Avoid! I've never had to check out of a hotel early and go elsewhere until now. The room wasn't particularly clean, the floor was dirty, there were stains on the bedsheets, the sink wasn't completely clean, and the remote control (which is a good sign of how often a room is cleaned) was encrusted with dirt. Waking up after the first night we felt unclean and to top it off the shower didn't work (it dribbled out either scalding hot or freezing cold). We only spent one night here (out of three) and had to go elsewhere. We contacted the Guest House to tell them this and after our initial contact they have ignored our messages via Hotels.com and text. This has been very unprofessional behaviour as we think it only reasonable that we get refunded for the two nights we didn't stay. Another thing to be aware of, is the strange check-in process, where you are sent a text on the day you check-in with a code for the front door (the lock isn't particularly secure) and your room number. Your room is left unlocked with the key left in there for when you arrive. This feels like an odd process as there's no way of knowing if other people within the property have been in your room before you get there, or if people who have stayed previously have come back in (it seems that the front door code doesn't really change). From a safety point of view it isn't great and I'd hope this changes. Overall, I would avoid this place.
