I travel with work and this is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. The host was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy and the bedding was so soft. The room was spotless! I don't often leave reviews but needed to leave one as this is genuinely a perfect place to stay for business or for leisure you won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely return stay at Saracen’s House, the breakfast is fabulous; lots of choice available and full English cooked to order. Bed was really comfortable and the hosts extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again when in the area. Thank you again. :)

A fantastic b and b I was there for 1 night as I was working at nearby Knott on sea but I can only praise everything about the place so clean and modern alot of thought and money as clearly been put into this little gem and the shower was something else bed so comfy and the cooked breakfast was exceptional thank you Sam for your wonderful hospitality yours Russ Gough from South Yorkshire

Everything about us stay with Sam and Wade was amazing, from the moment we arrived Sam made. me and my partner welcome, the communal areas of the bed and breakfast have a great decor and spotless and the en-suite room was fabulous our only disappointment was not staying longer but will definitely be back,thanks again for the great stay from Lee & Helen.

The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some. Highly recommended if you ever find yourself near the area.
