Arrived at The property to find the room not very clean, microwave had food splattered inside everywhere, lounges had food crumbs down the sides of cushions and ants everywhere. However the room itself was quite a decent size, bed’s comfortable, and the bonus of a single lock up garage was welcomed. As the room was offsite in a nearby location I cannot comment if the cleanliness of the room was just a one off or not, maybe having a room in the hotel complex may have been different. Pool was nice to cool down in the afternoons.

Very handy location. The whole place was clean. Car chargers are handy but only available to use during reception opening times, so this isn’t ideal if you’re not staying during the day. Boardwalk cafe was lovely and convenient too

Awesome stay. Location is quiet, good big dining area and very comfortable parking area. I like the upstairs parking, loading and unloading area. The room is clean with big mirror, which is very rare to find.

EV charging: 2 wall chargers, $15 to use. Comfortable room. Strange aroma/odour in hallway of level 1, smelled a bit like cleaning products used in a public restroom. UHT milk in small plastic pods in fridge so if you enjoy coffee with milk, BYO. Coffee in room is moccona sticks/sachets. No additional blankets in room if it’s cold. Wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Not pleasantly scented.

a very nice hotel indeed. although it has open 4 years ago, it is still immaculate and looks brand new. rooms are spacious and beds comfy. nicely positioned on the lake (good for a morning run). restaurant service is a bit basic, more cafe style than a proper restaurant. easy and convenient parking underground.

The room I was assigned to was ok, the bed uncomfortable. This is the 2nd time it’s being like this. The corridor smelled of an old nursing home, I thought there was something wrong with their plumbing system. The air conditioning, when turned on smelled like cloreen . So Didn’t really use it at all. I Usually like the place otherwise.

Was disappointed that the room did not get serviced for our 2 night stay and we had to ask for a top up of items. The twin beds seemed narrow and easily rolled on the carpet and I had to push back into place a few times.

Cleanliness of bedroom and kitchenette area overall was very good However the bathroom shower tiled area was very mouldy We asked a woman in housekeeping for cutlery and some dishes, as there were only a saucer and 2 teaspoons in the room. Unfortunately, no one ever returned with the requested items. A microwave in the room would have made our stay a lot more enjoyable. It's not a big ask and I don’t feel should be considered an extra.

The rooms are only serviced every 3 days which was not mentioned anywhere and we didn't find out until we found the room unserviced after being away all day. The shower has a rainfall showerhead and the the shower floor slopes away from the drain. If you turn the water on more than a dribble the water runs out of the shower, away from the secondary drain in the floor towards the bathroom door and the carpet beyond. Nice bathroom concept but poorly executed.

I asked for a room overlooking the lake (which I had previously, and they gave me a room overlooking the roof of the pool with a partial view of lake…. far more roof than lake. I wasn’t happy after paying the extra money for it

Very comfortable bed and large bathroom and shower. Overall a great stay, we will be back hopefully for longer next time. Staff were lovely and we had a great meal at the restaurant with beautiful views.

Overall the stay was excellent! One comment on a possible improvement.... We left our pillows at the hotel and didn't realise till later on in the day we checked out. I called the phone number and left a callback message but never received a callback (perhaps I left the calback message incorrectly?). I then had a web chat conversation but after some time I was asked to call again or email. I emailed and received a phone call 1 1/2 hours and was able to arrange a pickup. My improvement suggestion is to look at the two automated methods to help maintain good customer service.

Checked in ‘after hours’ I.e 9pm. All check done via a speakerphone in car park, including reading out very loudly, my credit card number, address, security code etc. shocking. Car park full of people wandering around wondering how to get back to their room or to the foyer, but like us, missing the fine print that a room key only works ONCE! On every door, so god help you if you need to leave your room to go to a shop, you’re then locked out. One entry only, Inc in foyer/lift etc. A truly awful experience.

The hotel was great , but as a son taking my mother to get medical treatment done we needed 2 single beds. We booked 2 single beds but on arrival they said its their policy to advise them beforehand that we needed two beds. The staff gave me a foldout bed to sleep on for the first night and said the king would be split up into 2 singles by housekeeping the next day. After we got back to the room from getting the treatment not only was the foldout bed gone but the king was still a king and not two singles. We had to wait in the room while the maid got the bed ready. Everything else about the hotel was great. but that stuck in our minds. We are going back and giving them another chance. :) The area is awesome.

Amazing venue, room was lovely ! All staff at restaurant was AMAZING - only thing that was disappointing was the man at the reception came across pretty rude to my mum and I anytime we tried to get extra toilet paper or tea - he sighed and wasn’t interested in us. Unapproachable and not welcoming which upset our stay

Hotel is very nice and the room was large with a comfortable bed. The downside ? the cafe could be described as adequate, at best.Friday night and tge kitchen closed at 8.00pm, bar at 8.30. Thé menu was very limited and food was not very interesting.

The staff are very professional and approachable,clean and tidy rooms,close to all amenities and Westfield shopping centre. Beautiful surrounding with the lakeside walk which I enjoyed the most. Even though breakfast was included only 1 item allowed (cereals with yogurt or cooked breakfast) with a drink which I had never experienced at other hotels. I had to pay for 1 when I had cereals and an egg on avocado toast.So the hotel should let the customers know while booking.

This trip was part of a two night stay, I did note there was no attandance to room cleaning service. The cafe was expensive and very limited choise of food on the menu. The beverages were very expensive compaired to other hotels.
