The room was fantastic and the checkin was a breeze. I'm not a big breakfast person but the ability to make a cup of tea when ever I wanted was really appreciated and the bottomless fresh fruit bowl with snacks in the fridge was great. The room was spacious and clean and best of all I could regulate the temperature in the room. The view was spectacular and the proximity to the landmarks ensured I could walk everywhere. Overall fantastic, my future Rome bookings will be here for sure.

A room with a perfect view of ancient ruins. Fantastic hotel in a perfect location run by the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. This was the perfect hotel to enjoy our Roma holiday. We loved the place!!!! Nothing was too much bother for our hosts. All our needs were taken care off. Gluten free options were available and appreciated. Our room was clean and tidy, everything worked as it should. A major taxi stand and tram stop were very close. Some of the loveliest restaurants were within 5 minutes walk. A supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. Shopping and a market is also only 5 minutes walk away. The building is safe, we felt secure. Our Italian hosts were terrific!!!! We loved the Italian vibe of the hotel. We felt comfortable, relaxed, water was free, lots of options for breakfast, who could ask for more? Thanks for a wonderful Roma holiday.

A clean, conveniently located small hotel (guest house might be a better designation). Room was small but adequate - comfortable large bed, wall shelf with two stools for tea or in-room breakfast. Bathroom was clean, and shower excellent. Room was cleaned and attended daily if requested. Breakfast area was tight but very well stocked with basic items for toast, pastry, yogurt, cereal, coffee. The staff member was very helpful and friendly. He is an asset to the hotel.

Pros: excellent central location, clean, free water bottles 24/7 Cons: uncomfortable mattress and pillows, cheap breakfast: no fresh bread and fresh pastries (only prepackaged bread with preserves that lasts months). Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable. We stayed there during taxi strike and the staff didn’t warn us, and wasn’t helpful with alternative transportation recommendations. It is not a hotel. It is a residential building with 5 rooms and tiny kitchen. For $275/night it was a disappointment.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og god udsigt over ruinerne. Super venlig receptionist der har styr på det hele. Og fælles køkken fyldt med morgenmad, vand, yoghurt, brød etc. Fin størrelse på både værelse og et godt badeværelse. Få minutters gang fra Pantheon, Forum og Trastevere. Kan varmt anbefales :)

Location is great for walking to historical sites. The corner room was great with plenty of space and a nice bath. The self service kitchen was simple but sufficient with good choices including gluten free bread. I was surprised when I paid up front at the desk I could use my credit card for the room but had to pay cash for the taxes. We also had power loss on our floor several times so think a larger breaker may be needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The driver, Andrea, they selected for our airport Transportation was great too. It is an older building but nice inside and has an elevator for the 99 or so steps.

We were in a location that we were able to walk to most of the sites. The staff was very helpful. We could go into the breakfast area and get waters, coffee and tea at anytime. The air conditioning was wonderful.

This was not a hotel but a very limited service B&B. My mistake for not doing more research on this. Room was clean and A/C worked well which is great for Rome. The state of the building stairways/entrances/elevator was poor and the exterior entrance area felt very unsafe at night given the homeless persons sleeping directly adjacent to the building entrance

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Greeted us with refreshments which was appreciated after our flight. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Was a little noisy at night but understandable as the location is central to the city. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, would recommend.

I loved my stay here. Everyone was so friendly and the rooms were beautiful. It had everything one will need. It was so close to everything as it’s in the center and buses nearby that have touch and go pay option.

Our room overlooked the Temple site. Roman ruins right out the window. Very convenient to all the major attractions. A little noisy in the day time as there are major streets all around. Not a five star by any means but much more inviting in other ways.

