Insgesamt war ich zufrieden. Großer Vorteil war die Tiefgarage, in der Umgebung ist es unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen.

A good hotel for your stay in Antibes. Generally speaking nothing wrong with this place, just wasn't spectacular in any way. Though this was on us to confirm while making the reservation, the room had no mini fridge and unfortunately, the front desk staff told us their ice machine was broken. Also of note, the roof top restaurant and terrace is permanently closed now.

Lo consiglio.

This hotel is a great value if that is what you are looking for and that is why we chose this hotel. We were able to get family rooms for a great value, the carpets were stained and the property seemed dated. The property has AC but they did not do the job as we slept without blankets and sheets. I will say the staff was kind and helpful. Giving us recommendations, making arrangements for car service to the train. The staff made up for what the hotel was lacking.

A very expensive stay - so I would at least have expected to have a refrigerator in the room. But there was none. Good air condition. Not very close to the beach, although walkable. I feel a bit robbed after my stay, but at least a pretty calm area with little noise. Conclusion; not worth the money though.

I really enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend booking the suite! It’s really lovely, with great views and a private terrace. The bathroom is spacious and the toiletries amazing. I loved my stay here!!! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Our room was very spacious and airy. We had high ceilings and there was a mini balcony to stand out. The sheets and pillows along with the bed comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The location was also very good for us since we traveling with our car. It also had a restaurant on the ter we Ostral very nice. Odamız çok rahat, ferah ve genişti. Balkonda dişarı çıkabilecek kadar ufak bir bölüm vardı. Çarşaflar temiz yatak rahattı. Klima çok iyi çalıştı. Rahat ve hoş otel. Konumu çok iyiydi. Terasında restoran vardı çok güzel Ostral.

Séjour professionnel passé dans cet hôtel.Gros bémol sur le calme car placée au 3 ème ,ma chambre se trouvait juste sous le bar du roof top et cela s'est avéré être très bruyant avec musique et odeur de tabac jusqu'à plus de minuit .C'est bien dommage car je n'ai vraiment pas pû me reposer .

Nous sommes déçus par notre séjour. Nous avons signalé que la clim ne fonctionnait pas, rien n'a été fait nous avons donc mal dormi car il faisait chaud surtout le matin car la chambre était orientée est. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes trop de bruit. La salle d'eau manque de rangement. Les oreillers demanderaient à être de meilleure qualité. Très bon emplacement pour cet hôtel.

The room is overall modern. Although we asked for a quiet room, we did receive one where we did not dare to speak, as walls were paper-thin. Neighbour guest was coughing all night, and we could not sleep at all. Remote control did not have any batteries, probably to discourage use of TV and no hairdryer, probably for same reason. We left with big disappointment and we would not recommend for a comfy stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was quiet, friendly and the staff helpful. Beware, however, of letting them order a taxi for you. They have some private arrangement with a limo service and your trip will cost you about double the going rate for a regular Antibes taxi!

Nous avons réservez dans cet hôtel ! Nous avons choisi le prépaiement requis. Sur votre site il y a marquer nullement un paiement par carte bleue . À notre arrivé on nous à clairement mis à la porte malgré qu’on à expliqué que nous venons faire plus 9h de route etc le côté humains zéro pointée . Moi qui a travaillé dans l’hôtellerie à Paris un paiement peu importe le moyens de paiement nous acceptons le clients . Sous conditions ( no post , règlement direct etc ).

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and did not receive any room service during our stay. However, on the day of our departure, we were unexpectedly charged 100 Euros without prior authorization. When we reached out to Best Western relations, we were told the charge was due to the room being left in poor condition. In reality, there was only some minor trash left behind, and it seems they expected us to clean the room ourselves, which is unreasonable for a hotel stay. It was very hard to communicate with staff due to poor English except one guy in the morning. Don't ever go to this hotel

Nice hotel in a reasonably convenient location. Only negative was that we ordered a taxi to take us the 2 miles to Antibes station via the hotel and was surprised to be charged 50 euros. It would have been nice to be warned of the cost up front.

The staff were outstanding. They recognized us each time we entered the lobby and remembered the plans we had discussed with them, always asking how it went. Always very attentive to any requests. They made excellent restaurant recommendations, helped us navigate language barriers when booking outings and made our stay feel like we were staying with friends. The Best Western website erroneously states that there are rooms with sea views. There are not. The staff ensured we enjoyed our room and the time at the hotel. We loved having a terraced room on the 3rd floor. It was private and extended the living space for quiet moments in. Huge thanks and a shout out to Zacharie, Charles and Rayane. They made our stay a memorable one!

Esperienza positiva, buona posizione, 20 min a piedi dalle spiagge di juan le pins e dal centro di Antibes, buona l'offerta della colazione, personale gentile, camera ampia pulita e silenziosa, difficile parcheggiare nei dintorni, meglio usare il parcheggio dell'hotel a 14 € al giorno. Lo consiglio.

The hotel is not remarkable; but ample for busy tourists. It is quite a walk from the main area of Antibes-Juan-les-Pins. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and a couple were not. If you are looking for a memorable experience while in the Cote de Azur, look elsewhere.

The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. However it was rhe worst breakfast experience I've ever had - and i had to pay. All the hot food was freezing cold. There was no one on duty and all the tables were left uncleaned. I had to try and source my own plate/cutlery. I could barely eat anything, or speak to anyone.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und sehr guter Klimaanlage, die wir wegen der heißen Temperaturen unbedingt gebraucht hatten. Dusche und WC waren getrennt, was sehr komfortabel war. Unser Auto hatten wir in der Tiefgarage des Hotels sicher geparkt. Das Frühstück ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt oder die Gäste haben selbst ihren Tisch abgeräumt. Am Buffet wurde nicht nachgelegt, wenn etwas leer war. Brot zum Beispiel war schon seit 15 Minuten nicht mehr da, dann hat jemand angefangen, neues Brot aufzubacken, was nochmal 20 Minuten gedauert hat. Croissants, Kuchen, Käse oder Wurst waren nur manchmal vorhanden, teilweise waren die Platten am Buffet leer und es wurde nichts gebracht. Teilweise hat nicht einmal das Geschirr ausgereicht. Schade, dass hier das Personal nicht professionell arbeitet, ansonsten wäre es ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Our first stay in a Best Western. Staff were great and very helpful with good English communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleaning staff also helpful. Went to the rooftop bar for a drink but not very welcoming. Staff only interested in serving food and not bother with other hotel guests. Not recommended if you only want a drink.

Everything went well. The rooms and bathroom are really new, which was a big plus. The AC worked perfectly as well. The only issue was that we got a room without shower panels, so the bathroom floor became completely wet, with pools of water everywhere.
