One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The buffet offered both Chinese and Western-style dishes, all fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I would also like to give special recognition to Molly Chen, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality made me feel truly welcome and at home. Molly's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations and made my experience even more memorable.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der klassischen touristischen Spots in einer dennoch belebten Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten die chinesische nicht auf Touristen ausgerichtete Gastronomie zu nutzen. Von besonders hoher Qualität ist die Executive Lounge, deren Buchung ich auf jeden Fall empfehle. Unterhalb meiner Erwartung blieb lediglich das allgemeine Frühstück, das hinsichtlich Auswahl, Qualität und Ambiente nicht dem Standard vergleichbarer Hotels entspricht. Da aber der ausgesprochen gute Service, die Qualität des Zimmers mit hervorragender Matratze und hochwertiger Bettwäsche und sämtliche sonstige Annehmlichkeiten vollends überzeugten, vergebe ich gerne die volle Punktzahl

The front desk staff were excellent in helping out our business team on our first visit to Shanghai. Specifically, Sinnie took the time to help us with dinner and transportation that made our stay exceptional. When we travel again to Shanghai, we will be staying at the Amara due to Sinnie great help as well as the wonderful hotel.
