Very good value, nice room with a beautiful lake view. Modest/basic breakfast buffet. Location is about 20 minutes by bus from Menaggio and the bus stops right in front of the hotel (across the street to go to Menaggio). The bus ride is fun and very scenic. The area is just beautiful, breathtaking. Very nice stay. Thank you,

Hôtel simple mais très correct Restaurant en terrasse avec vue sur lac ,cuisine locale très bonne et rapport qualité prix indiscutable Personnel agréable et serviable Grand parking proche à souligner Car le stationnement dans cette région en période estivale n’est pas facile Établissement à recommander

Avoid this place during the summer time. There is no air conditioning and it gets very hot in the room especially if you are staying on the third floor. Staff told me that the building is old and that’s the reason why there was no air conditioning. Also the drive time to the lake is more than what is listed on the website. Overall, rooms are old and needing upgrades. WiFi connection is poor and at night they turn off elevator and the WiFi, probably saving money. The portable pool wasn't clean. There are better places to stay at by the lake for about the same price.
