The staff were amazing and friendly and we had a really lovely stay here

Greeting was great, thanks Room size was fine Bed was clean and comfy, same as the bathroom (although I didn’t sleep in bathroom). But room needs more TLC / Decoration/fittings work. For example: no mirror in bathroom. Clothes rail is rediculous. I wonder what happens if it rains. Roof seems to have/or had a leak. But it’s a cheap price.

The staff member was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, though no arial for the tv. Unfortunately the ceiling leaked rainwater over my clothes and it appeared there had been previous water damage in the same place as the plaster was damaged. I had three hours sleep and packed up and left. I was only staying one night so couldn’t change rooms. The location is good, centre of village, there is a cheap car park round the corner (free on Sundays) - just a real shame I had a terrible experience with a leaking ceiling.

Its a really well appointed clean room over a pub so on the Saturday night can be a bit noisy until about 3am. However for us it was perfect for the concert we were attending at the Piece Hall and the bus was a convenient way to get to and from the concert. The staff were really helpful and friendly so was great value for money.

GOOD TRIP TO HALIFAX, STAYED AT THE BULL, WHILE IT WAS SLIGHTLY RUN DOWN, THE FACILITES WERE GOOD AND THE MANAGER AND STAFF WERE FANTASTIC, I WOULD STAY AGAIN.
