Il vecchio Fauno

Very Close to pompei. Good parking at the hotel for a cost. Total okey then you don’t need to think about that.

We traveled to the area with friends who had booked at a different hotel just down the street from Il Vecchio Fauno. We stayed here (there was no vacancy at the hotel where our friends were), and were pleased with the experience. Our room was spacious, had a lovely balcony to sit on and look out over a boulevard, and the bed was comfortable. It is located an easily walkable distance from the ruins, and there are lots of shops and cafes to choose from. The check-in was a bit different than what I'm used to (it's a self check-in system), and the owners were very patient with my questions and provided excellent directions as to how to access the property. We absolutely would stay here again.

This place is great for a quick visit to Pompeii! The location is unbeatable with the ruins right across the street. The air conditioning was great too. Only complaint was that the beds are very hard. Otherwise, great stay!

Daniele arranged for an excellent guide to tour the ruins, Lalla was super professional, on time, very knowledgeable and provided super answers to our questions. Daniele also arranged for an excellent taxi to Napoli. This all enhanced the quality of our stay very much. Thank you so much, Daniele!

Very nice people that were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
