Parking is a little tight in between the accommodation areas. If you have a big SUV or 4WD just be wary as it’s really tight. Especially if you have babies, it makes it hard to get them out. Wish the pool had more shade. But otherwise it’s great for what it is. Plus really quick from the main streets. Not loud at night either.

Our two bedroom cabin looked very new and whilst basic in its facilities it sufficed. It has been the most expensive cabin we have stayed in in a caravan park and we choose to stay in them often on our travels. Perhaps because it catered for 4 people is why it cost so much. I would have liked two softer pillows on the double bed as well as the two provided and the couch could have had two pillows as well. The park had a good sized pool available for customers which was a bonus. Entry into the caravan park from the north is a bit hazardous as there is no designated turning lane on the busy main road past the park.

Great place to stay. We had the superior cabin. Was not greeted on check in our check out. Didn't meet the people who ran it at all. Pool area, great but pool closes at 6pm??? Cabin very clean and versatile. Lounge very uncomfortable though.

Fabulous, roomy 2 bedroom cabin both with fans. The bathroom had a huge shower and there is a large fridge & fullsize stove. Unfortunately, we had issues using the stove -so we just used the pool BBQ and we ran out of hot water and it still hadn't reheated the next morning. But overall, a great place to stay in the area

The villa we stayed in was quite nice, and close to pool. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Parking wasn't great. There wasn't really any space to park the cars. The permanent resident area was really dirty and needs serious updates and repairs.

Units are sub-standard, in desperate need of a paint internally, with old ripped linen on the bed, ripped blinds with holes in them. Lots of permanent residents roaming the park, checking out guests cars etc....not a pleasant experience at all. Have definitely had better, for the same or less money.

It is sufficient for a short stay and sleep only. It’s is very small and has very limited comforts. But enough for a shower and sleep. Could have done with an extra pillow and blanket (one pillow per person and no extra blankets). Zero cupboard space so have to keep everything in bags.

The cabins are newish, just what we needed for our overnight stay. We were able to check in an hour early without notice. Only downside was in the main bedroom there was nowhere to hang my dress, no hangers or iron. The lounge was just one of those click clack that folds down to a bed. It wasn’t very comfortable to sit on while relaxing all afternoon. Overall a 4 out of 5 stay

A two night stay over We got a Villa which was pretty new Very clean and tidy. Good aircon and fans ( it was a hot weekend out 35 degrees) Nice staff at reception. Only thing I could fault was that there was a light outside that was on all night and shone into the bedroom from the kitchen. Took a bit of strategic pillow placement over the window to block it out. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not to bad The caravan park is handy to the IGA and central Yandina town. Overall a nice stay and would recommend.

All I can say is that it is what you would expect staying at a caravan park - it isn't amazing by any stretch of the imagination but if you need a bed for a night like we did, it did the trick - I just wouldn't recommend more than one night! The photos of the cabin also look much more updated and renovated than the cabin we actually stayed in so it wasn't nearly as pristine or fancy looking. I'd be careful if you're travelling with kids too - we didn't but there were bits of wood sticking out of the bottom of the sliding bathroom door so be careful!

We stayed in Villa 1 for one night. Queen bed in one room, two singles in the second bedroom. Fully equipped: full sized stove, oven fridge and freezer. Full sized bathroom with a huge shower. Everything was excellent, of a very high standard. Immaculately clean and new feeling. A lot care has gone into fitting out the villa and we were really pleased with everything about our stay.

Upon checking the manager was not only rude but also felt dismissive and disrespectful. She even went as far as taking her break at 2pm when we were to check in. Met her at the reception door locking up. The room was old and dated, cold water tap screamed when turned on (not deluxe) beds no support just about sunk into it. Lots of permanent residents and unsavoury types spotting and smoking on the premises. Refund was refused. Every encounter with the manager Yvonne was terrible

Was promised a second night for my stay to be paid on arrival 2 months prior to my stay. On the day I arrived I was told that they had made a mistake and booked the room to someone else for the second night and there was nothing they could do. I asked if the manager could call me to discuss and no one did.

Cabin stairs had no hand rail - dangerous for children or elderly No line marking on road to cabins - we stayed two nights and both nights another guest had parked on the road outside his cabin and we could not get our car in to get to our cabin which was past his car. Tea towel supplied was the size of a postage stamp Staff not very friendly ( except for the cleaner - big shout out to her as she was a superstar and so bubbly )

The villa we stayed in was very modern and well presented. The park is a very short distance form town and we were there for the Yandina Markets which is a highlight and worth going to. The town has some great places to dine and very clean and tidy place.

Very clean and nice cabin. The property is very well maintained with good facilities. On a busy road near the river just outside of Yandina, unfortunately the short distance to town is not walkable due to the lack of pedestrian access on the bridge.

New unit, very tidy and compact. Beds were comfortable, everything in unit to self cater meals. Site easy to navigate, surprised no option to recycle rubbish, close to major highways, Ginger Factory and Nutworks. Needed info on checkout procedure/key drop-nothing in welcome pack so left key inside unlocked unit.

We were located in one of the brand new cabins on the property. The space was new, clean and comfortable. We were only staying over for one night on a road journey so did not need anything more than a cool room with a bed. The check-in was super easy and the room was perfect for our needs. It is just off the Bruce Highway so was very easy to get back on our trip the next morning.
