Safe and welcoming venue.

Men only with clothing optional was a big plus. The heated pool was truly comfortable. The remotes, ceiling fan didn't work. The small fridge turned out to be a small freezer, bottle water I placed in it at night was frozen by morning. Parking was the biggest disappointment. Although we had orange cones to reserve our parking stall others had no quams about moving the orange cones and parking in my parking stall. Much time was wasted tryingbto find who drove tge iffending vehicle and no manager after 5p or before 10a.

No one cleaned my room the entire six days I stayed after even speaking to the owner and some staff. Robbed twice - once with someone who came into my room who said he was interested in "playing around" but ended up stealing my wallet (he was there for only five minutes). One the plus side, the owner's boyfriend ended up retrieving most of my money from the thief after confronting him the next day (he was well known by the staff) which I very much appreciated. The second time I was robbed was when all my Xmas toys were stolen from my car parked in front of the guesthouse. Police were called and fingerprinted my car, and checked out the one surveillance camera to no avail. Did meet some wonderful guests and enjoyed the heated pool but the hot tub was broken to the dismay of all. Did appreciate the delicious Christmas brunch they offered. But, the television could only get one channel the entire week, fortunately, it was NBC. In addition, when I departed the room, I accidentally left clothes on the hook in the bathroom and was told they were not there when I called from my home, knowing they most certainly were, and were NOT in my luggage as was suggested by the handsome desk attendant. Also, on my last day, a friend who lived in the area, said that this guesthouse was once the "talk of the town" but has since fallen into disrepair. I will not be returning, Finally, the it was reported to me that "everyone in town knows the code to the gate" Not good to hear.

Stuff was so friendly and it was a comfortable and safe environment

Staff is always friendly and has a great private pool to lounge in and catch some rays or just relax. Rooms are decent for the price and the mattress was very comfortable. Mini fridge is nice and complimentary cold bottles of water were inside.

It's a gay hirel. Looks like ir dates back to the 50s. The 11 rooms could use some updating. Outdoor facilities very pleasant. Friendly place.

Cozy little male only (clothing optional) motel. Leather Inn is a great place to relax, tan, swim, chat, hangout, and a great location as a home base for the weekend. It’s fully fenced in with a privacy fence. Yes, the bedrooms may need some updating, but you’re not staying at the Ritz-Carlton so lower those standards and expectations right off the bat. Room: no frills, but a kitchen, bathroom, living room, queen sized bed, tv with cable, made my room (4) a very spacious solo trip. Doug, the manager, is friendly, hospitable, and always eager to meet and greet both regulars and first timers. I spoke with him directly about some very easy and minor tweeks to the weekend, but was more of housekeeping related issue and a change in a lamp shade. The only thing I forgot to mention, but would change would be the microwave in room 4. Wasn’t working well, and that’s a very easy fix! Outside guests ARE allowed in, wink wink, and that was fun. Weather was crummy (it was overcast all weekend and very windy) so unfortunately not a ton of men there, but I still would rate the weekend and overall stay 5 stars. I very much will be making return trips in the future!

I was apprehensive about booking at this property because it had arguably the lowest nightly rate in Ft Lauderdale. Bottom line is that I’m so glad I did. The pool is a good size and the landscaping is fantastic. Free parking is awesome! The owner and the staff are amazing and

The rooms were in need of renovation. It appeared little attention has been spent in the last 10 years or so. The place could be great if some money was spent on the upkeep. Tired and dated would be the term I’d use. Breakfast was ok but limited.

Whole town knows the gate code and transients come and go all night on property. Room was dirty, there were roaches. Towels and sheets not clean. Shower and toilet leaked all over bathroom.

Room furnishings and towels are a bit shabby. “New” Coffee pack was moldy so I couldn’t make coffee. No instructions for tv and no WiFi code provided. At least room ac unit works fine. Staff gave me check in instructions when I called. Good thing I called as the office was closing at 5pm (there was no notice to me about that ).

The Leather In. Was a dump and I had to leave after three nights of a five night stay due to bedbugs. In addition to being a dump- the manager, Doug, sent a falsified bill( through Hotels.com email) on 5/22 saying I owed money. I paid in full on January 15; Verifed with my reservation record on Hotels.com- plus my credit card receipt. Leather Inn had Building code violations, safety violations health violations and the false receipt emailed to me through Hotels.com on 5/22; suggests falsification of business and accounting records are serious charges. ————————————————— There is a difference between what I paid for five nights, and what I received - was three nights ( Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights, checking out on Tuesday May 21) results in an expected refund

Just wanted a relaxing weekend away for the holiday and merry lots of nice guys from all over. Staff was great a usual. Bed seems to be updated since the last time i was here, very comfy memory foam topper.

Cell signal is not strong. Also, the TV remote in my room was broken. Food deliveries should be banned. An older Black lady was buzzed in and was visibly unprepared to see a lot of old naked men. All involved were embarrassed, just because some queen was too lazy to walk one block to buy something to eat. On the positive side, Doug is a fantastic host. In addition, the resident cat is a sweetie.

This property was fun for travelers who are interested in a sex positive, cruisy experience during their vacations. There are a lot of opportunities around the property for interactions with other guests for conversations and sexual activity, if that is what one is looking for. The rooms are fair, our bathroom was in need of repair in the shower but each room comes with a hose which was nice. Bring alcohol wipes to clean off the hose before using it is my recommendation. The slings in each room is a nice bonus. The day time at the resort is busy with people lying about at the pool and playing about the property while night time quiets down with occasional people darting in and out of the shadows and chatting by the more public areas and becoming very cruisy, therefore leading one another to into places all over the property or to other rooms to hook up at all hours of the night. This seemed very normal for this venue. I was very upset at my stay, as I was billed a certain price by Expedia for my room and was told by the resort that “Expedia did not charge enough for one of the nights” and was charged a fee of the balance on my credit card I placed down for incidentals. Although I was furious about this, the hotel was not having it, and I was afraid of being kicked out during my stay with nowhere to stay during my trip. This left my party very distraught. Aside from that, our experience was pleasant, but I do not see myself staying here again.
