J’ai séjourné une nuit dans le campanile du Mans et j’ai été très déçue par l’accueil du personnel pas du tout professionnel et peu courtois. Je n’ai pas pu me garer dans le parking de l’hôtel que j’avais payé lors de ma réservation. J’ai dû aller dans le parking d’à côté qui avait un partenariat avec le Campanile. L’hôtel me donne un ticket pour sortir du parking et là la barrière ne s’ouvre pas et l’afficheur me demande 205€. Je retourne à l’hôtel qui ne comprend pas et qui me donne un autre ticket sans même s’excuser. Le client est traité sans respect. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel

Quelques difficultés pour se garer sur le parking fermé de l'hôtel. les autres véhicules ne respectaient pas les limites de stationnement et il était très difficile de pouvoir rentrer dans la dernière place disponible. Surtout au tarif de 10€ la nuit

Juste une nuit dans cet hôtel a part le parking qui est trop petit et que surtout les places pour rechager mon véhicule électrique étaient prises par des thermiques donc obliger d'aller un peu plus loint pour se garer. Petit dej un peu cher surtout pour3 personnes. Sinon rien a redire.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to access location, directly adjacent to the train station. It is also easy to access by car. It isn't too far from the old town for dinner and sightseeing. There is limited parking on site, but there is a large parking garage next door.

The parking was secure as far as I could tell, but I do not know if the gate checks were adequate as we were not asked when we left to identify ourselves when we left. We are English and it would have been better if the staff serving us had a basic level of English and/or the menus also include English text.

Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

Very nice welcome at 9 pm, very helpful, courteous staff, I was travelling alone from the UK. Room nice & clean, quiet, comfy bed, all amenities, kettle for drinks. Nice sized room overlooking the train station across the road which wasn't imposing. Have stayed twice before, very convenient for absolutely everything convenient

La chambre est très confortable, très propre. Le lit de bonne qualité. La salle de bain moderne et propre (seul petit bémol, le joint de la douche moisi). J'ai apprécié la possibilité de se préparer une boisson chaude en chambre. Le personnel très aimable. L'environnement est un peu bruyant au petit matin avec la proximité de la gare.

Nous sommes arrivés en plein milieu de la nuit. Il y avait quelqu’un pour nous ouvrir le parking et nous donner la clé de notre chambre. Une personne souriante et accueillante malgrè l’heure avancée. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La moquette aurait besoin d’être changée car elle était tâchée à plusieurs endroit mais rien de dramatique. Situé à côté de la gare, on entendait les trains arrivés, mais il y en a très peu la nuit.

Séjour conforme à mes attentes. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et prévenant. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Plus proche de la gare ça n'existe pas. Le petit déjeuner est extra, copieux, varié et le personnel est à votre écoute.

Staff were fine. No soap in shower which was realised too late to report. Very difficult to sleep due to some humming noise from the ventilation system. Did not get much if any sleep due to this.

My friend and I asked for two rooms and that they be near each other. The hotel, Campanile Le Mans Centre Gare, is conveniently located near the train station, bus and trams. Our rooms are always clean, with excellent A/C, which is a high priority for us, we both have breathing difficulties. Their dinners are great, but mostly, the 2nd shift staff, are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The Manager has 25 years experience in the hotel business and speaks several languages.

L’accueil et l’enregistrement moyen. Des plombes pour donner une chambre sous prétexte que nous ne sommes pas majeur ? Hors que j’ai montré ma carte d’identité la dame de l’accueil ne savait tout simplement pas compté car oui un 2006 est majeure. J’ai confirmer le fait qu’elle ne savait pas compter au rendu de la monnaie. Sinon l’hôtel impecable

Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

I found the staff very accommodating despite the language barrier. The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast was great. There were trams , busses, taxis and Gare (trains) very near the hotel. The restaurant Thailand Food WAS INCREDIBLE!!

Bonjour côté hôtellerie rien à redire Literie super confortable et propre Salle d eau superbe avec une grande douche se qui et agréable Grande télé bonne clim Bref séjours de 2 nuit super agréable je recommande En revanche nous avons mangé sur place ne le recommande pas du tout a fuir très bas de gamme A revoir sérieusement dommage Le personnel impeccables riens a reprocher Je reviendrai et le recommandé vraiment

Juste une nuit dans cet hôtel a part le parking qui est trop petit et que surtout les places pour rechager mon véhicule électrique étaient prises par des thermiques donc obliger d'aller un peu plus loint pour se garer. Petit dej un peu cher surtout pour3 personnes. Sinon rien a redire.

Overall good, we had a nice large room, breakfast was good nice large choice, evening meals not too good and expensive for what you get, reception girls do the cooking which is ready prepared so only needs heating also not much choice, give it a miss

Séjour conforme à mes attentes. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et prévenant. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Plus proche de la gare ça n'existe pas. Le petit déjeuner est extra, copieux, varié et le personnel est à votre écoute.

Good location easy access to get on the tram. No parking available so had to park in car park nearby. Good location so opted to walk to market and cafe for breakfast instead of staying in hotel.
