Stayed 3 nights

Unfortunately, our stay at Melt Palanga was quite disappointing, especially considering the price. The rooms are very small, with limited storage, no proper wardrobe and very little space for clothes and luggage. There is also only one bathroom mirror, which was challenging when getting ready as a family. The biggest disappointment was the trampoline and attraction park, which was actually the main reason we chose to stay here. We were misled by previous guest reviews, which suggested that children staying at the hotel received complimentary access. When we arrived, we were told this was no longer available, meaning we had to pay separately each day for our children to use the trampoline park and attractions. The staff also tried to charge us €27 city tax when in fact we should have only been charged €12.. thankfully I double checked the right cost and this was corrected. This was extremely disappointing and made an already expensive trip significantly more costly. We feel this change should have been made much clearer when booking. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights

We booked three nights at Melt in Palanga but decided to leave after the very first night, even though we couldn’t get a refund. The room had no air conditioning, so the only way to keep it even remotely cool was to leave the balcony door open all night. Unfortunately, the balcony was tiny and overlooked a Ferris wheel that kept operating until around midnight. The biggest problem, however, was the noise. Music from nearby bars, clubs, or outdoor venues was extremely loud until around 5:00 AM. Getting a proper night’s sleep was simply impossible. To make matters worse, the only way to reach the room was via a high, open metal staircase that you can see straight through. If you’re afraid of heights, this is a very unpleasant experience. We accepted losing the money for the remaining two nights because staying any longer wasn’t worth it. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a good night’s sleep, do yourself a favor and avoid Melt in Palanga.

Stayed 2 nights

Verdt pengene.