Our stay was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the view from the room was incredible of the Largo di Torre Argentina. Walking distance to a lot of the major ruins, only Vatican being more than a 30 minute walk, rest being between 10-20 minutes. Rooms are good size. Only comment is the bed mattresses are soft, would benefit from a box spring or stiffer mattress. Other than that, great stay and would stay here again
Our stay was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the view from the room was incredible of the Largo di Torre Argentina. Walking distance to a lot of the major ruins, only Vatican being more than a 30 minute walk, rest being between 10-20 minutes. Rooms are good size. Only comment is the bed mattresses are soft, would benefit from a box spring or stiffer mattress. Other than that, great stay and would stay here again

Staff were incredible! They take pride in their work and were very welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected but were welcomed with coffee and our room was made up early for our accommodations. The location is perfect for walking to many sites.

Location is great for walking to historical sites. The corner room was great with plenty of space and a nice bath. The self service kitchen was simple but sufficient with good choices including gluten free bread. I was surprised when I paid up front at the desk I could use my credit card for the room but had to pay cash for the taxes. We also had power loss on our floor several times so think a larger breaker may be needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The driver, Andrea, they selected for our airport Transportation was great too. It is an older building but nice inside and has an elevator for the 99 or so steps.

Our stay was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the view from the room was incredible of the Largo di Torre Argentina. Walking distance to a lot of the major ruins, only Vatican being more than a 30 minute walk, rest being between 10-20 minutes. Rooms are good size. Only comment is the bed mattresses are soft, would benefit from a box spring or stiffer mattress. Other than that, great stay and would stay here again

A room with a perfect view of ancient ruins. Fantastic hotel in a perfect location run by the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. This was the perfect hotel to enjoy our Roma holiday. We loved the place!!!! Nothing was too much bother for our hosts. All our needs were taken care off. Gluten free options were available and appreciated. Our room was clean and tidy, everything worked as it should. A major taxi stand and tram stop were very close. Some of the loveliest restaurants were within 5 minutes walk. A supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. Shopping and a market is also only 5 minutes walk away. The building is safe, we felt secure. Our Italian hosts were terrific!!!! We loved the Italian vibe of the hotel. We felt comfortable, relaxed, water was free, lots of options for breakfast, who could ask for more? Thanks for a wonderful Roma holiday.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Greeted us with refreshments which was appreciated after our flight. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Was a little noisy at night but understandable as the location is central to the city. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, would recommend.

Staff were incredible! They take pride in their work and were very welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected but were welcomed with coffee and our room was made up early for our accommodations. The location is perfect for walking to many sites.

Our room overlooked the Temple site. Roman ruins right out the window. Very convenient to all the major attractions. A little noisy in the day time as there are major streets all around. Not a five star by any means but much more inviting in other ways.

Excelente! A guest house é muito bem localizada. Consegui conhecer Roma a pé! Apesar do edifício ser um pouco antigo o interior é todo reformado. A vista é espetacular para as ruínas da área sacra. Voltaria a me hospedar!

This was not a hotel but a very limited service B&B. My mistake for not doing more research on this. Room was clean and A/C worked well which is great for Rome. The state of the building stairways/entrances/elevator was poor and the exterior entrance area felt very unsafe at night given the homeless persons sleeping directly adjacent to the building entrance

Pros: excellent central location, clean, free water bottles 24/7 Cons: uncomfortable mattress and pillows, cheap breakfast: no fresh bread and fresh pastries (only prepackaged bread with preserves that lasts months). Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable. We stayed there during taxi strike and the staff didn’t warn us, and wasn’t helpful with alternative transportation recommendations. It is not a hotel. It is a residential building with 5 rooms and tiny kitchen. For $275/night it was a disappointment.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og god udsigt over ruinerne. Super venlig receptionist der har styr på det hele. Og fælles køkken fyldt med morgenmad, vand, yoghurt, brød etc. Fin størrelse på både værelse og et godt badeværelse. Få minutters gang fra Pantheon, Forum og Trastevere. Kan varmt anbefales :)

We were in a location that we were able to walk to most of the sites. The staff was very helpful. We could go into the breakfast area and get waters, coffee and tea at anytime. The air conditioning was wonderful.
