For a family of 3 it was something we could afford, and would differently come back. Only thing that was bad was the swimming pool area, was so strong in cloriform odor I couldn't stand being in that room.

everything from the pool that is super kid friendly to the huge continental breakfast. the rooms are nice and air conditioners work great. Friendly staff along with a great down stairs environment is just a bonus. Not to mention that it is right across the street from the ft. worth convention center and in the heart of downtown.

It’s a nice hotel easy to uber to places and has a lot of restaurants near by. Parking however was $40, we only stayed the night so I’m not sure if that’s a day or the whole time you stay. If it’s a night that seems a bit over priced since it’s not even valet but it’s a safe place to park. Overall safe and clean.

Hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Great for a weekend getaway. Only issue was we picked this hotel because it also has a nice spacious bar, however, it was closed because there was not a bartender available on a Saturday night.

Construction was right beside hotel. Lots of dirt, dust, noise. But, inside hotel was lovely. Amazing kids pool. Will stay again. Breakfast was amazing and beds were comfortable.

There was road construction- but the hotel and uber drivers were very helpful. The hotel staff were very helpful during our stay! The breakfast was great- the grandkids loved the pool! Overall a great stay in Fort Worth!

This hotel was great! It was clean, comfy, friendly, and even had fun stuff such as a pool, bar, and pool table! They also held our bags for us after we checked out and did stuff while waiting on the train!

Room appeared to be clean but wasn’t. Sheets were smelly and bed was uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work properly. 459$ for a room that we didn’t stay in. We checked in went to dinner and then when we came back to the room we decided to drive 2 hours in the middle of the night back to our home so that we could have fresh and clean sheet and a comfortable bed. What a waste of money.

Hotel lobby was super nice but the rooms were extremely dirty. There was mascara on our pillows, black curly hairs all over the bathroom floor, toilet, and shower. Lastly we booked a king room and ended with a double which is not a huge deal had the room been clean.

For the price of the hotel, I expected better service upfront & housekeeping. Upon check-in, the girl who checked us in was fairly friendly, however did not provide us with additional information regarding breakfast times, swim times, etc. Although one could go on the website to view all of that, it would have been nice to just have a reminder upon check-in. The room was fairly comfortable, however did not look like the one that i originally booked on the website. It did not have the sofa. It was inconvenient to have a fridge in the room, but no microwave. Housekeeping did not came daily to make our beds or replenish fresh towels. I thought that was pretty standard to have done anywhere else I’ve stayed. Had to call upfront & request clean towels & that took 3 calls over an hour just to get some up to our room. Also was unaware of the $40 parking per day was another con which was separate from the hotel stay. Pros: breakfast was good & plenty of choices. Pool was nice for family.

The hotel was ok. Just that the fridge in the room didn’t cool at all. There was no microwave to heat up food. Other that that it was a clean room with really clean bathroom and towels. We enjoyed the morning complimentary breakfast and overall stay. Thank you.

Great hotel in the heart of everything Fort Worth. Rooms are comfortable and spacious- although I did find hair in the shower and the doors slam so hard that it can be quite noisy in the room. Staff did a good job and keeping up with a busy hotel although the market shop was out of many items for purchase.

Stayed here for an event at the convention center so it was a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. The only negative was that the AC in our room wasn’t really cold. Not a deal breaker, though. Would stay here again.

Kassandra and Emily were super welcoming on a Friday night! They helped us find places to eat since first time there. They explained everything and were very friendly! Definitely deserving of praise. :) The hotel is in a great location and I felt Very safe with the card access they have setup in the hotel. The room was wonderful, relaxing and clean! Will be back!! We called ahead of time to check in because we were arriving late, but upon getting to the hotel - the man at the front desk (without looking up our booking), told us that it was too late to check in and that our room had been released and rebooked. Of course, when we made him look us up, we were in fact, checked in and good to go… but I was definitely irritated that he tried to turn us away without even asking for our names/booking at all. Come to find out, it was the end of his shift and he was ready to leave for the day. :/ otherwise, nice hotel!

The night manager name starts with a R ... needs some training…checked in during the day, parked in the garage. Wanted to buy food from the store later that night didn’t have ID or CC on me because we were at the pool. He told me we were not checked into our room…showed him the room key sleeve which he said “anyone can make those” and demanded a card on file…not having my card on me we go back up to the room, the phones ringing and he says we’re going to be locked out of the room and HANGS UP……I go down with my card and ask for him to explain to me what is actually going on and all he would say is your not checked in… I need a card for incidentals….which they got earlier that day showed him the charges he didn’t care. Put in my card so we didn’t kicked out for him to charge me for parking ….not incidentals. So make sure you use both locks since anyone can make room cards just FYI

Staff was extremely rude. Front desk staff, Briseda and Josie, were very unhelpful. I plan to call and speak to the hotel manager today. Parking and construction were awful and hotel makes no mention when you book. Plan to spend an extra 40.00 per night. I would NEVER stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable, with wonderfully courteous, helpful staff. When we needed different pillows due to a feather allergy, they were sent up within 5 min of the request at check-in. The breakfast was varied every morning with selections of omlettes, potatoes, bacon, sausages and waffles- each day had a different flavor. We had vanilla, lemon, blueberry and banana nut waffles. Complementary cucumber, lemon amd lime water dispensers were availible throughout the day and even a relaxing fun scavenger hunt activity kept things interesting. Coupled with the locations proximity to the train station amd Sundance Square, restaurants, Bass Hall and shops- definitely worth the stay!

We will stay at this Hampton in downtown Ft. Worth again. It is right across the street from the AmTrak train station but quiet. The property and staff are excellent. There are many restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walking distance. You can easily Uber to the historic Stockyards.

Great service for sure, sadly the floor was in poor condition, not sure really what was going on, but it seemed like electrical damage or issues, but the front desk staff I talked to handled my concern, and made it right! The breakfast was good, bed was a little hard, but ok! The lobby decor was nice and clean etc, all in all a great experience even with a little thing going on with the 4th floor! Was impressed with the staff! Goes to show you what a great team can do, even if there are issues within in the hotel etc.

The childrens pool and location are the only reasons to choose this hotel The complementary breakfast is uneditable, they serve powdered eggs, horrible meats, very disappointing.the pantry, which is available 24 seven is worse than a 7-Eleven. So much more could happen at this hotel, which would make it a nice facility.

I liked keycard too use elevator. Breakfast had so many options!! They had vanilla almond milk, 🙂. The staff is very hospitable. The pool had toys for the kiddos, yeah. However, I didn't like the "nickel and dimeing" of the food items in store. $5 for a microwave bag of popcorn? A bit of a scam since there isn't grocery or fast food within 10 minutes walking distance.
