Hotel Milano Castello exceeded all expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The hotel’s interior was immaculate, featuring elegant marble floors throughout. The minibar was well stocked with soft drinks, and the bar area provided a pleasant spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—better than any I’ve experienced at other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Milan.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy our beautiful terrace because the weather refused to cooperate! A tasty breakfast was offered in the morning, with made to order specialty coffees, and we enjoyed Aperol Spritzes during the complimentary happy hour. The hotel common areas were beautiful, including an open air atrium, and a patio behind the bar. The location was amazing for our first time visit to Milan, with most of the sights we wanted to see within 6-12 minutes. But the real standout here was the staff! The women at the reception desk were so friendly, personable, and helpful. Taxis, restaurant suggestions, storing our bags, and warm smiles. We felt so welcome, and I’m sure you will be too!

Okay for the price. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is solid. One thing that could be improved is the reception service; often no one available at night, telephone in rooms not really working. Our bathroom was full of ants, manager sounded bothered to give another room.

Excellent hotel, very close to shopping areas, and less than 10 minutes walk to the Duomo. The room was large, spotlessly clean and modern. The bathroom was also very spacious. Small breakfast area but great selection of hot and cold items, and delicious cakes! Between 6pm and 9pm hotel guests can get a free drink in the bar (soft drink or alcoholic), which is served with some bar snacks. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel.

4 night stay in Jan for sightseeing. Hotel is very conveniently located with majority of sights, galleries and museums a short walk away. Very easy to reach from Linate thanks to new metro link, door to door took only 25 mins. Close to metro and trams. Staff very friendly and were helpful prior to arrival with good restaurant recommendations Room spotless, very modern. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with large walk in shower. Only complaint was heating too strong, we slept with window open (as we do at home) no outside noise so no problem Breakfast very comprehensive Would certainly stay here again on future tourist visit.

The central air conditioning did not work. It got too warm to sleep at night. The outside air was great when we opened the window but there was no netting so mosquitos got in. The area around the hotel was great. It was convenient to have the included breakfast and a drink at night.

Great location down a quaint and quiet cobblestone street but yet just steps away from the Duomo, great restaurants and high end shopping! The room was immaculate. Free breakfast and cocktail were included. The front staff Eugenio, Amanda and Sandra were absolutely delightful, helpful and joyful people. They seemed to be genuinely excited for us to discover their beautiful city. I can’t say enough great things about this boutique hotel! If i ever have the opportunity to return to Milan i will definitely stay here again.

It looks like this hotel was recently renovated as everything was fresh and new. The courtyard was a great spot to have drinks during the free happy hour (a pleasant surprise). The bartender was exceptional. The complementary breakfast was very good and staffed by two wonderful people. The people at the front desk were wonderful as well.

Very good small hotel in the city center. Walkable to all Milan's main attractions. Nice outside space for breakfast and drinks. Free happy hour drink daily was wery welcomed after busy days at the city. Rooms are good size ans clean. Breakfast is simple , but enough options . The only reason why I took one star out was that the staff was not helpful at all to propose options during during the nationwide transportation strike. I understand, that it was not a hotel's problem, but having strikes quite often, it would be nice to give quests some directions instead of "nothing we can do" answer.

Excellent service and very friendly staff! The location of the hotel is superb, right in the heart of centro storico, within easy walking distance to all main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Top rate super hotel, couldn't fault the service and my stay. It's more like a 4 star for sure, they really look after you, like a friend, from the word go. Free drink in the bar before 9pm each night, tasty breakfast with yummy pastries and fruit, yoghurt etc. Free soft drinks and water in room each day. Room was massive with marble like floor, so much bigger than expecting. Bathroom very good size again. Location perfect for a tourist, close to duomo and metro. So pleased I found and booked this hotel. Can't go wrong. Would return and recommend to family and friends etc.
