Staff was amazing! I love the atmosphere of this hotel. I didn’t like that the ac/heat unit did not work. Not even a fan working. The room was hot and funky because of zero air circulation. Window worked so that helped. Hair drier also didn’t work.

Excellent stay! Perfect location, attentive & friendly staff, had everything we needed for a comfortable fabulous stay. Definitely a great experience

The hallway carpets are dirty. So are the room carpets. There was a janky window a/c installed with some flimsy plastic sheeting around it; even in the 16th floor it was like sleeping with the window wide open and incredibly loud. No kettle or coffee maker. The bathroom was minute. The window blinds had been hung by a novice and were scratched and missing pulls. The room doors are thin - you can hear people’s conversations as you walk through the halls. I checked out the next morning and stayed elsewhere.

Je m’attendais à mieux pour le prix. Chambre bien, mais très mauvaise odeur, comme si un sans-abris avait squatté avant mon arrivée. Frigo minuscule et complètement inutile. Aucun récipient disponible, pas une tasse, un verre ou gobelet. Et surtout, j’ai dû accepter de me brûler pour me laver, pas d’eau froide…
