The place was very good with location and room was clean. It’s a bit older but quaint. Had air conditioning a kettle. Next door coffee, pastry (Stilli Excellence) try the lemonade, it was fresh and so good. The place has an elevator. Once inside it had a few step ups but easily manageable with luggage. Breakfast is a 2 minute walk to a very nice cafe. We could have late, coffee, croissant, danish with an omelette and orange juice. The only con is at 10:00 PM church bells go off, and early Sunday. Noise is a factor but wasn’t a problem with us. Could ask for room on the backside.

A localização é ótima pela facilidade de acesso. O prédio é bem antigo, demorei bastante pra encontrar a entrada pra acomodação. O quarto precisa de uma reforma… o box é minúsculo e o ralo não dá vazão pra água, tínhamos que tomar banho fechando o chuveiro a todo momento pra não transbordar água. O barulho à noite é tanto que a acomodação oferece até tampões de ouvido… o quarto estava cheiroso, mas o chão estava sujo quando pisávamos sem calçado. O café da manhã é servido em uma cafeteria da mesma proprietária. Os itens à disposição estavam gostosos, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Tive dificuldade em contatar alguém pra me auxiliar na chegada, mas após conseguir contato, tive boas orientações. Acho que se houvessem algumas melhorias estruturais, seria incrível para melhorar a experiência

A Sra. Rossella é espetacular, cuida da estadia com louvor, quarto super equipado e limpo diariamente. Minha esposa e eu estamos super satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. O café da manhã fica em uma cafeteria de frente para o cartão postal de firenze… lugar lindo, com um café da manhã super gostoso. Obrigado por tudo Rossella você é nota 10.

아침에 두오모 보며 산책하기 좋은 위치. 고풍스러운 인테리어. 근무하시는 분들도 친절하게 가방을 맡아주심. 그러나, 8월 폭염임에도 전혀 시원하지 않은 에어컨으로 너무 끔찍한 이틀을 보냈습니다. 너무 더워서 찬물로 샤워하고 옷도 안 입었으나 결국 다음 일정을 취소할 정도로 아팠습니다. 게다가 밤낮으로 창문 바로 앞에 있는 재활용쓰레기통에 유리를 잔뜩 버리는 소리가 계속 나서 쾅쾅 거려서 이틀간 잠을 못 잤습니다. 업체에서 제공하는 귀마개로 막을 수 있는 소음이 절대 아닙니다. 창문 방음도 제대로 안됩니다. 샴푸를 제공하지 않고, 샤워부스의 물이 빠지지 않아서 물을 아주 약하게 틀어도 흘러넘칩니다. 샤워하면서 3-4번 정도 바닥에 물이 빠지길 서서 기다려야합니다. 키가 작은 동양인 여자에게도 화장실이 정말 좁습니다. 먼지가 많은지 계속 기침을하고 피부가 가려웠습니다. 먼지 알레르기가 있어서 계속 약을 먹어야했고 침대에 누우면 피부가 가려워서 너무 힘들었습니다. 조식을 주는 연계된 카페는 조금 일찍가서 오픈시간을 묻자 화를 내며 문을 닫았습니다. 덕분에 그 맛없고 불친절한 카페에 시간을 낭비하지않았습니다. 근처에 피렌체에서 유명하고 오래된 다른 카페를 경험할 수 있었습니다. 이 모든 경험으로 다시는 오고싶지않고 추천하지 않습니다.

