Great location. The only drawback is that parking is quite expensive.

Walk distance to the shopping area and waterfront. Mini kitchien is convinient. They have washers and driers for guest. Good for family vacation.

Love the accessibility to multiple different things. It was easy walking to places. They also had underground parking for a car that was convenient.

It says 45 dollar a day for parking nd they charge 56$

Has a bar and restaurant in lobby which is nice. Also has a convenience store in lobby for snacks, drinks, beers, medicine and more. Check in was easy.

Enjoyed the gym.

Definitely don’t skip on the morning breakfast! We loved that they have long breakfast hours so we don’t need to get up at the crack of dawn on vacation. This was the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in and felt very secure at night. There are electric scooters everywhere on the block so transportation is very fun and easy for many hotspots in the city. The only thing we would’ve liked to have is a pool or hot tub on site. Otherwise, amazing stay!

Check in was excellent, service from front desk was great. The room was creatively designed and new. The gym and amenity floor was clean, modern and spacious. The included buffet was a plus! Will stay again.

Good place to stay in downtown. Decent break fast was included . Only negative was expensive parking ( $55 daily).

When I arrived at my room there was already luggage from other people. My room was already paid for and the room was dirty the tub was not clean sheets were not clean or neither was the room vacuumed. I didn’t like that they couldn’t give me a clean room when my check in time was at 4:00pm

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is great, very easy to navigate to Pike's Place Market and Space Needle. My family enjoyed thebstay very much!

You’re better off staying anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. During booking they explain available parking but fail to tell you until you get there that it’s about $56 after tax on top of the price you pay to stay, to be able to park in their garage because there isn’t overnight street parking around them. Our bathroom inside and out had nasty something dried on it which means they didn’t clean it. There was someone’s hair hanging from the toilet seat hinge into the toilet water. Someone’s hair ball at the entrance to the shower. Didn’t know it at first that this was probably a larger issue, but the toilet would be flushed and the sink would gurgle like crazy every time. Took a shower and the shower drain didn’t drain. It was nasty water. We washed all of our dishes and put them in the dishwasher to be ran and immediately the dishwasher started dumping water all over the floor. Stopped it and it continued to flood out of there. Reaching the front desk after we checked in was impossible. Finally got someone and they asked to put us on hold to never return to the phone. Gave up. The next day when the dishwasher was flooding out, couldn’t reach anyone at all so we decided to just leave earlier than planned and tell the woman up front. I Addressed everything to her and she told me she was so sorry and if there was anything she could do, I told her that I wasn’t sure what she could do and she literally just said “okay, yeah, sorry.” Never again staying here.

We had mold in between the body wash and conditioner. Under both beds was dirty and had not been vacuumed. We found the Book of Mormon under the bed next to the bathroom and a mini flashlight. That tells me it is not being cleaned very well.

Unfortunately my room was situated on the side of the hotel that had lots of noise. Daily construction sounds as of 6am and generator-like sound and vibrations as well. Also fridge made noise and the heat/cooling system.

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. The pizza place around the corner serves delicious pizza. Our goal was to explore downtown so the location was great. I would definitely stay here again. You can park your car in the tunnel next to the garage entrance while you are checking in and getting your key. The neighborhood this hotel is in is also very clean and nicely kept.

The sofa bed was adequate although it had a very thin matress which meant all the springs below were felt! The fridge had to be turned off as it made so much noise. Light from the corridors bles into the room, and air conditioner pumped out freezing air! Not an easy sleep!

Good hotel. Clean and well maintained. However tiny rooms. I’m use to much more space sir residence in. Cramped.

Marriott Inn - room was clean, human service was good, WiFi was practically non-existent. Felt like I was trapped in a faraday cage - very few cell phone signals able to get in or out. Feel it was where my room was located. Room 412 was an internal room whose window face other buildings maybe 60’ away on all sides. The 4th floor height, combined with the proximity of the other buildings around it meant that for 4 days I had very little to no WiFi capability. Couldn’t access email, maps, movies, or any remote work apps via phone. Hopefully WiFi was better in other areas of the building?

