It’s an older motel. It was clean ,3 lights didn’t work. The shower head was partially plugged. The towels were very thin and the phone didn’t work. The bed was OK and the AC worked so it took care of our needs

"Breakfast" looked unsanitary. Everything about the property showed no pride in maintenance and management; from the empty pit (pool) to the melted soaps in the bathroom to the used/old coffee left in the coffee maker. Only good feature was that it was directly on my route.

The room and facilities were not very clean. Attendant was not in the office to check, we had to wait to check in. Attendant was not available at check out either. We did not eat at the facility due to the conditions of the facility.

Room was not clean, musty smell, literal blood splatter on the walls in the bathroom and around the room. Ac unit made a loud clicking noise when operating which made it very difficult to sleep. Piles of dead bugs everywhere. Won’t stay again

Everything from the parking lot to the stairways to the outdoor hallways was unkept & dirty ... as walk down the hallway seeing thick cobwebs in a handful of the rooms made me wonder when the last time my room or the other rooms were truly cleaned. Inside my room looked decent and clean.

Check in went well. NO breakfast, doors were locked to the lobby. Not a welcoming, hospitable feeling. Trash all around the perimeter as though no one cares what it looks like. The room was good but not many towels and NO wash cloths. Generally unsatisfactory. Truth hurts.

It could have been cleaner. There was dust and dirt underneath the microwave. Microwave did not appear to have been cleaned for sometime. There were dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom and in the shower. mirrors had not been clean for sometime.

The place was disgusting. There was dead bugs in the corner. The floor was dirty like it wasn’t vacuumed, they have a dirt parking lot so vacuuming is a must. The head board & the night stand had a layer of dust on them! The microwave & refrigerator were dirty, I decided I didn’t want to put anything in the refrigerator. It was so bad that we really weren’t sure if something was going to crawl out & bite us. There wasn’t another motel available in town, both were full, otherwise we would of left!!

I went to Phillipsburg for an end of season upland bird hunt. The bird hunt was good, the motel was a dump. Beds were worn out along with everything else. Carpet was dirty with sunflower seeds on the floor and other strange things on the floor.

This was fine for the price point. I do have a problem with the AC units they have in places like this since they tend to be a bit noisy. The place seemed to be full of people who just wanted to sleep so it wasn't rowdy or anything.

We were able to park at the door which was convenient. The motel was very nice for the money. The bed was a little hard for me, but that is a personal preference.

One of my headlights went out and I didnt want to risk driving at night like that. I ended up staying at this location, price wasnt bad for what it was, caseys is walking distance and so is a bar with a kitchen. I would stay there again.