DONT BOOK THIS ROOM the room was in good location and thats it. no natural light: there was something looking like window, but no natural light, even when it is opened there is no fresh air coming and instead plenty of MOSQUITOS. Plenty of MOSQUITOS: in the room they were plenty, we could not slip the whole night. there was no mosquitos in Florence in other places, however plenty of the in the room. Seems the window( something looking like window) opened to a very dirty place ( we could not see as it was very high and part of its was closed, obviously to hide something)and Mosquitos were too many. we could not get ride of them the whole night and we did not slip and the owner dis not notify us about it. Cleanness: the room was very dirty, Dust was everywhere whatever we touched. Even blanket was dirty, white corners almost black from dirtyness,only linen was clean. bathroom was very small, a tall person will have issues using the toilet. I wish I know all of this beforehand and did not book this room. This is completely lost of money and spoiled our holiday, DONT BOOK THIS ROOM

Lady Luna is one of the best B&B we ever stayed. Great location, the bed is comfortable and very clean property. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast at L'Opera Caffe is amazing, they also offered 30% discount for lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were able to check in early. Staff cleaned the room everyday. It was loud (they provided ear plugs) but in a fantastic location, just a block from the Duomo so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

We stayed at multiple properties across Italy during our vacation. Ironically we only stayed at Lady Luna B&B for one night because our layover on the way home was a full day. It was by far the best stay we had of the whole vacation and it was just one night. The service, cleanliness, and everything was the best we experienced during the whole trip. Highly recommend this B&B because of the owners and also the incredible location looking at the Duomo!

Room is near Major Piazza which is very noisy. If you value sleep and rest at night do not stay here. The AC in room was set to 16C but room never cooled down. Owner looked but just shrugged. During night we were forced to open window in August to get breeze and cool down. But the noises, cars, people, go until 3am. Also mosquitoes came in and spouse got bit. Then garbage truck at 4. I do not recommend this place. The BR drain was slow to drain.

The room and location were amazing! A bit noisy at night but were able to sleep fine with ear plugs. The free breakfast spot is also lovely, right beside the duomo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location - close to everything. Lovely room. Excellent friendly staff. The only fault was the air conditioning was preset at 16c and couldn’t be changed which was definitely not cool enough and was uncomfortable to sleep in. Apart from that it was fabulous

Excessively well located, impressive friendliness, famil own, link with the Opera restaurant situated just few blocks from the B&B,where we had meals at discount and our breakfast. On days where we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opening, the owner prepared a breakfast that included a fruit juice, a savoury and a sweet pastry delivered to our room into a nice bag. A major issue is the room is noise level, coming from the outside which woke us up many time per night especially in the early morning when trucks picked up the garbage.p Ear plugs were supplied ! Nevertheless, it worth it.

A localização é ótima pela facilidade de acesso. O prédio é bem antigo, demorei bastante pra encontrar a entrada pra acomodação. O quarto precisa de uma reforma… o box é minúsculo e o ralo não dá vazão pra água, tínhamos que tomar banho fechando o chuveiro a todo momento pra não transbordar água. O barulho à noite é tanto que a acomodação oferece até tampões de ouvido… o quarto estava cheiroso, mas o chão estava sujo quando pisávamos sem calçado. O café da manhã é servido em uma cafeteria da mesma proprietária. Os itens à disposição estavam gostosos, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Tive dificuldade em contatar alguém pra me auxiliar na chegada, mas após conseguir contato, tive boas orientações. Acho que se houvessem algumas melhorias estruturais, seria incrível para melhorar a experiência

A Sra. Rossella é espetacular, cuida da estadia com louvor, quarto super equipado e limpo diariamente. Minha esposa e eu estamos super satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. O café da manhã fica em uma cafeteria de frente para o cartão postal de firenze… lugar lindo, com um café da manhã super gostoso. Obrigado por tudo Rossella você é nota 10.

Room is near Major Piazza which is very noisy. If you value sleep and rest at night do not stay here. The AC in room was set to 16C but room never cooled down. Owner looked but just shrugged. During night we were forced to open window in August to get breeze and cool down. But the noises, cars, people, go until 3am. Also mosquitoes came in and spouse got bit. Then garbage truck at 4. I do not recommend this place. The BR drain was slow to drain.

Lady Luna is one of the best B&B we ever stayed. Great location, the bed is comfortable and very clean property. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast at L'Opera Caffe is amazing, they also offered 30% discount for lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We were able to check in early. Staff cleaned the room everyday. It was loud (they provided ear plugs) but in a fantastic location, just a block from the Duomo so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Pasamos solo una noche aquí pero lo recomiendo 100%. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está en pleno centro. El trato del personal ha sido muy bueno con muchísima amabilidad. Y la habitación ha sido muy bonita y muy cómoda.