It is a great place to stay in downtown seattle, it is walking distance from many of the main areas there. The only issue we had was with the showers and wifi, the showers would shut off when you were in them for no reason or the water pressuse would turn to a drip in the middle of your shower also the wifi was very slow and took forever to load movies on the tv

Great location! We got the two queen suite with pullout couch and it was pretty crowded (5 people plus luggage). We've been in other hotels where there is a lot more space.

This place was excellent! The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and anticipated your needs without having to ask. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Had to ask front desk several times to have our room cleaned. We stayed for 8days and 7 nights and our room was just cleaned ONCE, after asking it to be cleaned. Poor service!

We had to wait nearly an hour to go to our room because it wasn't ready at check-in time.

The staff that checked me in were a bit rude and it’s like I was inconveniencing them. That night there was a younger darker man and he was extremely friendly and offered assistance. All check in staff should be like him. Our shower was extremely dirty and the view outside our room was overlooking an abandoned building with tons of loud seagulls and poop. Beds where comfortable!

Had an amazing stay! I was able to check in early and even got a free room upgrade with an extra bed and a beautiful view. It’s very clean and very nice place so close to everything touristy! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful—especially the lovely woman from Brazil who assisted us. We were also offered a late checkout at no charge and they held our luggage after, which was super convenient for our late flight. Excellent service all around—highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of amenities provided within the room. Morning breakfast was delicious as well. Our sink was clogged upon checking in and it took a while for staff to respond - I had to make a request at the front desk twice before it was resolved. TV was never updated to the proper name and would lose connection at times, but this was minor since we were here to explore the city and not park ourselves in front of the TV!

Great front desk service. Everything was great!

This hotel is right across from the convention center so it’s very convenient BUT it has some issues in their rooms. First if you get a suite with fridge. Be warned the fridge is very loud. It kept waking me up at night from turning on. Second, there is a light night type thing that will turn on every 3 hours. It’s very bright and it was hard to figure out how to actually turn it off. The breakfast was great. Really good. Staff, some were helpful. Some were super duds just bad all around. I gave staff a few things to hold in the lobby for my family to pick up and they lost them. Couldn’t find them. So annoying.

Great location. Very quiet and felt safe. We were able to walk to most locations, although there were a couple locations that required steep uphill walks, but it wasn’t too bad. Pike place was a 15 minute walk, space needle about 25 minute walk, Capitol Hill (cafes, bars, restaurants) 10 min walk.

Very good location, very centralize to shops & restaurants. A short walk to the Pike market.

Conveniently located in downtown Seattle and walkable to just about anywhere in the downtown area and a just a 20 minute walk to Pike Place Market.

It was a perfect stay especially for anyone with kids. Will definitely book again. Easily accessible to areas around downtown, waterfront and the space needle.

Just a quick stay before cruise. It was walkable to the major dining and shopping areas so you didn't need to pay for transportation to go somewhere. Bring walking sneakers if you plan on walking😉

Perfect location - Pikes Market 12 minute walk 7 minute scoot, coffee shop across from hotel delicious. The hotel is on a one way street making it pretty quiet. Clean spacious rooms, staff was very sweet and accommodating. Across the street from the convention center - will definitely stay there next time we go.

The bar tender charged mine and my friends bill for my dinner and drinks. Food for dinner was rather poor. No real flavor to the chicken Alfredo and the hamburger was poor and the fries were bland. Breakfast was as good. Fresh and hot. Could have had an additional waffle batter flavor. Room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. The fold out bed was very comfortable and I’d definitely do that again. However with the bed folded out there was little room to maneuver around the bed to the bathroom. Over all a good choice and easily doable.

The property was great. The breakfast both days was crowded. Couldn’t find a place to sit, very chaotic process getting food in the area. But they kept it well stocked and maintained.

How is the hotel bar not open on a weekend?

Breakfast was the same everyday, we stayed there for 4 days it got old having sausage bagels and eggs. The lines were very long and they instantly shut the doors at 9 even if still in line. I understand it closed but lines were so long and they never opened second lines even when capable

Amazing location and a good breakfast spread - including vegetarian options made our stay worth while.
