We arrived a little later to check in and unfortunately there was only one lady at the desk. We did wait a little while though she was pleasant and polite. A nice little hotel for a quick stay. Quite clean though the shower was starting to show it’s age. Very close to the smaller streets which was nice. Would stay here again purely for convenience and affordability. There isn’t much in terms of facilities but it was fine for us

交通方便（步行不到五分鐘有公車可搭，附近不到十分鐘也有十六蒲飯店的免費接駁），距離大三巴鄰近周邊景點走路都可以到達，房間空間適中不算小，乾淨明亮，整個飯店看起來很舒服，人員人也很好，會幫忙叫計程車，下次還來澳門可以推薦朋友來👍

Above expectations, modern and clean, good substitute to five star hotel but a lot cheaper. Good transport network around, easy to get around city centre, a lot of food places and shopping around. Got everything you need in a hotel, only down side is the shower/bath tends to drain slow and prone to flooding because of the design. Not many TV channels either. Personal opinion about the airconditioner, didn't like it blowing right at my face when sleeping. If can move around the room set up with the bed would be nice?

시설도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하고 짐은 외부에 있긴 하지만 시설은 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 가장 큰 문제점은 소음. 옆방 소음으로 인해 잠을 자려고 들어간 호텔에서 새벽까지 잠을 이루지 못했습니다. 옮겨줄수 있는 방도 없다고 하니 결국 잠도 못자고 아침부터 커피만 마시다 체크아웃 함.

My stay at the Caravel Hotel was an excellent experience and I can’t say enough good things about it and the staff. The manager Joao was able to help us out with our last minute reservations. The front desk Andy and Harvey were incredibly friendly and helpful with our questions about the room. When we need an ironing board and iron. I was shocked on how quick the response was. My girlfriend forgot her ring in the bathroom when we checked out. Sandy from housekeeping quickly returned it to the front desk and Andy called us about it. The hotel was great but the staff is what really made our stay a memorable experience. Thank you very much

We booked online and the booking was confirmed and already paid for but when we reached there around 2 in the morning, the staff couldn’t locate our booking and there were no rooms available. We made sudden plans to stay the night in Macao after playing Casino overnight but the Hotel didn’t have the booking or the room or any other facilities that we could use. Instead, they asked us to cancel the booking and get another hotel room. Where can you possibly find a room at 2 in the morning in Taipa area if you’re a visitor and with no phone connection but only Wifi Access of the hotels? Such a terrible experience. We were so drained out and tired, we just wanted to sleep and catch the bus to HK next morning. The room price was 1k which isn’t very cheap. The hotel should maintain their online reservations, if you don’t have rooms available, you should block the booking via online portal.

Excellent location for walking around the old town. About 10 minutes to most area walk. The only drawback would be the lack of breakfast. They did offer some types of options, but nothing that appealed to European or American tastes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Taxi drivers did not want to send passengers to hotel because they felt the location was difficult to get in/out. In every taxis we took, we were force to alight at main road and had to walk for about 10mins to hotel.

スタッフの対応が親切で素晴らしく、部屋も良かったので概ね問題ありません。ただ、以下の点には注意が必要です。 1:Wi-Fiを借りて地図アプリを使うべし …カラヴェルホテル自体はタクシーが通りづらいストリートの中にありますので、近場で下ろされます。ホテル自体も目立たない場所にあるので迷う確率が高いです。（私のように2時間迷うレベルは稀かもしれませんが）必ず海外対応のWi-Fiとスマホの地図アプリを使うようにしてください。ちなみにですが、タクシーで移動する場合は、「カラヴェルホテル」というのではなく、その近くにある高級ホテルの「ソフィテルホテル」って言ってました。その方が多分通じます。 2:お風呂が無くシャワーのみなので、お風呂に入りたい人はご注意を。シャワーでも平気な人には問題ありません。 3:一応朝食コーナーが2階にありますが、コーンフレークとビスケットと牛乳やコーヒーが置いてあるだけのシンプルなものです。しかし、歩いてすぐのところにコンビニや飲食店があるので、全く問題はありません。総評としては、迷ったこと以外はほぼ問題のないものでした。機会はありませんでしたが、日曜日には夜市もやっていたので覗いてみるのも良いと思います。ちなみに治安は滅茶苦茶良いです。スーツケースを引いて2時間歩き回ってもひったくられるようなこともなく、夜市の時は子連れの家族が夜10時頃でも普通に歩いていて、夜中にカジノから帰った時もバス停に女性が1人でいたくらい治安は良いです。良いホテルであり、また泊まるのも全然良いのですが、私の行きたいカジノから遠くタクシー代がかかってしまうのと、やはりお風呂ありのホテルが良いので、次回以降は「検討候補に入れる」くらいですかね。

スタッフの対応が親切で素晴らしく、部屋も良かったので概ね問題ありません。ただ、以下の点には注意が必要です。 1:Wi-Fiを借りて地図アプリを使うべし …カラヴェルホテル自体はタクシーが通りづらいストリートの中にありますので、近場で下ろされます。ホテル自体も目立たない場所にあるので迷う確率が高いです。（私のように2時間迷うレベルは稀かもしれませんが）必ず海外対応のWi-Fiとスマホの地図アプリを使うようにしてください。ちなみにですが、タクシーで移動する場合は、「カラヴェルホテル」というのではなく、その近くにある高級ホテルの「ソフィテルホテル」って言ってました。その方が多分通じます。 2:お風呂が無くシャワーのみなので、お風呂に入りたい人はご注意を。シャワーでも平気な人には問題ありません。 3:一応朝食コーナーが2階にありますが、コーンフレークとビスケットと牛乳やコーヒーが置いてあるだけのシンプルなものです。しかし、歩いてすぐのところにコンビニや飲食店があるので、全く問題はありません。総評としては、迷ったこと以外はほぼ問題のないものでした。機会はありませんでしたが、日曜日には夜市もやっていたので覗いてみるのも良いと思います。ちなみに治安は滅茶苦茶良いです。スーツケースを引いて2時間歩き回ってもひったくられるようなこともなく、夜市の時は子連れの家族が夜10時頃でも普通に歩いていて、夜中にカジノから帰った時もバス停に女性が1人でいたくらい治安は良いです。良いホテルであり、また泊まるのも全然良いのですが、私の行きたいカジノから遠くタクシー代がかかってしまうのと、やはりお風呂ありのホテルが良いので、次回以降は「検討候補に入れる」くらいですかね。

Excellent location for walking around the old town. About 10 minutes to most area walk. The only drawback would be the lack of breakfast. They did offer some types of options, but nothing that appealed to European or American tastes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.
