for some reason they don’t provide a clothes iron. Otherwise the stay was excellent. I would stay here again.

Great location. Large rooms, modern bathrooms, elevator. The staff was warm and accommodating. There is no room service but the mini bar has complimentary beverages and a snack was provided upon arrival. The hotel is attached to a lovely cafe which is not open late or on Sundays.

My friends and I stayed at the Rosa Salva on each end of our hike in the Dolomites and the family room was perfect for us! The room had everything we needed and most importantly, the staff was so kind and helpful, recommending restaurants and how to get to the vaporetto (specifically, which line we should take to get to the bus station). The pasticceria and coffee shop connected next door was an excellent place for breakfast! I would highly recommend if you are staying in Venice!