Our room was simple but accommodating! The location is great with it being right next to the Duomo and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was super helpful and flexible with our schedule. Our arrival was delayed due to a train service strike, but they waited for us to arrive late. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and convenient. Definitely worth it!

The room and location were amazing! A bit noisy at night but were able to sleep fine with ear plugs. The free breakfast spot is also lovely, right beside the duomo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excessively well located, impressive friendliness, famil own, link with the Opera restaurant situated just few blocks from the B&B,where we had meals at discount and our breakfast. On days where we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opening, the owner prepared a breakfast that included a fruit juice, a savoury and a sweet pastry delivered to our room into a nice bag. A major issue is the room is noise level, coming from the outside which woke us up many time per night especially in the early morning when trucks picked up the garbage.p Ear plugs were supplied ! Nevertheless, it worth it.

La ubicacion inmejorable, estas a pasos del duomo y la iglesia principal, ademas el cafe con el que trabaja Lady Luna esta justo en frente de la iglesia, y es riquisimo y muy amables todos. Me encanto y ain duda volveria, eao si hay un poco de ruido pero por la ubicacion en la que estas, nada exagerado

아침에 두오모 보며 산책하기 좋은 위치. 고풍스러운 인테리어. 근무하시는 분들도 친절하게 가방을 맡아주심. 그러나, 8월 폭염임에도 전혀 시원하지 않은 에어컨으로 너무 끔찍한 이틀을 보냈습니다. 너무 더워서 찬물로 샤워하고 옷도 안 입었으나 결국 다음 일정을 취소할 정도로 아팠습니다. 게다가 밤낮으로 창문 바로 앞에 있는 재활용쓰레기통에 유리를 잔뜩 버리는 소리가 계속 나서 쾅쾅 거려서 이틀간 잠을 못 잤습니다. 업체에서 제공하는 귀마개로 막을 수 있는 소음이 절대 아닙니다. 창문 방음도 제대로 안됩니다. 샴푸를 제공하지 않고, 샤워부스의 물이 빠지지 않아서 물을 아주 약하게 틀어도 흘러넘칩니다. 샤워하면서 3-4번 정도 바닥에 물이 빠지길 서서 기다려야합니다. 키가 작은 동양인 여자에게도 화장실이 정말 좁습니다. 먼지가 많은지 계속 기침을하고 피부가 가려웠습니다. 먼지 알레르기가 있어서 계속 약을 먹어야했고 침대에 누우면 피부가 가려워서 너무 힘들었습니다. 조식을 주는 연계된 카페는 조금 일찍가서 오픈시간을 묻자 화를 내며 문을 닫았습니다. 덕분에 그 맛없고 불친절한 카페에 시간을 낭비하지않았습니다. 근처에 피렌체에서 유명하고 오래된 다른 카페를 경험할 수 있었습니다. 이 모든 경험으로 다시는 오고싶지않고 추천하지 않습니다.

O quarto estava ok quanto a limpeza , não tem equipe de funcionários , café da manhã fica em outro local próximo , mas deixa a desejar , não tem frutas , não tem iogurte , não tem pães , não tem bolos, apenas croissant , tem cappuccino e café , mas tem direito apenas de uma opção e não pode repetir nada , quanto a localização é única coisa que vale o investimento , fica na frente do Duomo

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. However, there were a few issues with our stay. When I made the reservation, I clearly included three adults. The day before check-in, I received a message saying that the room I had booked was only for two guests, and I was charged an additional €120 for the third adult, who was my daughter. This was unexpected and disappointing. Another concern was that on our second day, someone entered our room without any prior notice. When we returned, we found that the air conditioning had been turned off, making the room quite uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and location was excellent, but the unexpected extra charge and the lack of communication regarding entry into the room negatively affected our experience.
