We went to Haridwar for Arthi Visargan and stayed the night here after Ganga Aarti. The hotel is 20 minutes drive and is very clean and staff was great. At the reception the service of Sumit Sharma the Front office Manager was exceptional. The room service was good. Rooms are big and good and clean, washroom was big and clean. Next day we had breakfast buffet which was good but ended very early. The breakfast service experience was enhanced by Sachin waiter.

The Hotel rooms did not have windows opening to the outside, pretty claustrophobic. They don’t inform this during the booking of the rooms. For a double occupancy room only one key is provided.

I had major issues with internet. The white list certain urls and black list Netflix. I stayed at many hotels during my journey this one was difficult when it comes to wifi connections and watching things like cnn or fox or Netflix. Spent a lot of time confused initially, they didn’t let me know what to expect when it comes to wifi. If they fixed there internet wifi issues it would be a great place to stay.

I was surprised to find out that the hotel didn't have proper functioning internet. I have stayed at this property for 8 times before. This time I had to work remote and I was not able to find a stable connection. Ended up using my cell phone data. They really need to work on a good and stable connection.

If you can ignore the surrounding areas , you will come to like it . From a modest lobby , you will be surprised by very well kept rooms which are clean , efficient and modern . The front office people are genuinely efficient and make all efforts to make guests feel welcome . The restaurant is again efficient if not plush with limited offering but making it up with great hospitality and tasty food . It is about15 to 20 minutes drive ti the Ganga ghats . The surrounding area is a bit of a letdown as it looks like an industrial area with heavy vehicle traffic at all hours .

Our driver had a horrible experience during our 3 night stay at the property. We paid INR350 /night for the driver however our driver was moved out of his bed during middle of the night and was told to sleep on the floor as the hotel staff had booked too many drivers in the same room. Our driver could not sleep all night.

The best property for a Family stay in Haridwar... This was the third time I've stayed at this property and everything was perfect... The staff is very helpful and accommodating and would go out of their way to help you manage with a small child... Staying here gave me the piece of mind that one always wants during a family vacation... Vinod, Pradeep, Ashish and Dipesh were excellent in their service... Looking forward to coming back soon
