J'y ai séjourné fin novembre, il y faisait très froid, pas de chauffage dans la sdb et propreté des sanitaires à revoir, pensez à réserver votre parking sinon cela sera compliqué. Les volets ou rideaux ne sont pas tous fonctionnels. Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, très bien situé mais j'y ai eu particulièrement froid.

The hotel proprietor was so friendly and kind. The courtyard was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And the inside of our suite was lovely.

This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind.

We arrived at the hotel in a thunderstorm, so after 10.5 hours worth of driving it did taint the experience slightly. It said it had hotel parking but I wasn’t aware there was a charge for this until I arrived. They didn’t have space (I didn’t anticipate that as being an issue but luckily parked 5 mins away. Like I said, if it was a thunderstorm it would have been so bad but we all got soaked through. If you are looking for a quirky hotel then this one in for you. Not modern at all but rather in keeping with the area. Family run hotel and the owners were very nice.

Très bien situé dans un immeuble joliment rénové. Attention cependant, ne vous attendez pas à trouver des chaussons, peignoirs, ou autres produits de toilette, comme dans un hôtel 5 étoiles...

Très bel endroit, bien situé près du centre historique. Grande chambre en duplex sous les toits, avec coin cuisine. Lieu original, accueil sympathique. Seul petit problème, mon petit déjeuner commandé et payé la veille, et oublié la matin, entraînant une demi-heure de retard.

There is no door in the bathroom, there is a strong smell in the bathroom, and can hear from the next room due to not good quality construction. There is no soap and the parking is very small. And all the towels are super olds😭

Very cosy and nice stay. Walking distance to everything in Troyes city. Friendly receptionist and owner who texted me directly with check-in info when arriving after reception was closed that night. Slept really good in the bedroom, almost too good 😇😅 Also a nice set of utilities in the kitchen incl. real oven which is rare on similar hotels, but it's really nice to have when cooking your own meals when travelling ☺️ Will stay again when visiting Troyes next time. ☺️

The receptionist was very friendly. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Property was a little too rustic for my liking, although my daughters liked the style very much, so possibly a matter of taste. The showers exposed in the room was not very practical. And small amount of on site parking not ideal as this meant we had to park quite a walk away when we arrived late at night. However, my abiding memory of the hotel will be the nail standing up out of the floor that I stood on and cut my foot.

Room was awful, tiny, bathroom dirty, not a proper AC unit, very old noisy. Blood stain on hand towel. No smoke alarms which I think is against French law. Talked into breakfast by owner, again absolutely awful, basket left outside room. Advertised as a 5 star hotel, not an official rating, more like 2 star. Requested milk to make some tea, never happened. Please look a pictures.

Ce qui crée d' emblée surprise et décéption. Un immeuble de charme transformé en appart'hôtel. Un bric à brac dès la réception et dans le hall de l' immeuble Rénovation qui a très mal vieilli, un canapé complètement déchiré recouvert d'un triste plaid gris, un réfrigérateur rouillé sur lequel est posé une cafetetière pour cacher la misère, une installation éléctrique pas très rassurante, des carreaux crasseux, un lit oú il faut grimper en bout de lit car pas la place sur le côtés.... bref vous avez compris. Par contre c'est propre, la literie est confortable et l'appartement bien situé dans Troyes. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Good location and quirky room, but shower room lacked privacy - frosted windows only went up so far and the hotel rooms opposite looked straight in. Room had lots of rather dated furniture and the layout was problematic- only 6 inch space to get around the bed to the bathroom but room was deemed accessible. Bed clothes were so rough they irritated our skin. Breakfast was pricey but came as a basket of products which we then used as a v nice picnic lunch.

No soap but they charge you if you don’t clean the glasses. The front desk closes early and you have to buy laundry tokens. Just overall inconvenient. Room was fine. Not great but fine. It was clean and enough space for a family of four

L hôtel est plutôt charmant et bien situé dans Troyes. La literie est de bonne qualité. En revanche… attention!!! Il y a quelques pièges!!! Nous avons réservé la chambre avec un grand lit et un canapé lit. Il nous en a coûté 30€ de plus que le tarif affiché par personne et par nuit. L hôtel considère que la chambre est pour un personne!!! La cour privative qui avait attiré notre attention n est presque pas utilisable compte tenu des pigeons qui volent au dessus de nos têtes sans compter les déjections… moins sympa du coup… Dans la chambre, la lunette des toilettes est cassée, le pare douche a disparu ce qui donne une salle de bain piscine et glissante. Tout est désinfecté avec des litres d eau de javel au point d en être incommodant. Avis aux allergiques! Nous ne conseillons donc pas cet hôtel qui a un certain charme et dont les petits travaux à faire sont finalement… pas trop grave. En revanche, le surcoût injustifié et l absence d écoute de l hôtel nous donne l impression de nous etre fait avoir. Le coût à la nuit devient donc très excessif vs les service proposé.

Un appart hôtel qui mériterait un bon coup de neuf, principalement dans la salle de bain. Le point le plus gênant : un isolation phonique inexistante qui nous a valu un réveil à 4.00 lorsque nos jeunes voisins sont rentrés de soirée. Un point positif la dedans : très bonne literie !

L'hotel est tres proche de la gare, la chambre confortable et spacieuse le seul point negatif etant la luminosité permanente magret les rideaux occultant.

The hotel is a bit funky but very charming and comfortable. Our suite was large and had a private outdoor terrace which was lovely. Troyes is a marvelous place and the hotel is convenient to the train and city center

We had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel. So quirky and full of character. Beds - amazing, best sleep ever. Walkable everywhere in Troyes old town, plenty of restaurants and cafes on your door step, grocery shop 5 min walk away. Lovely owners and housekeeping girls. Will definitely stay again as we are in this area often visiting my husband’s family. Definitely recommend!

