Roberto was great in accommodating us and his recommendations. The hotel had everything we needed.

I booked early morning on the day of my arrivalas I couldn't decide whether to stay in Venice or Verona. I spent the day traveling to Venice sightseeing and then traveling on to Verona. On arrival I checked the address on Hotel.com and noticed a few messages from Pepita requesting my arrival time. I called a number and it was answered by a very abrupt and rude man .. I missed his messages but he would not accept it that I did not see them ...in my way of doing business the client is always right and should be treated with respect ... He did not .. the lodgings itself were perfect but a bit noisy as it's on a busy road. If they brushed up on their customer etiquette I would recommend this place. Breakfast is served across the road in a very friendly Cafe and was quite nice.

Habitación limpia, pero muy mala la señal de internet

Room was clean and comfortable, very convenient location and included nice breakfast at the local cafe. Roberto has lots of helpful info at check in.

Camera stupenda,l abbiamo trovata gia calda all arrivo,5 minuti dalla stazione 5 minuti dall arena posizione 10 il titolare gentilissimo,la colazione perfetta se torniamo a Verona sappiamo dove alloggiare
