Nice friendly reception. Room clean, ready and quiet until kids upstairs started to run around. Three areas for improvement: 1. Like to hang clothes for next day in a closet or other place -- not in bathroom. I am used to having an alcove or closet with hangers. 2. Pool. Part of my daily routine is to exercise and that includes swimming laps. The pool here was too short for that part. 3. Breakfast. All hotels now a days offer breakfasts. Some cold and ridiculous and the better places hot with multiple choices. However, too late. When traveling we get on the road early to avoid trucks and traffic. We are often on the road long before 6AM. So, we seldom get to enjoy the breakfasts for which we are paying. I noticed that we are not the only ones leaving before "breakfast" is offered. What time is good? For us it would be by 5AM. Still the visit was good and will include this on subsequent travels. Usually twice a year.

Hotel very dirty overall. Hallways smell terrible. Overwhelming disgusting scent came from the air conditioner in the room. Floors in the room were filthy, with spots where they needed to be mopped. The carpet was stained and dirty.

The moment we walked in the lobby to check in we were hit with the horrible smell of what I would say was backed up sewage. The smell continued down the hallway but fortunately we did not smell it in our room. Others than the raw sewage smell, everything else was fine. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.

Super nice staff. That's the best part of this place. Looks like it was fairly recently updated as well. Unfortunately even with the updates it REALLY needs a deep cleaning. And there was a horrible smell all through our floor (3rd) and in our room that was off-putting. Also, the water seems to be somewhat brown when it comes out of the faucets. Not the worst place to stay. Good beds, etc. But someone should really invest in a good regular cleaning of tile floors, etc.

Based on the reviews, we booked this hotel, only to find it dirty. Carpets in terrible condition with tears and so dirty. Room not much better. Mold in shower, black hairs in sheets closest to bathroom, carpets dirty and it had obviously had a smoker, because they tried to hide the odor. Staff was not real friendly. Very disappointed. Paid 179 for a miserable night.

Clean rooms. Well kept. Bathroom clean. Bed excellent. Linens comfy. Breakfast was typical continental. Nothing spectacular but does the trick. They were nice to have prepacked muffin, granola bar, and apple juice when going to balloon festival- much appreciated and a nice gesture. Would stay here again!

Clean room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. I’m a light sleeper, and the truck left running in the parking lot kept me awake. At 6:00 am the people in the room above walked back and forth for an hour.

The only complaints i have was the bed. It felt like i was sleeping on concrete. They should have the mattresses in between firmness and softness. The other thing was this green light above the bed that kept flashing every so often. It came from the smoke detector. Thats a bad spot to put it.

This place is terrible. They had no water pressure and no internet. Everything is old and dated. DONT GO THERE. Lady told me she would report to her manager the next day Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

Most hotels have a heating system that blasts air and dries out the nasal passages. This one is very quiet and gentle but gets the job done. We didn't eat breakfast there; it was your typical looking hotel do it yourself breakfast. We went to the nearby Starbucks.

No one was at the front desk to check us in. We got to the room and the heat would not turn on. Went to the front desk to let them know and they said wait 20 minutes. They said call us at the front desk I said I tried by dialing 0 and nothing. It was noisy there is a gap around the door to the hall, stains on the carpet. The drain plug for our bathtub is cruddy and lying on the edge of it. Water stains on the ceiling tiles and we were on the 2nd floor. Holes in the wall.

Unfortunately there was no coordination between some of the staff working night with those working night shift. Me and My Fiancé, We extended our stay for one extra-day.. We were assured by the Night-shift staff that everything is good to go. Sadly that wasn’t the case. At 11 am We received a call to our room phone from the front disk, a Lady, an employee of the Hotel , can’t recall her Name, with an attitude she said to us, JUST SO GUYS KNOW CHECK OUT is at 011:00 am.. I was like what are you talking about.. we extended our stay for another day.. she goes Let Me check the system.. then she went Quiet.. I asked what is going on Ma’am?? She goes LIKE I SAID THERE IS NOTHING in the system to show you extended your stay.. come down and fix this.. no respect at all.. no please no nothing. Honestly I was extremely upset at her. So I came down and she swiped my credit card and issued me two new keys. And I even didn’t thank her.. Day shift Must have a warm hand-over to night shift vs and versa. The Management needs to take steps to fix these kind issues that arises, otherwise, the comfort-inn will one day turn into disaster-Inn. Anyways, thanks.

The person up front did exactly what I asked not to do for room placement. Put me in front of the elevator in a low floor. Checked in the next two couples and put them in a high floor instead of me. Every time I took the stairs she gave me a look of contempt…. I don’t use the elevator’s. People up front should never lie about room availability.

Very first morning I was here, I was warned by a gentleman making the breakfasts that we must be careful walking around barefoot because the women at the front desk were extremely rude and would not allow anyone to be barefoot around their hotel. Now mind you that this man is referring to my 4 year old son whom was planning on playing at the pool as well that morning. Well boy was that man right!! These women were down right awful and extremely disrespectful to my children and my wife. Apparently a bit on the racist side as well seeing how apparently hispanic families are allowed to have drinks and glassware in the pool area here but my family was yelled at for having a plastic cup of coffee with a lid on it as soon as the hispanic family left the pool area as if they were watching us on the cameras the entire time. All vending is out of order in the entire hotel and the elevators were also out of order leaving elderly people who NEEDED these accommodations to find a way to get downstairs. Overall it was an absolutely horrible stay and if i could give negative stars i would. I can't belive any GM would consider hiring such awful people to run their hotel!!

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and organised. Breakfast was GREAT! The check in was fast and easy, especially with the help of BROOKE ! She was just wonderful. So cheerful and professional and got us a great pet friendly room. Thank you very much

This is a nice, clean property that is convenient to I40 and the surrounding communities. The eggs and sausage breakfast was great. I needed to be in Sandia Park each day and this was the best choice. The price was also great. I'll stay there again.

Great option for passing through Edgewood overnight. The hotel is very new and clean. The room was comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay. Conveniently located off the Interstate, it is an easy on\off. There are plenty of food options nearby

Breakfast was very good -- both pancakes and waffles plus eggs and meats. The room we got was 2 queen beds for 4 people. Not enough counter space in both the bathroom and main area for 4 so it was a bit cramped.

Nice room. Good bed. Poor breakfast. Also not real close to restaurants and didn’t have anything but chips and candy in vending machine. A nice selection of snacks and sundriesto buy would’ve been appreciated. Barbara B checked us out and was exceptionally nice. Breakfast room lady nice too

Could have been a bit cleaner in the halls and lobby. The breakfast area is quite small and doesn’t have a huge variety of options. The bedroom was a nice size and comfortable. Nothing to rave about but nothing to complain too much about either! Served us well enough for our one night stay as we drove through.

Clean and comfortable. Would stay again. It’s approximately 20 min outside of Albuquerque and was told it’s much safer here if you’re traveling through. (Lots of stolen cars in ABQ). Breakfast was good but served through an employee.