Très pratique car au centre de la ville, proche des restaurants et du coeur de ville, cependant peu confortable l'hiver car bâtiment historique très difficile à chauffer. Le nombre d'étoiles est trompeur.

There is no door in the bathroom, there is a strong smell in the bathroom, and can hear from the next room due to not good quality construction. There is no soap and the parking is very small. And all the towels are super olds😭

Immeuble en état “à rénover” Lit confortable, chambre déjà rénovée, bien équipée, avec clim, mais pas très bien marché. Dommage y’a pas de volet au niveau de la cuisine, donc lumière embêtant pour celles qui dorment sur le canapé lit. Ce sera bien si y’a des produits anti moustiques. Pas top l’Isolation, on entend tout quand les voisins de la chambre à côté rentre le soir tard et partir le matin tôt :(

Un appart hôtel qui mériterait un bon coup de neuf, principalement dans la salle de bain. Le point le plus gênant : un isolation phonique inexistante qui nous a valu un réveil à 4.00 lorsque nos jeunes voisins sont rentrés de soirée. Un point positif la dedans : très bonne literie !

The hotel proprietor was so friendly and kind. The courtyard was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And the inside of our suite was lovely.

On the day we were to arrive, The hotel emailed saying the room had technical issues and we had to be moved to another hotel. Since the other hotel was not at all the quality of the original booking we declined the offer. The hotel would not refund the original nights fee. Disappointed the entire experience

This is a unique place to stay. It is a very old building with lots of character - our room had wooden beams! The breakfast is given to you in a basket and you eat it in your room. The receptionist was so polite and friendly and so helpful with recommendations. The hotel is ideally situated only minutes away from the city centre. The city took us by surprise - it is stunning! You can park on site but you have to pay €20 but it is worth it for peace of mind.

Having had your booking confirmation we got there at about 7pm and found it closed. A telephone call established that no room was available so we had to find with considerable difficulty a smaller room at twice the price. No explanation was given for the muddle.

Very cosy and nice stay. Walking distance to everything in Troyes city. Friendly receptionist and owner who texted me directly with check-in info when arriving after reception was closed that night. Slept really good in the bedroom, almost too good 😇😅 Also a nice set of utilities in the kitchen incl. real oven which is rare on similar hotels, but it's really nice to have when cooking your own meals when travelling ☺️ Will stay again when visiting Troyes next time. ☺️

L hôtel est plutôt charmant et bien situé dans Troyes. La literie est de bonne qualité. En revanche… attention!!! Il y a quelques pièges!!! Nous avons réservé la chambre avec un grand lit et un canapé lit. Il nous en a coûté 30€ de plus que le tarif affiché par personne et par nuit. L hôtel considère que la chambre est pour un personne!!! La cour privative qui avait attiré notre attention n est presque pas utilisable compte tenu des pigeons qui volent au dessus de nos têtes sans compter les déjections… moins sympa du coup… Dans la chambre, la lunette des toilettes est cassée, le pare douche a disparu ce qui donne une salle de bain piscine et glissante. Tout est désinfecté avec des litres d eau de javel au point d en être incommodant. Avis aux allergiques! Nous ne conseillons donc pas cet hôtel qui a un certain charme et dont les petits travaux à faire sont finalement… pas trop grave. En revanche, le surcoût injustifié et l absence d écoute de l hôtel nous donne l impression de nous etre fait avoir. Le coût à la nuit devient donc très excessif vs les service proposé.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel. So quirky and full of character. Beds - amazing, best sleep ever. Walkable everywhere in Troyes old town, plenty of restaurants and cafes on your door step, grocery shop 5 min walk away. Lovely owners and housekeeping girls. Will definitely stay again as we are in this area often visiting my husband’s family. Definitely recommend!

Room was awful, tiny, bathroom dirty, not a proper AC unit, very old noisy. Blood stain on hand towel. No smoke alarms which I think is against French law. Talked into breakfast by owner, again absolutely awful, basket left outside room. Advertised as a 5 star hotel, not an official rating, more like 2 star. Requested milk to make some tea, never happened. Please look a pictures.

We liked the historic building en the location in the historic Centre of Troyes. Last time we visited we were far more enthusiastic about the Hospitality and services. We missed the welcome of the owner, and we were not amused the the breakfast was served the evening before, while it was very warm outside. So old bread and melted cheese. We’ll come back when the owner is present!

Jättemysigt hotell centralt i Troyes, 3e gången vi bodde här. Man får frukost i en korg att äta på rummet, det finns också möjlighet att laga en lättare middag om så önskas. Hunden är också välkommen. Bor gärna här igen.

A lovely property perfectly located. We added a breakfast hamper to our stay and that was great. The owner was attentive and helpful on our arrival. I paid for on street parking for the night, but I think there is the possibility of parking on site.

This is a convenient, clean and interesting place to stay. It is right near the centre of Troyes with lots of sights, shops, bars and restaurants catering for all needs. The property is still undergoing renovations and not everything in the room was perfect but it added to the charm of the old building and the surroundings. It was great to have parking on site but request early as there are few spaces and it is tight to get into and out of.
This is a convenient, clean and interesting place to stay. It is right near the centre of Troyes with lots of sights, shops, bars and restaurants catering for all needs. The property is still undergoing renovations and not everything in the room was perfect but it added to the charm of the old building and the surroundings.
