We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise. It was nice to be on the ground level. Didn't have to worry about taking the elevator. We just opened the door and the beach was steps away. The only con for us, was the bed. We are used to a firmer mattress. Other than that, we are happy first-timers to Amelia Island.

Such a beautiful condo. I wished we could have stayed longer. Easy to get to the pools and ocean. We went to Fernandina and enjoyed Oktoberfest downtown and all the cute shops. Enjoyed brunch on Sunday at The Patio Place. We would love to come back.

My best friend and I travel together yearly and this was the best condo we’ve stayed in! The condo is a gorgeous two bedroom each with their own bathroom and balcony!! The condo was clean, comfortable and most importantly, QUIET! We enjoyed the beach and pool and look forward to returning!

We had absolutely no complaints with the condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We only stayed three nights but plan to return for a full week. This is the second year we have used Stay Better Vacations and have been very happy with their service.

The condo was BEAUTIFUL! The decor was amazing. I can’t say enough about how pretty it was! It was also very comfortable. It was just as described and more. The view from the lake bing area window was spectacular! The property was very nice and it was an easy walk to the beach. The location was perfect. The check in was very easy. We were given a door code prior to check in and it was as simple as that. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I will be staying here again!

This condo is beautifully decorated; there are so many nice extras! Everything seems perfectly new!! With two couples on the trip, the two balconies were great for morning coffee and sunrise viewing whatever time each of us awoke! The balcony view is the BEST! Staying there made our trip even more of a treat!!

We spent the weekend for my wife’s 40th and had a great stay. Overall the condo was amazing; great view, comfortable beds, beautifully renovated and decorated. Loved the blue countertops and cabinets. I had hoped for better cooking utensils and would have enjoyed an ice machine instead of making ice. But kitchen was well stocked otherwise. Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

We loved this condo. It has been newly renovated and is very comfortable for 4 guests, although there were only 3 of us. We have been coming to Surf and Racquet for 34 years and we love Amelia Island. NOTE: The shades in the bedrooms are not black out shades. At first I was worried about how bright it was, but I actually ended up loving that as I was up with the sun every day and watched the sunrise. But, if for some reason you need your room darker this is just heads up. AND, if you really love to cook, which we do, I would suggest bringing your good knives, etc. from home. The kitchen is well stocked, but just not the highest quality of kitchen tools.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Super convenient location, easy in and out, just couldn't be better. As far as the quality of the interior, it is rated A+. Looks to have been newly renovated and it is very tastefully done. All the appointments and finishes are first rate. Very quiet building, great views from the balconies, nothing but the sound of the ocean, very relaxing time. Access to the unit was a snap with the digital keyless entry, WiFi access was instantaneous and plenty of bandwidth. We like being in a secure area with gated parking, so it's residents and tenants only. To top it off, the service from the management company was exceptional. Great regular communication, highly responsive, all the instructions on check-in/check-out were timely and thorough. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area if it's available. Our experience couldn't have been better. Thank you for opening up your property to us.

Everything went well. Had some issues with the TV which were resolved. I believe the Comcast signal is so weak that once in a while the XFinity connection drops completely (Dustin got it back but admitted he could not have done so over the phone). Lots of skips of audio and jerky moves of video in the best of broadcast times. This is not new. It has been a problem all three times we have stayed in this unit. Otherwise, love this high tech unit.

I believe the Comcast signal is so weak that once in a while the XFinity connection drops completely (Dustin got it back but admitted he could not have done so over the phone). Loved this condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great balcony views. There were no blankets upon arrival for the beds. We messaged the team the next morning and they brought some over. Only one minus. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after dark. It was difficult finding building seeing the building letter was not very visable at night. The doorway to unit was not very well lit and made it a little difficult to enter code. But overall, I would highly recommend this unit!!!!!

We have been traveling to Fernandina for most of our lives - close to 50 years. Though the weather was not ideal, the condo made up for it. The condo was updated throughout and the view from the balcony has to be the best at the Surf and Racquet. The Stay Better staff makes the checking in and out process effortless. They are easy to work with and I have 0 complaints or concerns. They are a very friendly and accommodating staff. We will continue to book through Stay Better. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise. It was nice to be on the ground level. Didn't have to worry about taking the elevator. We just opened the door and the beach was steps away. The only con for us, was the bed. We are used to a firmer mattress. Other than that, we are happy first-timers to Amelia Island.

Loved the unit and location. Walk right out to the pool or continue down the path to the beach. Loved the sunrise and mornings on the beach. Great hosts and accommodations. Plan to be back.

Such a beautiful condo. I wished we could have stayed longer. Easy to get to the pools and ocean. We went to Fernandina and enjoyed Oktoberfest downtown and all the cute shops. Enjoyed brunch on Sunday at The Patio Place. We would love to come back.

The condo was BEAUTIFUL! The decor was amazing. I can’t say enough about how pretty it was! It was also very comfortable. It was just as described and more. The view from the lake bing area window was spectacular! The property was very nice and it was an easy walk to the beach. The location was perfect. The check in was very easy. We were given a door code prior to check in and it was as simple as that. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I will be staying here again!

Perfect beach Condo for a getaway. Especially love that the Ritz Carlton is within a walk and we frequent their coffee shop and restaurants often. I think the only thing I would say about the condo is that it was wonderful, and It has a great view with quick access to the beach. We have everything we needed in the kitchen, except dish soap. That's the only thing I would recommend including for next time. Thanks again.
