The champagne bar was disappointing with only two champagne offered by the glass. There was a single free Tesla destination. The area around the Hotel was picturesque.

We give this property a five star rating because of its location and tranquility, the welcoming and very attentive staff, our wonderful bedroom (overlooking the countryside) and bathroom with a decent shower, the quality of both dinner and breakfast, good parking and last, but by no means least, the welcome (treats, water bowl and blanket) for our Labrador! We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, loved our room, unfortunately on arrival the corridors were still littered from the previous day, and the bar was covered in dirty glasses. When we did go for pre dinner drinks, they did not have the ingredients for one cocktail and didn’t know how to make a basic martini. However the food both at dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. I’d recommend this hotel but they could sharpen up in some areas.

Lovely setting among the vineyards of Champagne. Staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging everything from taxis to tastings. The restaurant and terrace bar are wonderful too.

The chateau is situated in a charming little village that is located in close proximity to Reims and home to a few excellent local champagne houses. Amazing staff and property. Impeccably clean. Michelin quality dining. I cannot overstate the quality of the facility and service received. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay. Only issue was there was an opened beverage in the refrigerator when we arrived. Other than that, it was perfect! Staff was welcoming. Offered to take our picture many times. Very accommodating. Was a spectacular getaway.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in France and absolutely loved the experience, the location. It was truly idyllic. The breakfast also served the best croissants and jam. The service was A+. We were also gifted a local champagne bottle at the end of our stay. Minor comment, mainly for Americans not used to baths: be mindful as (at least our room) only had a bath. It did have a connected shower head but it was difficult to shower standing up inside the bath. Otherwise, the bathroom was huge and beautiful.

My wife and I spent a night at this lovely property on our way to Paris from Strausbourg. This is a renovated Chateau and they didnt miss a detail during the renovation. The units are nice , the service was friendly and professional , the views outstanding. We will stay here on future visits .

Imposiblecomer tres noche lo mismo. debe haber alguna opcion internacional en el menu. y por otro lado poco personal bilingue y se hace imposible la comunicacion. por lo demas es un lugar increible.. si volveriay espero que todo haya mejorado…

Un lugar hermoso con unas pequenos detalles que mejorar para esar acorde con su 5 estrellas. Por ejemplo; la cena es un ambiente hermoso pero siempre es el mismo menu. We give this property a five star rating because of its location and tranquility, the welcoming and very attentive staff, our wonderful bedroom (overlooking the countryside) and bathroom with a decent shower, the quality of both dinner and breakfast, good parking and last, but by no means least, the welcome (treats, water bowl and blanket) for our Labrador! We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful location and an amazing stay. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. Spa treatment was very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Not all room are with Big Windows. We stayed in two different rooms. One very Dark and small Windows even though it was a suite.

Très bien accueilli par le personnel, toujours à l’écoute. Séjour très agréable, l’emplacement est merveilleux au milieu des vignobles, nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Reims.

Our 4th trip to this wonderful hotel which doesn’t disappoint. we had a room upgrade to Josephine looking out towards Reims. Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom. Made use of the hot tub before drinks on the terrace and dinner. Huge bed too! Wonderful.

Excellent location, beautiful property, welcoming customer service. Couple of remarks: when serving lunch or any appetizers, would be nice to get napkins or paper towel, same with morning coffee: spoon would also be useful :)
